Superb location. Quiet, quiet, quiet. Great bed, lovely pillows. Large shower. Wellequipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Spacious, clean room and bathroom with a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. Good location, with the train station and tram stops just a 5-minute walk away (which we used every day). A large supermarket next door. Note, it is around a 45 minute walk to Promenade des Anglais but we enjoyed the walk or hopped on the tram so this wasn’t a big issue for us. The pool felt quite mucky on our first day, although it seemed much cleaner afterwards, so perhaps it was just awaiting its routine clean. It is small, but for the location and price, it was fine. Our main disappointment was the lack of clarity around the service. At check-in, we were told this operates more like a rented residence than a hotel, which was not made clear when booking. We were asked to take our own rubbish out and wash our dishes, which we were happy to do. We were told the room would be cleaned once during our week, but it was never cleaned at all. We had to request clean towels and extra toilet roll, and our bedding was never changed. As a result, we slept in sandy bedding for several days and I ended up sweeping the room myself. We were not provided with bin bags, using supermarket carrier bags until we eventually asked reception for some. Overall, this would be fine if you are aware beforehand that you are staying in a self-catering living space with very limited hotel service. However, that was not our expectation when booking, and this significantly affected our experience.

One of the best appartments we stayed recently. A lot of space in rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed, small kitchen with everything needed to enjoy summer dinner on a balcony

Appartment was very clean, spacious and very well equipped for two persons. Air conditioning was excellent because it was very hot outside. Pool and pool area were also nice and clean. The location was excellent, just 5 minute walk from train and tram. Would come again.
