Rooms were not dirty but not the cleanest. There was black dirt rings in the bathroom. The staff were friendly. It’s not in the best area. There were people sleeping in the shrubs on the property several times during our stay. The elevator was broken down the last two days of our stay which was an inconvenience.

The accommodations are fine. Staff was very nice. One REALLY BIG PROBLEM. Web site listed Free shuttle but when I arrived found that NO. I had to hire an Uber to get me 2.41 miles to the airport. $41 plus $6 tip

The pool was closed, was told by staff that patrons often throw party’s in there and they had to close the pool.we could not used and it was very inconvenient because when I booked my room I was told they have a indoor pool and I went there thinking I was going to be able to get in.

Stayed here two nights and both nights our car was broken into and the windows were smashed. There no security and the staff really didn’t care. There was at least 12 other vehicles smashed and grabbed as well. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Hotel was accomodating with us coming in at 4am for checking. When walking into hotel slight mildew smell, the front desk person she opened the door for the bell cart. Hotel room was clean, bathroom door did not have a latch so you couldnt lock door. Breakfast was below average. The eggs were slightly warm, potatoes hard & undercooked, sausage was cold, yogurt was out of date. Cranberry juice was out. Waffles were good.

We had a few issues with the room, one night our TV stopped working, one night our smoke alarm went off and was defective, and after midnight, the wi-fi was near non-existent. This being said, the staff was polite, courteous and were very willing to help and fix all issues. We would stay here again!

There wasn't much to like. The rooms were small, sink want even in the bathroom, toilet day so low to the ground I could hardly use it, it leaked, we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator wouldn't go down only up and the phone in the room want connected. We really deserve a refund or at least a discount!

Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of fast food nearby! Our room felt a little unclean (stray hairs, messy mirror and stains on the chair/couch) but the bed felt clean. Pillows old and the bed was lumpy. Definitely could use an update, but it was fine for crashing after an event at the Schottenstein Center! Workers were friendly and breakfast was surprisingly awesome. Great selection, well-stocked, and more waffle toppings than I've ever seen at a hotel! And waffles matter more than a few little comforts, right? ;)

We were very pleasantly surprised. The front desk receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a nice complimentary breakfast every morning, hot and ready to go. Really, no complaints, would stay again.

Overall our stay was satisfactory. The housekeeping service was excellent. My only dissatisfaction was with checking in. The clerk barely made eye contact never smiled and completed the transaction robotically. I did not feel welcomed to the hotel. We saw the same person coming in the next day, and again did not greet us nor smile. I feel like that’s important in my overall feeling of a hotel stay. Check out was with another gentleman and he was very friendly and personable otherwise everyone was pleasant and I would stay there again.

The staff that was here did the very best they could and I appreciate them. We got here an hour after check in and still had to wait an additional hour in the parking lot waiting for them to clean a room. We’re the lucky ones though because when we got back to our room at night there were people who had reservations but we’re told the hotel was over booked. Yikes

Outside the hotel there are 3 restaurants and one hospital. Buses every an hour, this mean if you do not have a suitable transportation you will feel isolated. Inside the hotel there is everything you need.

I was a little weary of staying here due to the reviews but it was one i. Very few options left for the country superfest. The elevator was loud and if you ask me i would say scary all the noises it made. The halls had a smell as if you were entering a nursing facility. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom and it was not mine. The toilet sits practically in the ground very low. The toilet kept clogging every and anytime it was flushed. The kicker for me was we went for breakfast a little after 8 and was told by a staff member that they had none left as the staff last night did not do their job so we paid a pretty penny for this place due to the crowds and honestly i was very unsatisfied that we will not.be going back here anytime in the future.

The room was great, but the rest of the hotel was dirty, and in general, all the floors were sticky, including the elevator. The breakfast looked old as the eggs were sandy, the little hamburgers were super dry, the coffee pot was bone dry, and the juicer machine didn't work... I ended up eating 2 yogurts... I'm still waiting for the refund of my deposit. I don't understand why it's taking so long, as when I stayed in other hotels, I received it back right away.

The hallway smells like marijuana, the shuttle claims it was 6 am to 10pm but after calling the hotel for a pickup, it was going to be over an hour wait, so we ended up paying for an Uber. Also the bathroom was dirty and having a sink outside the bathroom with a toilet is just nasty and not very sanitary. We will never stay there again. Very hard beds as well.
