Everything is fine except that there are only escalators and no nearby elevator that leads to the second-floor lobby. Because of this, moving the bags up and down the escalators was challenging.

The hotel lobby is on the second floor and is accessible only by escalator. No staff available to assist with the luggage which is rather unsafe for the guests especially with big heavy luggage to carry to the hotel lobby.

The area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, and there are two nearby transit stations. The monorail provides convenient access to Haneda Airport. The breakfast setting is distinctive, and the food is refined and delicious.
