Spa was really good and so spacious! Complimentary mud masks and body scrub. Our twin room was a bit on the small side but still lovely. Staff were amazing throughout the stay so helpful

I recently stayed at the Axle Gundelson, and it was a charming and eco modern experience. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and super clean, and the toiletries were lovely. The hotel amenities were fantastic, location was perfect, and we enjoyed delicious cocktails at the hotel bar. We wished we could have stayed longer! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I still love it. The vibe is just there. The rooms are so nice and filled with a warmth that’s hard to find in other places in Copenhagen.

Booked for three days so called apartment. It was just a room with a kind of kitchen, with dirty windows and neighbors noise. No cleaning provided, no garbage removed, nothing. I asked for towels at least. Not the service you expect from a hotel (4 stars) for 900+ usd. Very bad.
