Rooms were clean. When I was there o think there were only 2-3 people in the hotel. Small hotel 6 rooms total. Small kitchen and common room available. Air conditioning worked great. 7-11 two doors down. Not too many restaurants near by. With in walking distance to FujiKyu theme park.

Communication was good and place was clean and good facilities except would like metal knife, fork and spoon…also tricky to figure out heating and one air conditioner/heater not working. Lift service advertised was great :)

AC/Heat very inconsistent, either too hot of cold yet remote was left in a visual spot for the unit. Check in was frustrating as code was not given even tho we received a ambiguous email asking for a reply if we were going to be late yet it was required regardless to get the entry code. That was a challenge as we received several emails with portions of a email address that would not copy without a circle with an exclimation in it. finally sorted after several back and forth's.. arbnb's have been easier to gain entry.

Sufficient stay. Very minimal amenities.
