The staff at check-in was very pleasant, but when I spoke to the daytime staff about an additional days parking charge he wasn’t able to help. The next morning when I went back to resolve the issue no one was working at the front desk. There was only one elevator working and it was the slowest elevator I have ever experienced.

Only one slow elevator was working. The pool was not useable. There was a table and other stuff in the pool that needed attention. I guess there must have been a storm, but none was attentive of it.

One elevator was closed and the other was a little questionable. I was not aware that you had to pay to park. I paid on the app and they attempted to also add it to my bill. The staff was nice though and it was a good place to stay otherwise. Very clean.

Overall, the stay wasn't terribly bad. The breakfast was okay and nothing that you could rave about. There were a few things that made the stay a nightmare. First, the lobby smelled of weed and was consistent the entire time there. Second, the bar is just literally a wrap around with a few seats. Nobody was there for the most part and hence, even if you wanted to get a beverage, forget it. Third, I had a housekeeper bang the door around 9am the third day that I was there and would NOT stop knocking. This ended up waking me up and told them to come back in a bit. With that, I left the hotel immediately. Never in my time staying at hotels that I had ever had that happen. If I am coming back to the area, I will go to a different hotel. Absolutely unprofessional!

The power went out at 12 am when I turned on a lamp in the room. At that time, we had to move to another room. The room was sticky (floor, bathroom), and the walls were sticky too. Site didn't say that pool was closed. Breakfast and staff were the only good thing.

Room had mold. 2nd room was still musty. Couches were grimy. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast was crappy. Just outdated and more run down than any other hyatt place/house weve been to. We thought it was a brand thing (the quality) but guess not haha. Staff was friendly and helpful tho :)

They had to change my room. They gave me a smoking room. So they changed my room and it was filthy. The carpet was dirty, hair was in the bathroom, the curtains on the window was dirty and you can see the black stains. There was dust all on the walls. This was the worse experience I have ever had.

Breakfast was not the best and not much space to eat. No spoons for the cereal, but did ask for one and did get one bit has to ask. The bathroom in the room was very small, had to squeez into the corner by the bathroom to shut the door. Didnt like that we had to pay for parking. Why, we paid to stay there and had to pay to park there also. We come to Atlanta every month and will not stay there again, just because of the parking.

I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Peachtree Corners. The location is a little off the highway but once you’re there the surrounding area is wonderful. There are plenty of food and shopping options. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout my visit, and the rooms were impressively spacious and comfortable though the bathroom was a little tight. I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely hated the bathroom. The sink was outside of it and the room with the toilet and shower were tiny. The air conditioning didn't work right. We had it set to 61 and it was still hot.

We stayed one night at Hyatt Place Atlanta Norcross. The sink faucet was inverted, and both the bed and couch made squeaky noises with the slightest movement. The pillows were low quality and not fluffy. The restroom door didn’t close properly. While the room size was decent, the design wasn't very well thought out. I would prefer other hotels before returning here.

Staff was nice and the gym was ok. Everything else is a 2 star the hotel elevator was not working, the hotel looked old and gloomy from the front door, the hallways and the rooms. Wore shoes and socks the entire time in my room due to how dirty the carpet looked the room was not properly wiped down either. No microwaves it was n overall disappointment. It looked more like a motel to me. I will not be returning

I had a warm room with a very comfortable bed. I liked the desk in the room and all the available plugs. The only thing I missed was having a microwave in the room to warm up my food. I didn't like taking my food downstairs to heat up.

Our stay was not great due to several factors: First, we were told they were sold out and didn’t have a room for us when we arrived at 2 AM. The funny thing is, we had called beforehand to let them know we’d be arriving late around 2-3 AM, and they confirmed that the room would be ready by then. We even received an email confirming we had already checked in before we arrived. That’s definitely not what you want to hear when you’re evacuating from Milton and booked the room at least a day in advance. The front desk person said his colleague had called earlier to inform us they were sold out but couldn’t reach us. This is where things got worse because we never received any message, voicemail, or missed call. Thankfully, he was able to check us into one of the spare rooms. As for the parking situation, we weren’t even in a downtown or crowded area, so $12 a night was ridiculous. The front desk even acknowledged that other guests had complained about it before and advised us to email the manager. Also, we were told we would get housekeeping on our third night, but no one ever showed up. Aside from all that, the hotel is in a great location, and at least we had a place to stay while everything in Milton was happening.

