The friendly arrival team offered us welcome drinks on the terrace overlooking the lake. We had a loft suite so our children were on a pullout with a child with a full bath downstairs while we had a bedroom upstairs with a full bath (and tub). Although I usually bring my own, their toiletries were wonderful, I loved the scents and they were high quality. The grounds are beautiful and we did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as well as the ice room and sauna which are included in your stay. The breakfast selection was excellent and flavorful. We were able to walk into town and enjoy seeing the shops down the beautiful little alleys. We had dinner right on the lake at La Pergola which is located next to the boat dock below the hotel. There is a set of stairs next to the hotel that you can walk down to get there. The best part of the hotel is the service, the employees were engaged and friendly every time we spoke with them. If i asked where something was, they would walk us to the area rather that the typical person who would just point in the general direction. I want to give special recognition to Manuela, who helped me with a unique situation. I purchased shoes for my son and they did not fit but the store had already closed so we couldn't exchange them and we are leaving early the next morning. Manuela was able to take the shoes and have them exchanged the next day and helped me to arrange shopping them home. She stayed in contact through out. Excellence!!!

One of the nicest views in Lake Como region is right outside your hotel room. The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful. Service to the room is excellent and the restaurant is also outstanding, Michelin quality food and service. The Spa, Workout facilities and everything else compares favorably to any Five star hotel we've stayed in, in Italy or otherwise. A short 10 minute walk to the heart of the Bellagio tourist region puts your right close to the action

Staff was fabulous and resort was incredible! The shuttle service was great as it was a little far to walk. All you had to do was ask for a ride and they were there. All of their suggestions for dining were spot on!

Property is nice but their shuttle is not available when you need it. I believe they only had one shuttle and whenever we requested it, it wasn’t available. Rooms were noisy, you could hear people walking above you

First class hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Incredible view from the room’s balcony. Food and drink options in hotel were excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner with many other restaurants in Bellagio a 5-7m walk away. The pool, outside jacuzzi, and the spa were all superb. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Bellagio and would absolutely visit again.

Great hotel and location with amazing views, a long jacuzzi facing Lake Como, excellent, warm staff and service, terrific pool, ultra-modern gym, probably best breakfast buffet you will find at any high-end hotel, (and complimentary), easy 5 min walk to city center and restaurants. Room very modern and understated style, that could have used a little more artistic decor, but still, an absolutely great hotel experience.

Property is a few minutes' walk to the main town area, and it's nice to have a bit more space away from the crowds and shops. The property is situated on a hill facing the opposite side of the lake from the downtown. It's very scenic and peaceful. The spa was just renovated and is top notch- we enjoyed this and the sun deck. It was just warm enough to enjoy and hour or two of sun per day. The staff was friendly, professional, and had outstanding hospitality skills. Our room on arrival had a small deck and faced the road in front of the hotel. It's good to know that the air conditioning for the entire hotel is shut off until whenever they decide it's summer, but when we opened our windows, it was very loud with motorcycles and cars racing by. We asked to be moved and they moved us to an upper floor on the lake side. No private deck, but it was much quieter and the view was incredible! Admittedly, this hotel was a bit of a splurge for us, and we had to pay an additional $150 per night after our room change. So, other than the higher cost, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, in my opinion the best property in Bellagio the gardens are gorgeous the service and customer service was excellent, rooms are cleaned twice a day with fresh new towels twice a day, I had the suite with direct lake view, the view was amazing.

This the best property in Bellagio! The rooms are modern and spotless, the restaurants are excellent, the pool is refreshing but the best quality of the hotel is their amazing staff. They are a great team dedicated to making your stay perfect. I emailed questions and they were responsive and helpful in advance and also after arrival. Even shop owners in town said they consistently hear the Belvedere should be rated 5 stars. My only advice is there is no transportation in the town (taxi or uber) so make sure if you are not renting a car have the Bellagio book a car and driver for you.

This hotel is beautiful in many ways! The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around.

Shower operation was very complicated and no instructions anywhere • No make up mirror in room & light over sink only worked some of the time - hairdryer was horrible on the wall old fashioned type poor internet you constantly needs to reconnect The shower was in the bath tub which was very high and hard to get into And there was no slip mat The hotel grounds are very well kept and the people were very friendly and helpful but for a room around $700 a night we were Very disappointed

Gorgeous property, friendly staff and modern gym/spa facilities. The Essential room was more spacious than anticipated with a lovely mountain view. (Lake view is specified by room type.) Breakfast was included. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bellagio.

The view from the hotel was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the spa, and spent a lot of time using the facilities in between exploring the area. Our room had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, which was great. The room decor was a little sparse and the style was very minimal. That's the only area for improvement in an otherwise wonderful hotel.

Gorgeous views from the pool and our balcony. Our apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped. Everything was modern including AC. We really enjoyed the pool area and spa. Such a short walk to town but out of the hustle and bustle. Best of both worlds. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Hotel Belvedere was one of the best getaways we have ever had. We had 2 junior suites with lake views & the balcony was breathtaking. Everything was immaculate and modern. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun for the kids. The village of Bellagio is quaint and beautiful. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the town.

