Very nice hotel, our room was clean & comfortable. The a/c was cold and we had daily maid service. The location is convenient to restaurants with ample safe parking. We will certainly return for next year's business trip.

The hotel is right off of the main street and has parking in front. Check-in is old-style, on paper and done efficiently. The room, hall and exterior are clean. My only concern is the door leading into the rooms entryway, which didn't always latch. Otherwise, I would stay here again so we can explore Clinton more.

The room and hotel was very, very clean. The bathroom supplies such as shampoo and soap were plentiful. Coffee for the in room coffee pot was plentiful also. The front desk personnel were kind and thoughtful, ensuring we could get the door open easily. When we checked out, the desk personnel asked if there was anything else they could have done to make our stay more pleasant, which there was not. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The place is in a good location that’s about the only thing that is good about this place. The room was disgusting I have never stayed in a place that the entire room was not clean. The only thing that look clean was the sheets and even the under sheets were dirty. Probably the worse was the bathroom it smell like urine and had urine dried on the back of the toilet the floor was sticky spider webs even in the room curtains dust that had not been clean in a long time. The towels smell.

Overall our biggest disappointment was that the room and bathroom were not very clean. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the bathroom had visible dirt and stains. The quality of the mattresses were also very poor, making it impossible to have a good night's sleep.

The level of uncleanliness of the room was astounding. I know this isn’t a 5-star hotel but basic cleanliness is a non-negotiable. The bathroom had cleanable (I cleaned myself with a disinfectant wipe) spots/drips on the wall next to the toilet, the back of the seat cover had months worth of grime, the sink faucet looked like it had toothpaste spit all over it and layers of dust and grime. I mean, do they not give the sink a GOOD wipe down? Too much hair from previous guests was all around the bathroom. The front of microwave was nasty. A basic wipe down just once a week would render it clean at an acceptable level. There was obvious brown hook on the light cover in the room that was impossible to miss!! Why hasn’t it been cleaned off?!?!? While I enjoyed the cute town, the disgusting room just made me want to get out quickly.

Roaches…..we killed many. Be cautious when turning on the bathroom light in the middle of the night. There were several running around. There was hair in the tub when we first arrived, begging the question on whether or not it was really cleaned prior to our arrival. Beds were pretty hard and not too comfortable. Basically, we paid for a cheap room and that’s what we got.

It was ok, pretty loud, the slide lock on the door was non functional, door did not fit great. Biggest problem was the toilet was so short it appeared to be set up for a 4 year old, quite difficult to get onto and off of.

Location could use an update... only needed to stay one night, so it was fine. It was quiet, room was a little small. But fine for 1 night. Only 2 towels were in the room, there were 2 adults, so at least 1 more would've been nice. Lobby is extremely small, and a little sketchy when checking in late evening. But the gentleman working the desk was very polite!

We spent the night on the way to NC to open our cabin for the summer. This is the 2nd time we've used this hotel. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. They had just cleaned the carpets and regularly keep the property clean & maintained which is why we return.

When checking in after 22:00 there is a phone you grab to talk to the night attendant and notify them you have arrived. It seems like the owner lives on premises, not the kindest person. Talking with him Honestly felt as though I was walking on broken glass. Hotel is very small, rooms are tiny. There is an ice machine. As soon as we walked into the room we noticed it was not very clean. Thankfully we carry disinfecting spray, so we sprayed the room and the beds. We didn’t dare put our heads on the pillow without protection (used shirts over them) there are pictures attached to this review so you can understand how dirty it was. Also, if you are traveling with pets please make sure to notify them before hand or there will be a $50 fee afterwards or you may get kicked out of the premises without a refund. (There are signs all over the place)

The room was nice. Freshly painted. Good place to rest and sleep when exploring the North Georgia mountains. Friendly and accommodating staff. The exterior looked a little worn and the hall carped seamed to confirm that but the room was nice. Biggest complaint is that the in room coffee maker was unable to make anything but weak coffee.

Pleasant helpful staff, restaurants very tasty food and friendly, bathroom floor had not been cleaned recently. Liquid dried that looked like coffee or tea in the center of the bathroom floor. I would definitely stay there again, though. Nice people, helpful and friendly. A great area to rest and relax.

dampness in the room made a musty smell and carpet felt sticky. No smoking in the room which is great, but people standing right outside the door is no good either. Breakfast is a joke - weak coffee, hard as rock pre packed rolls, muffins and orange drink, not orange juice.

Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t like what they called a continental breakfast. Plastic wrapped danish or honeybun with imitation juice and a microwave that management knew didn’t work. Forget breakfast, but everything else was fine.