The hotel and room was clean and staff were polite… however those were the ONLY positives of our stay here. Our room had claw marks on bottom of bathroom door and the back of the entry door to the room. They charge $12.00 for overnight parking however the hotel has a parking lot and is located about thirty minutes from Atlanta. In addition to this when requesting additional towels and a blanket for the pull out bed, we were told we had to come to the front desk to get it. There was no room service. Lastly, the breakfast!!!! Many items were missing and the selection was limited. Yogurt was out and watery with no toppings for it, they instead had toppings out for oatmeal but no oatmeal! They had no real plates or utensils, only paper plates and plastic utensils. Coffee was only available during breakfast hours. When leaving at 6:00 am there was none available… also a first for us! All in all, as a family who often chooses to stay at Hyatt Place’s when we travel, we were extremely dissatisfied and know the Hyatt brand would be as well!

We had an unexpected situation where our Airbnb flooded, and we arrived at the Hyatt Place around 12:30 AM — exhausted and stressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating during a very difficult night. Everyone we interacted with made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. Their service truly made all the difference, and we’re so grateful. This was by far the one of the best hotels ive stayed in the customer service was excellent and everything was very clean and accommodating we plan to visit again in September i already booked again for that trip ! The manager at front desk was so very helpful and pleasant!

I chose this hotel because their website advertised a shuttle for near by attractions and an onsite restaurant. These things are no longer available per the front desk. They need to update their website. The rooms are not cleaned unless you advise the front desk. If you need anything, you need to physically go downstairs to speak to someone, if you find someone. No one in the front desk answers the phone. I will not be staying here again. If this is what Hyatt offers, I will not choose this hotel anywhere.

I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Peachtree Corners. The location is a little off the highway but once you’re there the surrounding area is wonderful. There are plenty of food and shopping options. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout my visit, and the rooms were impressively spacious and comfortable though the bathroom was a little tight. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is located in a nature surrounded area= nice and quiet. What I did not like is we have to pay for parking. In Expedia, we were told there is $12 parking, which is already hard to swallow (when hotel parking are almost always free except for Vegas as far as I know) but when I checked my credit card statement, it even increased to $13!

The Hotel is very nice and the beds are comfortable. The Hotel is an excellent location and is pet friendly. The staff is very friendly and the Hotel is in excellent condition! I will definitely stay again when in the area. The only complaint is that there is paid parking. I did not understand this!

Our stay was great! We didn’t have any issues. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with the additional parking fee ($12 a night). The room itself was spacious and very clean. The bathroom itself was rather small but that wasn’t an issue for us. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were really flat so bring your own if you like more sturdier pillows. The free breakfast was great! The pool was nice but there were no towels so again bring your own or ask for them at the front desk before you head out. We did have issues with people smoking weed in the pool area which I guess is legal here (it isn’t where we are from) and I wasn’t happy about it being around my kids, but I guess that’s more of a personal issue than a property problem. Overall I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it!

The breakfast left much to be desired. Was there for two nights and was hoping that the first morning was just a fluke with everything needing to be refilled, no waffle maker, not drinks, etc…but the second morning was just the same. The room was good. Beds comfortable and room clean. Pool area was dirty with food remnants being left. Used bandaid left on the lounge chair. Weed smell every time we walked out the door. It’s the little things that make the stay a good one! Would not stay at this hotel again.

Overall everything was good. Pool was clean. Room was clean. Those that worked there were so helpful and friendly. THE ONLY THING was breakfast. Everything needed replenishment. Overall, the stay wasn't terribly bad. The breakfast was okay and nothing that you could rave about. There were a few things that made the stay a nightmare. First, the lobby smelled of weed and was consistent the entire time there. Second, the bar is just literally a wrap around with a few seats. Nobody was there for the most part and hence, even if you wanted to get a beverage, forget it. Third, I had a housekeeper bang the door around 9am the third day that I was there and would NOT stop knocking. This ended up waking me up and told them to come back in a bit. With that, I left the hotel immediately. Never in my time staying at hotels that I had ever had that happen. If I am coming back to the area, I will go to a different hotel. Absolutely unprofessional!
