It was my fourth time at the hotel that I loved because of the position, the services and the great breakfast. This time I unfortunately found some fault; the water in the room had no pressure and it was very difficult to have a shower, the lyft had some problem on pushing the bottons but the worst thing was the stuff, infact I asked for four times in person for a document and twice via email, the told me there was not problem at all but I have never recived the email, really don't understand
