Breakfast lacked choices, not refreshed or refilled. Brown sugar was hard as a rock. Charging stations didnt work. Pool too cold for kids to swim. Room size great!

My family and I stayed here during a snow storm. We were allowed to check in early which was a huge bonus. Our room was clean, up to date, and well maintained. The staff we encountered was very friendly. Even the indoor pool was in great working order for the kids. The breakfast the next morning was definitely the best! I would definitely stay at this location again!

Would have been nice to know they are in the middle of renovations. The sofa bed didn’t have a mattress for our extra person, and strong fumes in the building, paint?

Fairly new hotel for the area. Super clean and spacious rooms. Beds were super comfortable. Large lobby with tables and chairs to “lounge” in. Pool was nice for the kids. Walking distance to Wal-Mart or fast-food restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel couldn't find my reservation, and I had to wait like 30 minutes while they tried to reach Expedia to find out why it wasn't coming up in their system. This delayed us trying to get ready for a funeral. Then, the snack/mini shop in the lobby hardly had anything on the shelves. The breakfast food was less than average. In fact, the employee had already cleaned up the pancake maker at 8:15 AM when we went down to get breakfast. Although, she did re-fill it since we said we would like to have some.

Hotel was decent room was clean. The complementary soap and shampoos were empty. Good breakfast. Hotel getting only ok review because pool stained my kids hair green. I guess I should have thought twice before letting them swim when we couldn’t see the bottom of the pool.

The bathroom door wouldn’t shut! There wasn't enough towels for the number of people we booked the room for. The pool wasn’t working. Which was the point of booking at that hotel. The front desk man wasn’t helpful. He was suppose to inform the morning person about the pool. Never did. Morning lady acted like she had no clue the pool wasnt working. Stayed all day because she said someone was coming to fix it. She would call us back in 15 minutes. Hahahahhahaha. That was a lie. The pool never got fixed. But when you call before booking to see if the pool is working. They will tell you yes! Beware.

We had an excellent stay - hotel was quiet, clean, staff was friendly and helpful - pool was clean and towels were kept up on. No issues and would definitely come back again.

When I got there I was friendly greeted at the desk the check in was easy although I didn't understand why they charged me $20 to start for damage fee and I'm not sure if I get that reimbursed or not that was not discussed on the hotels.com website when I rented the room on the hotels.com website it didn't say anything about an extra $20 damage fee overall experience was good the pool was very cold but they claim that was because whoever serves the pool turned it off and forgot to turn it back on so the first day we couldn't even swim in it because it was very cold however after they turn the heater back on it was doable although the water never did get crystal clear you could kind of see the bottom at the deep end it was way over chlorinated me being a certified pool operator that could be a very high cause for concern. Also the handicap pool lift was unoperable. The exercise room was good although none of the volumes on the TVs attached to the ellipticals worked. It would have been nice to have a working TV guide on the TV there was none the room was clean the beds are not the greatest the padding on them was offset I think it's time to upgrade some mattresses the staff was very friendly the breakfast was very good very delicious and the woman in the kitchen was fabulous all the employees were very friendly definitely not worth $180 a night I would give it more of a hundred a night maybe about the equivalent of a super 8.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. In our room everything was clean and had anything we could need. The breakfast was much better than what's offered in lots of other hotels. We will definitely stay again.

The property was well maintained. Checkin was fast and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable and pillows were great. Breakfast was good.

Stayed overnight to rest on our way home. There were tornado sirens going off and the front desk staff member was calm and told us where we could wait until the threat was gone. Very clean and updated hotel. It even smelled newer. Bathroom was clean and has everything we needed.

It was clean-ish. It just looked... Well used. Some stains in the toilet and shower that just don't look great, but they were clean.

The bed was awesome... only reason i down graded was we had lots of teeny tiny ants. We told the desk clerk when we checked out.

We stayed overnight as we were traveling through the area. The hotel was beautiful and in immaculate condition. The rooms were comfortable and didn’t feel like a hotel. The breakfast was prompt and ready to go at six. We will definitely stay again!

Very updated room with brand new beds that were super comfortable! Plenty of outlets and usb plug ins in the room. Super clean and the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and recommended some great restaurants in the area.

Normally dont leave reviews but the lady at the front desk was so disinterested, rude and slow. She took as long as she possibly could and was so unfriendly.

It was convenient to our visit to places in Perryville and Sainte Genevieve, plus Walmart and various eating places were near. Nice and clean with a good breakfast.

We stayed here 1 night while passing through Perryville on our way to Iowa. We checked in late (8:00PM) and were so happy to take nice hot showers. We LOVED the shower and Dove products they supplied. The beds were comfortable. The room and entire property were very clean. Breakfast in the morning was great- large variety of hot and cold items and everything was tasty. The only issue which was minor was that we forgot our toothbrushes and the sign said we could get some at the front desk but the front desk didn't have any.

We were traveling thru the area and chose to stay for the night. We arrived later than expected. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Friendly staff at check-in and working in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. Lots of plugin options to charge devices. Breakfast was excellent! Pancake maker was awesome! Loved the cinnamon rolls! Lots of options to pick from: 3 cereals, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, juice options, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, egg omelet with cheese, sausage patty, bacon, bagels, bread, mini muffins, fresh fruit, and all the seasonings and condiments you can think of. We would definitely stay here again.
