Good location. Was a bit disappointing as the pool was not operational while there.

Dirty rooms, pool out of service GM was rude.

great location for travelers. pool is always under repair.

Stayed for a quick rest mid 15 hr road trip based on "good" rating on Expedia. Out dated, elevator did not work (we were on 2nd floor and had items we could not leave in car) and expensive. Someone had brought or cooked food and the hallway our floor smelled really strong. Skipped breakfast, too crowded. Did it work for sleep and a shower yes. Would we stay here again? No.

No elevator, so be sure to request a 1st floor room if you don’t want to have to lug your bags up the stairs. The room was fine, but the bed was hard. We were there 3 nights and nobody came in to take out the trash or refresh the towels.

Absolutely terrible. The outside was not taken care of. It didn’t have a door on the entrance, they had one person at the desk that spoke English well enough to understand what you were asking. We stayed 4 days and they NEVER came in to take out trash, make beds, or leave us clean towels. Not to mention it talks about the indoor pool that has been out of service almost 2 years now.

I booked there for the pool but when I arrived it had been closed for repairs so I didn't stay.

Wish there would of been elevator bad knees and steps don’t mix well.

Rooms had bed bugs. Hotel staff was in denial even when they saw them with their own eyes. Wouldn’t offer any refunds and said we made it up.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Food stuck on walls, crumbs on the table, candy stuck on the bedside table, dead gnats on the bed, fingerprints all over headboard, toilet paper roll wasn’t replaced, bathroom is SUPER small, our hotel room door, even when locked, was still opened a half inch so you can see in and out into the hallway, lastly our room had ROACHES!!!

Would definitely not recommend. 0 out of 5 stars. Very dirty.

The room was not clean (hand print on the faucet, hair on the walls in the shower).

Room was very dirty specifically the carpet. I took a shower walked on the floor back to the bed. Feet felt gross and could see dirt/grease/discoloration on my feet after 5 minutes. Felt something under my toes-turns out to be a pill. My guess is that carpet is not been vacuumed very well. Hard no for me staying there again. If you do, be sure and wear shoes at all times in the room.

Room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned in a minute. Faucets were dirty. Toilet lid & seat cover had something on it that I cleaned off myself. Shower barely worked. Someone’s makeup was on the towels. Greasy palm prints all over one of the headboards. Never stayed at a Quality Inn before and I won’t do it again.

Very disappointed experience. The room was super dirty, smell , bad condition. Never be back again….not worth it

The pool had balled up hair and our bathroom was dirty and there were stains on our bed.

Our second story room had a hole in the ceiling where the smoke detector should be. The carpets had foand stains.

I requested a room on the first floor and I did not get it. Had to climb the stairs with asthma and two bad knees not very fun. There are no USB ports anywhere in the room. There is only one outlet by the bed. Luckily, I brought an extension cord with me for our two CPAP.S

Everything was great, the shower is the only thing in need of updating. It was clea, but looked dirty just due to being old. Also, my son is 5 ft10 and the shower hit him in the neck. Lol Everything else was good.

It was right next to I 80. Our first room had numerous mechanical problems like no AC. The staff needs to learn how to place guests as in noisy kids on the vottom clear on the end and others above them

The room we stayed in was very much below standard. In our particular room, there were loose tiles in the bathroom. The tile grout was missing throughout the shower. There several lamps but with burnt out light bulbs. The outlet to use the blow dryer didn't work and we had to use a different outlet but couldn't use the blow dryer since it was attached to the wall near the broken outlet. The room was very dark. The hotel seems very old and needs to be upgraded. The room included breakfast. On some days, there wasn't very much food. So we ended up having to go out to eat. When there was food, it was ok. We asked the front clerk to replace the lightbulbs but it never got done. Also our stay was for 5 days. Not once did they come to clean our room or provide fresh towels. I would not recommend this hotel.

You get what you pay for. There are hairs in the bed so not sure how clean it is. The showerhead is at a height of approximately 5 feet. I am an average 5’5” woman and I had to squat to take a shower.the showerhead was below eye level. I can’t imagine an average height man or worse a tall man(or woman) having to take a shower in there; they would have to kneel. On the plus side the water pressure is very good and the complementary shampoo and conditioner smells good.

The room was not as pictured. Not remodeled at all, bathroom is tiny, beds uncomfortable. It seems they unplug everything when a guest checks out. Extremely bad lighting.

There was no coffee in the room and shower was completely cold one morning.

The property was a little dated. Room size was fine but the bathroom was very small and needed attention. It was just fine for 1 night passing thru, but I wouldn’t stay for multiple nights.

1. Front desk guy is terrible. He will argue with you every chance he can, and signed me up for something without my consent. There is no elevator only stairs, the bathroom is enough space for tub and toilet. The mirror and sink for bathroom was outside the bathroom. The bed was mediocre. And you have only a couple places to eat close by.

We booked a stay here for 6 nights and we asked on two different days for our room to be cleaned and garbages emptied. Two different managers said they would put it down for the next day and our room was never cleaned. The property is pretty run down on the exterior. The breakfast was ok.

