This hotel is quiet and small. The rooms are what you would expect in French hotel. The bathroom is a good size. The room had a small fridge which was not cold. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator is really small but nostalgic of an old elevator. There were shops around the hotel and Uber was easily accessible from this location. I would definitely stay again as this was a nice area. Oh, the bed was comfortable and I appreciate that they had extra pillows!

Bilder der „Terrasse“. Ist einfach ein stuhl in einem Mini Innenhof. Sehr dreckig. Wirklich nur für Raucher. Seht enges Zimmer, im WC ind separater Dusche kann man sich kaum wenden. Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui n’en mérite que 2 grand maximum. Pour commencer le parking annoncé est à 1km à pied. Avec les bagages c’est top. La surface des chambres est ridicule pour un 4 étoiles avec des pièces mansardées qui ne permettent pas de faire le tour du lit. La salle de bain mansardée ne permet pas de se tenir debout dans la douche pour quelqu’un de taille normale. Quelques moisissures constatées. Des murs en cartons qui vous permettent de profiter des bruits de tout l’étage y compris des scooters qui démarrent dans la rue (ça c’est les fenêtres pour le coup). Bref réveil matinale en fonction de vos voisins. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

gerade eben Neu Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral, hat einen kleinen vorraum wo die Rezeption und ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten sind, wir hatten für Pariser Verhältnisse ein größeres Zimmer, ca 12 qm, Frühstück wird Angeboten für 15 € pro Tag pro Person, das Hotel selbst hat keine Parkplätze aber in der Näheren Umgebung sind viele Parkhäuser, online Parkplatz Reservieren ist günstiger.

We stayed with a friend, but their room had bedbugs. Even after switching to a new room, they found dead bedbugs, which made the experience extremely unpleasant. On top of that, we were charged for breakfast even before we arrived in Paris. Despite requesting breakfast for only one day during our stay, we were charged for every morning of our stay plus an extra morning when we weren’t even there. It’s been a month now, and despite ongoing email exchanges, we still haven’t received a refund. We will report our credit card company

This place is dirty , I found starbuck wrappers under my bed out in the open of the cracks too, A very easy but disgusting mistake. The location is what sells this place and the staff is what makes this place shine.

This is a gem in Paris! Short walk away from Trenes metro station, easy to walk upto Arc de triomphe and has big clean rooms! Overall amazing experience for 3 days in Paris. Staff is very helpful, especially Julia who was very polite and helpful from the welcome to the final check out. I will definitely stay here for my next visit to Paris. If you are looking for a place closer to wide variety of restaurants, easy to access via metro, that has big clean rooms for your next stay in Paris, this is the place. :)

It was an amazing stay. Room and bathroom are Very clean, bed very comfy. nice staff, very helpful, very pleasant. Not far from the Metro or train station. So easy to travel around. I would highly recommend this place. If we ever come back to Paris again, definitely stay here.

Fantastic location hotel is great just what you need, great bed and the room cleaning was spot on we didn't do the breakfast option as we wanted to explore but it did look fantastic, would definitely stay here again thanks for a great trip

Hotel très correct mais aussi très bruyant. Les murs sont très minces et on entend les voisins discuter ou faire la fête jusqu'à 3-4h du matin. Pas seulement un voisin mais plusieurs, et sur plusieurs jours (même après changemennt de voisins). Nous avions 2 chambres sur 2 étages différents même expérience pour les 2 chambres. Robinet de salle de bain qui ne fonctionnait pas... pour 750$ pour 3 nuits, on s'attend a un minimum! Emplacement a 5 min de marche du métro a la place des Ternes, très pratique.

As an old property in Europe you will find everything small but not that small We rented an air conditioning room and we had to open the windows to sleep at an outside temperature of 75. We rented a room for 3 adults and we didn’t have a space for luggage, the bathroom was very uncomfortable, the water outside of the shower because the only (typical) shower door was broken Good staff and location

Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Room was freezing cold with barely any amenities, no tissue paper, already opened bottle of water, just two bar of soaps, no shampoo or moisturizing cream. Wifi wasn't great either. Also no cellphone service when in the room. Also thin walls between rooms.

Great location, friendly staff, affordable prices! Great place to stay to get to all the top places in Paris. Some items were inconsistently stocked in our rooms (ex on check in we had water, glasses, towels, etc, but after our rooms were made up on day 2 we had no towels replaced, no extra water was replaced, glasses were never replaced with clean ones). All that to say this could just be a Europe thing, we are not experienced travellers. We also had to wait over an hour to check in, which was hard for tired travellers. Maybe it was just a bad day for staffing! I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again! Merci!

This hotel is within walking distance of the arc de triomphe and the metro stations. The surrounding area had a number of nice restaurants, particularly close to the gluten free restaurant Little Nonna which was perfect for our dietary needs, and served the nicest Pizza and pasta ever, washed down with gluten free beer. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, room was small but clean and had tea and coffee making facilities and a nice sized bathroom with tub. It was a quiet area so our sleep was not disturbed. I would definitively stay here again.

Friends referred us to the hotel. Was a great location. Staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable and had air conditioning. Breakfast was available for a fee and was very good. Would stay again!

Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui en a perdu au moins deux a son actif. L’hôtel est très mal insonorisé et les chambres sont de tailles ridicules pour un 4 étoiles. La salle du petit déjeuner est minuscule et vous êtes entassé le matin au petit déjeuner. Il faut également faire un peu de gym le matin pour enjamber les sacs de linge sales dans les parties communes. Bref, j’accepterai ce niveau de prestation pour un deux étoiles avec un prix adapté mais là c’est du vol.

Small boutique hotel in heart of Paris, 5 minutes walk to metro Ternes and from there you can see Arch de Triumph. Very nice rooms and super friendly staff! Great breakfast too!
