well maintained grounds and facilities. Plenty of helpful staff. On site recreation facilities good - water slides, crazy golf, table tennis. Food quality and variety good. Room air con good, nice showers, comfortable bed. Nice variety of swimming pools. Found reception a bit chaotic, always referred to another member of staff and often told to come back later. Surprised no secure luggage storage room following check out. Just leaving cases in reception does not seem a great idea from a security perspective.

Very friendly staff specially Mustafa and Hosam I call them smiley faces always greet us with polite smile they are great people . We recommend to visit Egypt and enjoy the greatness of this beautiful country.
