The entire staff were amazing and helpful. Very accommodating with our airport transportation . Constant cleanliness of rooms

turned on tv but had no remote to use tv and tv would not shut off which made it hard to sleep considering it was on all night.

We ended up not being able to stay at all. Hotel refused my valid form of payment for the deposit and denied service. Even though I booked with the Hotel app and paid with a chime card, they would not allow me to pay with a chime card at the hotel. Or any of the other forms of payments that I had.
