Es buen hotel bastante conveniente para trámites en el CAS o embajada american desafortunadamente cuando me derigia a nada a la haberca para relajarme después de un día muy cansado me encontré con la gran desilución que la alberca estaba muy sucia con animalitos muertos flotando y en el fondo. The Hotels is located just two blocks away from the Iconic Angel. They have a great pool in the rooftop which has a great view and a beautiful mural. The pool is open from 8-8 and they also have a 24 hours gym in the last floor. It is a shame that the pool isn't warmer since it gets quite cold on that floor and the pool is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean, very modern and well decorated, The Hotel itself has a 5 star lobby with aromatherapy and nice background music. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful since we arrived until we left. We got an update in our reservation thanks to my level on Expedia which I truly appreciated from the Hotel and Expedia as well. The breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of options, fresh fruit, delicious pastries as well as juices and coffee. The area is very interesting, it is near many Korean stores and restaurants, but there are also Japanese, Hong Kong Style and of course local gastronomy. I saw a great couple of local bars with Karaoke and some blocks away there are two Malls with great variety of shops and restaurants. This hotel was booked on an emergency since we had an issue with our flight but was a gem that we will definitely visit again once we are back in México City.

After arriving very late due to flight delays, the front desk staff checked us in and offered a late check out so we could get some rest. Pool was nice. All of the staff at the hotel was very helpful. The rooms are average size but well appointed. Would stay again.

Clean hotel with very friendly staff. It's conveniently located within half an hour walk to many attractions.The neighbourhood is safe and walkable, with many restaurants to choose from. We recommended staying at the Brisas Business Club level. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. We also enjoyed the free drinks and snacks at the Plaza Restaurant every evening.

The property is located in a desirable location. The pool was decent. The pool drinks were good. The gym area is very limited and small. The rooms were greatly equipped with A/C. No issues with noise. The dining areas were good. One waiter in the buffet/Starbucks area was rude when it came to taking a sweet bread away. He mentioned "it was only to be eaten there." I mention to him to charge me, and the proceeded to dismiss me and make a face. Mind you, my items were a la carte.

Great location and wonderful staff. Very friendly and it was nice to have two restaurants on site, thought we only ate there once. This location is super walkable, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A little outdated, but nothing that impacted our stay. The water pressure was great and plenty of hot water! I used the gym once, a little crowded and cramped but did the job. It wasn’t very warm while we were here so never used the pool but had a nice view.

We stayed for 5 days. The room was clean, the service was ok. The bathroom floor floods if you put the shower on full strength . It was also hard to close the bathroom sliding door, it slid open in between. We had to ask housekeeper daily for coffee pods for both of us and remind her to give us milk powder and sugar. They have 24 hour room service but breakfast is not free. Front desk was helpful.

I chose this hotel primarily because of its location in the gay district, Zona Rosa. I expected people to be more tolerant and the atmosphere to be easy-going, which was definitely the case. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro and museums, and for those who enjoy walking, it’s a pleasant 30-minute stroll to the city center. The hotel itself is large but obviously neglected. I wouldn't say it was dirty, but my room felt very outdated. The biggest issue was the practically non-existent sound insulation—you could hear everything from the street, the hallway, and the neighboring rooms. There were also technical flaws, such as a shower drain that didn't flow properly and a lack of hooks for towels. I would also rate the hotel gym as subpar. Be careful with the prices—430 MXN for breakfast plus an additional 80 MXN for an espresso seems like a lot to me. You can eat better and cheaper in the surrounding cafes. However, what really improves the overall impression is the staff. Everyone was very welcoming, kind, and helpful, which made my stay much more pleasant.

Convenient location, staff was very helpful. Communication with staff was very easy. concierge helped us out whenever we needed anything in regards to transportation. Sadly our room was located close to a club so lot of noise every night. Nothing the hotel can do about it but i would avoid getting rooms facing the main road in front of the hotel.

i was here two days back too and had similar experience that the front desk team tried to push me th an inferior smaller room saying” I am being upgraded “ to a so called Signature room which is very small n size - no writing desk / no wardrobe and in freak corner of the hotel . On my i inspection and insistance they moved me to their normal room . BTW we had booked their higher category of room on business floor

hotel reception tries to push the worst rooms first at checkin . I had been staying in this hotel for years on business trip and despite that and booking the business class floor it was given the smallest room with no basic faculties . it was suffocating with no space to move around . Reception staff is least cooperative.

Second time I had a great experience staying here. Front desk the staff accommodated my request for early check-in. The concierge, Ronniel was able to get me a driver that picked us up from the airport which was a great relief. Oscar was our driver and guide for our entire stay in Mexico City. Excellent and friendly service from entire staff. Would highly recommend.

We were only in Mexico City for 4 days out of a month in Mexico, but our stay at Galeria Plaza Reforma is one we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were quick to help us with any issues or questions that we had. Restaurant has great food and the location is as good as it gets. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Mexico City.

Me gusta el hotel lo unico malo es la atencion al cliente por parte de el personal en recepción, ya que tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado en mi cuarto que no me dejo dormir porque estaba haciendo mucho ruido, no enfriaba y cuando pedi alguna solucion o ayuda me dice la recepcionista ya que se despierte bien nos habla en tono grosero, despues puse queja y el gerente me atendio y todo cambio para bien, y me cambiaron de habitación

We stayed 4 days in this hotel and loved it!!! Great location, 2 blocks from the angel of Independence, many restaurants, walking to many highlights. Staff was extra helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a large variety of food served. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Will stay here again. Lazaro, front desk, was always providing us information and making us feel at home!

The Galería Plaza Reforma offered the perfect stay in Mexico City. The rooms are modest and comfortable. I utilized the gym and stuck my feet in the pool, both met and satisfied my expectations. The hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. My favorite part of this hotel was the breakfast! The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection of fresh fruits and veg, traditional Mexican breakfast dishes and breads, plus a few things to satisfy an American palate. I would gladly stay again and recommend to any looking for an affordable, accommodating place in CDMX.
