We stayed in two different hotels in Paris during our trip, and this was our favorite one. It was very clean, great central location, quiet, the rooms were well done and well stocked, everything you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. My only drawback was that the staff was somewhat limited in their helpfulness, while they did call taxis for us and make good recommendations of spots around the city, there were little things like we had to specifically ask for help with our luggage during our stay rather than it being grabbed for us when we were leaving the property. All in all, a great experience.

The only problem was check in. If you were a rich foreigner you got a room immediately. Two women from America waited 2 1/2 hours for a room. Not thrilled with reception people. Wouldn’t acknowledge you were waiting at all.
