The lobby is nice, bright and looks newly renovated. The check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast area was large, clean and bright with a large array of breakfast items both hot and cold. A modern touch screen coffee maker brewed very tasty coffee. Our room was clean and quiet . The bed was very comfortable with great pillows and bedding. The hvac system worked well. The hotel is under renovation and our room was quite dated and drab. Hopefully it is on the agenda to be updated. Sufficient amenities were available. It is very easy to get to the fairgrounds from this hotel. The location is rural with trucking type businesses next door. Few restaurants are nearby except for a large modern sportsbar/ restaurant around the corner. The pros outweigh the cons of this hotel and I would stay here again.

The pool temperature of cold. I asked the person at the front deck if the pool was suppose to be warm. They changed the temperature.
