I called before booking to confirm pool was open. Was told yes,but to find a covered pool and a non refundable booking has been made. The bed had hair in it, pillow smelled of mens cologne, roach I. The public bathroom, all whites were very dingy on gross, my daughter cut herself on the broken towel bar, and my son never got to swim after 12 hrs of driving in a car. Oh and not 1 person serviced the breakfast after stocking it, no coffee, no bakery, and a 15 min wait for a waffle because it was the only thing to eat.

Nice rooms. Great staff. Loved the pool and the BBQ area. Stopped here on a road trip and would have stayed an extra day or two if i had time. Nice comfortable relaxing place.

We booked a smoking room, which was in the back building, no big deal. The window to our room was cracked, the air conditioner barely cooled the room and our neighbors were up smoking marijuana and made the building smell. No ice machine in back building.

Upon checking, there was a spider in the already poorly lit lobby. Should have taken that as a sign. The hotel as a whole was dirty, inside and out. In the room, was very outdated, towels had stains on them, and even the lamp shades were stained with something. Beds were very uncomfortable. The 2nd night, we found a large spider in the bathroom. We were unable to kill it, it ran under the floor border. We went to take a shower, and there was another one on the shower curtain. When we packed to leave, we found a 3rd along the baseboard next to the bed. Fridge was too small, and the microwave looked like it was from 1980. Doors to the outside remained unlocked all night. We come to Perryville twice a year, and will not stay here again. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Large Dead insects iup and down the hallways. The "breakfast" was horrible. Miniture biscuits the size of a ritz cracker were chilled as if they were just out of the fridge. Gravy very watery. The main doors to the property did not lock

The property was smelly, the towels and linens were dirty and stained, the toilet was loose and falling off out off the floor, there were homeless people right outside the door, there were people working on a car in the parking lot with the front end off of it, the breakfast was horrible, the carpets in the hallway were nasty and stained, the room stunk, I would not recommend staying at this place. Also the bathtub with gross and there were holes in the walls.

Photos show the place looking newer. It's not. It has mold around the outside. Just not clean. Mattress was lumpy. Had to have staff come down to fix the TV it wouldn't work. We won't return

As soon as I entered my non smoking room I immediately smelled cigarettess. Bed was messy and unclean. Smudges on the walls, toiletries were not replaced as well as towels. Bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned. Shaving gel and shavings were still in the sink from whoeverr was before me.Not a pleasent experience and felt dirty even trying to lay in the bed.Overall a pretty terrible experience for what money I payed for this room. Ive had cheaper hotels way more clean than this.

Terrible. Heat was not on and the window is terribly sealed. It was 40°F in the room and took 5+ hours to get to 60. The mattress is all spring with hardly any cushions. The 5 thin sheets on the bed were not warm, and had to be at least 5 years old. Woke up in the morning to see at least 4 other people's hair in the bed, including public hair, and nasty stains that are either feces or blood.

The rooms looked clean but the bed was on the floor and foam was coming out of it into the floor. The bed sagged into the middle and when I rolled over it smelled like cat spray. I worked night shift and had asked for a quiet room. I parked where the front desk told me to 2 hours after I was there the phone rang and they told me to move my car. Then they proceeded to use a pressure washer on the building and window to my room. I could not go back to sleep. No breakfast was served. I will not stay there again.

So we booked this place late for the eclipse and they charged us more than I have ever paid for a hotel in my life, I hope they shared some of that with employees. It was hard to find the unmarked entrance road in the dark. The rooms are very spacious. The decor is something of a time capsule, mercifully clean. Noisy but functional air, ancient mini fridge. Boiled eggs, cereal, or waffles for breakfast. No coffee after 10am.

Accidentally booked this in the wrong state. Same town name, but wrong state. Called them immediately to cancel and they said call Expedia. Expedia called them and they would not refund our money. They actually hung up on Expedia. Very rude!

The staff comes knocking on your door at 9 o’clock in the morning for you to check out and check out not till 11. The bathrooms were dirty. The towels are dirty looking the washrags are dirty looking.

I’ve booked hotels many times before without this issue and they denied our stay. They STILL CHARGED ME for the room. This is fraud

The sink leaked onto the floor every time we tried to use it. There was a homeless camp next to the hotel, Not Cool. The breakfast was sparsely stocked. The room could use a new paint job. We were given wash rags they said were clean but they had brown streaks on them. Come on Days Inn get it together. We won't be back to this hotel.

Location wasn’t safe due to low income housing where there was disturbance. Also located next to the pool. Roach infestation! Entry doors not locked so anyone could enter the building without a room reservation.

Pretty run down place. Super old bedding, breakfast was an absolute joke. Half the food was stale and rotten. Just an overall bad experience, got a horrible nights sleep. I will not stay there again and I felt it was a waste of money.