The service was excellent at the hotel, initial room had a maintenance issue and we had a new one within an hour of check in. The pillows could use an upgrade and smart TV's would be nice. Breakfast was alright, but keep in mind Cracker Barrel is a 2 minute walk if you have even a little bit of a budget. If you order food, ensure the delivery driver knows which hotel they are going to, this was an issue. As for the hotel, it will not win awards, but the staff was excellent.

It was all we wanted. The limited contact we had with staff was very pleasant. Comfortable sleeping and very nice/well attended breakfast provision. We would stay here again.

They kept saying they couldn't help me or change me my payment mythod. I used a cc to hold to room and wanted to use a debit card to pay. They didn't like that I used Hotels.com

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL!! Booked a stay at this hotel as my sister and I were traveling a long roadtrip and was looking for somewhere to crash for a few hours. Upon our arrival there we discovered a group of 20-30 males in the parking lot partying with multiple bottles of alcohol. When we pulled into the parking lot we were APPROACHED by the males coming to our car throwing their hands up!! We immediately turned around and left the parking lot went down the street and called the hotel stating we didn’t feel safe as two females and would like to not stay there if we could get a refund please. The desk guy sympathized and said he would have his manager refund. We then talked Hotels.com to try to get a refund they contacted the property and the hotel wanted us to return to the property for a refund!!! They had supposedly talked to the party and it was going to be broken up within 5 minutes. I explained it was unsafe for us and we wouldn’t be returning to negotiate refund they could just do it over the phone as we were already on the road headed to Lincoln. The hotel then again explained the party would be broken up and we could come back to stay. We refused stating we felt unsafe and would just like a refund… the manager has yet to be reached by myself nor hotels.com!! Horrible communication, no follow through. It’s like pulling teeth to get my refund!

First we had a late checking. We sat it up to pay once we got there. They took money out of my accounts before we got there for the fist nights stay. Once we got there they would not let us get the key until we paid for the next nights stay. When we walked into the room it had a very dirty smell. The lights by the head of the bed kept flickering on and off and then they went completely out. The lamp by the window would not turn on. It was plugged in and we tried all the light switches. The coffee pot you had to unplug to get it to turn off. We tried cancel our room for the next morning and they said we could not. When we tried again later, they said that we should have done it earlier that day which we did and they say we could not. We checked out of the motel without staying the second night. The receptionist did not even ask about our stay or to find out why we would be leaving early. Their breakfast was nothing but a carb fest. I am a diabetic and need good forms of protein. The breakfast tables were all dirty. Last but not least, they advertised having a indoor swimming pool. Which was a big selling point for us since we have a 5 year old. Their pool was out of service. Had I known this, I would have stayed somewhere else so that my little girl could have enjoyed herself. It is hard to tell a kid they can’t do something after you have already promised them that they could. I feel like it was a huge rip off and I waisted my money.

Very handy over night stop, easy off easy on interstate with gas and food options nearby.

The ease of getting to this facility from the freeway was very advantageous.

Quiet, clean and location was great for my job

Breakfast is serve in clean area, enough space for starving the guests. When we checked in, we got the room that freezer doesn’t work. So the reception staff came and checked on the issue and moved us to the other room. Then, we found our TV was not connected to the cable. The same old reception staff came and fixed the issue. She handled this situation well and was very helpful. The location is very close to I80. It is good location for stop during the travel.

The location was perfect and easy access to I80.

This hotel was right off the highway so we could hear the highway throughout the night but other than that the staff was great and the rooms were clean. The pool is on the smaller side. The gym had a couple pieces of workout equipment but not much. It was close to a gas station and the restaurants near it were walkable.

I found my room clean, the bed comfortable, the A/C wirked fantastic. They had a very nice, free breakfast that offered a variety of choices. And I really liked the indoor pool!

Dirty, musty, pool area super small and the pool had low water level. Staff were great but this place needs a lot of work!

The service let so much to be desired. They didn’t change the bedsheets and didn’t give new towels unless asked. Milk was spoiled during breakfast - which could have been better (offer a few more items probably). The location was convenient - easy accessible.

Beware! If you book a king standard with a sofa bed, their king standards don't have sofa beds! After a "discussion" of the problem, the front desk clerk said I would have to call Expedia. I said it was their problem and they could call Expedia while I went to a different hotel. He then offered me a king room with a sofa bed. I could barely being myself to sit on the sofa it was so old and dirty. They hadn't vacuumed the carpet. They had three packets of coffee and ALL were decaf. Breakfast was limited with no hot options. There is a great Mexican restaurant next door.

The toilet had an active leak with rusty staining around the base of the toilet. The toilet seat was broken at the anker point. The Breakfast - just don’t eat it ( the instant eggs taste awful and felt like sandpaper on your tongue)! The orange juice and apple juice had absolutely no flavor it taste watered down.

Clean, reasonably comfortable bed, decent breakfast.
