Great location for attending Vikings game! The room was comfortable and large and there was a good breakfast as well. The bar on site was equally nice and there was a great outdoor patio. Staff was awesome as well!

I stayed for 3 nights and every single employee that I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. The room was not what I was hoping for. Dresser drawers did not shut, coffee maker didn't work, bathroom door hung a bit crooked. It was clean though.

Great hotel. Good location. The rooms are awesome. Very spacious and they have a full kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher! This is great for a longer stay. Very close to the river front. Downtown is also walkable. Breakfast was good with lots of options, but the breakfast area furniture need to be updated. Would stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious, only problem was the bed and pillows. The pillows go flat when you lay on it, and the bed was very hard, couldn't wait to get back home to my own bed.

Everything was great except for the pull out bed. The pull out bed was the most lumpy, thin and uncomfortable surface I have slept on. I understand that they are not a full bed but some comfort would be appreciated.

The woman who checked us in was a little dry and not friendly. When I asked how much a small bottle of Aquafina water was, and she said $3, I said ok, and walked away and she gave a big "huff". Past that the rest of the desk staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Rooms need minor maintenance (garbage disposal didn't work, refrigerator looked like some had hit it a number of times with a hammer, no usb charging ports only 110 outlets around the room). Was quiet for the most part. Breakfast was decent. Was a typical middle of the road type of hotel, not fancy, but not horrible.

Liked having a suite and that the hotel was only 4 stories. Didn’t have to wait long for the elevator. The front desk staff was especially friendly and helpful.

They need to upgrade the property and train their staff to be more friendly. Get some people skills please. Housekeeping did not adequately stock our room before the stay and when i adked them to leave more items, she says yes and doesn't do it. Had to ask the desk guy later.

Great place to stay in Minneapolis. Right near the river and downtown. Rooms are clean, quiet. Good, free breakfast. And the staff is very nice. I will absolutely stay there again next time I am in the area.

Wonderful stay with our great granddaughter for the weekend and Aquatennial fireworks. Room worked great. Checkin was quick and easy. Breakfast was ok…typical scrambled eggs, etc. Nothing special. No USB ports in the room.