The Belvedere is a wonderful hotel with stunning views of the lake. The staff is attentive and nice. Our room faced the lake. The only downside to the room is the bathroom. It is narrow and unable to fit two people at a time. Also, the shower could be very challenging for someone who is elderly or disabled. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Where do I begin? We've visited quite a few locations around the world and have been fortunate enough to stay in several very nice hotels, but nothing compares to the Hotel Belvedere in Bellagio! The entire facility is amazing...everything is updated, the spa is quite incredible (steam room, sauna, ice room, Himalayan salt room, and more), the rooms are beautiful, the view of Lake Como is second to none, and the complimentary breakfast is out of this world...and all within a short walk to downtown Bellagio. But what really makes Hotel Belvedere unique and awesome is the staff...never have I experienced a group of genuine, friendly, helpful, and generous professionals like that of Hotel Belvedere. So much so that I have to give a shout out to several: Huge thanks to the restaurant and pool team - Damiano, Claire, Tomas, Greta, and Alessio; the bar - Alex and Mustafa (Alex, you are so incredibly kind!); and the front desk and concierge - Manuela and Felipo. The friendly arrival team offered us welcome drinks on the terrace overlooking the lake. We had a loft suite so our children were on a pullout with a child with a full bath downstairs while we had a bedroom upstairs with a full bath (and tub). Although I usually bring my own, their toiletries were wonderful, I loved the scents and they were high quality. The grounds are beautiful and we did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as well as the ice room and sauna which are included in your stay. The breakfast selection was excellent and flavorful. We were able to walk into town and enjoy seeing the shops down the beautiful little alleys. We had dinner right on the lake at La Pergola which is located next to the boat dock below the hotel. There is a set of stairs next to the hotel that you can walk down to get there. The best part of the hotel is the service, the employees were engaged and friendly every time we spoke with them. If i asked where something was, they would walk us to the area rather that the typical person who would just point in the general direction. I want to give special recognition to Manuela, who helped me with a unique situation. I purchased shoes for my son and they did not fit but the store had already closed so we couldn't exchange them and we are leaving early the next morning. Manuela was able to take the shoes and have them exchanged the next day and helped me to arrange shopping them home. She stayed in contact through out. Excellence!!!

Hotel Belvedere was the highlight of our trip to Italy - the service was incredible, from offering us cold water as we checked in, to providing us with a map of the area and ferry schedule to help us navigate the area, to delivering our bags to our room and making sure we had everything we needed for the entire stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with incredible views of the lake. Swimming in the pool and sitting in the jacuzzi looking out over the scenery of Lake Como felt like being in a dream. The staff surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon, which made our stay that much more special and memorable - it is something we will never forget!

This hotel was simply beautiful and modern with the best service staff and delectable breakfast brunch. Whatever we needed the staff was there to help us with whether it was temperature or transport or reservations. They welcomed us home with open arms and always were so kind and courteous to us. I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here -5 minute walk into town and nice to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to access when you want. The shuttle was awesome too when you don’t feel like walking. Bellagio was also the best town in which to stay and town was very vibrant . We loved hotel Belvedere and hope you do too!!!

The room was perfect, and the views were spectacular. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. There happened to be a rail strike during our stay which affected our transportation to our next destination, and without even asking, they offered several options which saved us hours of searching on our own for a “workaround.” I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio and I hope to return in the future!

We were at the hotel six days and I can’t say enough how pleased we were. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We had the nice experience of meeting Julia,the owner and it was our pleasure to have some interesting talks with her. Hopefully we will be able to return to this lovely hotel someday. I would definitely visit here again. Only tissue is if you want to go out somewhere nice it is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to lake. We walked a lot but the ladies complained about having to walk that far downhill with nice shoes and difficult if raining. It was very difficult to get transportation for dinner. The hotel did not have a shuttle.

Property is a few minutes' walk to the main town area, and it's nice to have a bit more space away from the crowds and shops. The property is situated on a hill facing the opposite side of the lake from the downtown. It's very scenic and peaceful. The spa was just renovated and is top notch- we enjoyed this and the sun deck. It was just warm enough to enjoy and hour or two of sun per day. The staff was friendly, professional, and had outstanding hospitality skills. Our room on arrival had a small deck and faced the road in front of the hotel. It's good to know that the air conditioning for the entire hotel is shut off until whenever they decide it's summer, but when we opened our windows, it was very loud with motorcycles and cars racing by. We asked to be moved and they moved us to an upper floor on the lake side. No private deck, but it was much quieter and the view was incredible! Admittedly, this hotel was a bit of a splurge for us, and we had to pay an additional $150 per night after our room change. So, other than the higher cost, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great hotel property located in the heart of Bellagio. It’s a short walk into the main part of town and the ferry to neighboring towns. Really like the location for its convenience to Bellagio city center. However, road there is one way and hard to get there with GPS. We stayed in loft unit which was modern style. Nice but rather stark. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Breakfast is great!

We spent five marvelous nights at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Breakfast was delicious. Food and drink options in hotel were excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner with many other restaurants in Bellagio a 5-7m walk away. The pool, outside jacuzzi, and the spa were all superb. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Bellagio and would absolutely visit again.
