Montego Bay Resort Casino by Peppermill Resorts

No valet no carts to bring your luggage in room was confusing had to take multiple elevators no room service I’d never stay her again. But biggest shock I prepaid for my room but had to pay another $72 something at checkin total bs

The property was beautiful and the room was very nice and comfortable. The restaurant had a very good selection of available dishes. My only complaint had to do with ‘after’ check-in. There are zero provisions to get luggage from the entrance or even the many parking lots to the room. No luggage carts and when I asked a staff member, she looked confused. This is a major inconvenience for seniors and would be the single reason I might not go back.

My mother, sister, and I stayed for 3 nights in a double king room. The room was very big and comfortable, the only thing we didn’t like was the small shower/tub with a sliding glass door. If you have mobility issues, you will have to request a room close to the elevator, which we did not and regretted it our whole stay! The hallway’s are so long and shaped like a maze, we had to take 2 elevator’s and go down 3 maze-like hallways to get to our room. The casino is a nice size and has a nice selection of games, but it is very smoky! I guess I’m used to our non smoking casino’s in Washington State! We ate at Paradise Grill and it was decent food for a reasonable price. We also had donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and deli sandwiches from Coffee Corner. Everything was very fresh and delicious! I didn’t give this property an excellent rating only because of the smokiness and very long and winding hallways.

Parking is well lite but no parking for oversized vehicles, trailers or RVs. The casinos no longer cater to the racing community but they up charge the racers during the race season. Bathrooms need to be remodeled. Slow toilets and step in bathtubs. Lighting in the room is dim and doesn’t provide a good feeling.

parking was good except when we went out to leave sombody had hit our car and just left.we are waiting to hear back from your security people about possible video.

Clean, upscale rooms with fresh air circulation. Casino is a little smokey, but not too bad. Pool is a great temp along with 3 spas for privacy.

Called reception to ask current time (due to differing time zones). Response was we’re on Mountain time, so then asked her what was the actual time, her review was we don’t have that information! Bathroom light was buzzing all night long even when it was off. Room on the 5th floor, no trolleys for luggage available. Asked if there was a microwave that we could use, since they don’t have one in the room and we’re told no, only if we purchased the items at the casino. Room was clean.

We LOVED the swimming pool. The length of the pool allowed for swimming laps without bumping into other pool users. We shared a dinner salad in the restaurant that was not only delicious but was enough food to satisfy both of our appetites. We appreciated the ability to watch our budget and not end up with leftovers that would go to waste.

Great place to stay, spacious, clean, but if you don’t smoke then you can smell cigarettes everywhere

This is a nice hotel. Shuttle is very convenient. Good restaurants.

Montego Bay is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The dining is great and the amount of slot machine is perfect.

Front desk girls were rude at check in. Check out was girl was good. Room was dusty with lots of cobwebs. Bathroom floor needed mopping, esp corners and behind door. Restaurant, Paradise, had good food and excellent service.

Room was very nice and clean. Had a good dinner and a little gambling with thr family all in all a goid stay.

Nice place the bathroom had someone’s hair on the floor so could be cleaner. Employees were very nice. Enjoyed the stay

No terrible, not great. No fitted sheet on mattress, bathroom could be cleaner. Neet place just needs a little more attention to detail

My room was not vacuumed. There were crackers all over the floor from the prior guest.

The room had contemporary style. Fairly generic but nice style. Plenty of sq ft room with a comfy bed. Climate control was responsive and not too loud. The biggest downside was restaurant prices. QUITE pricey. The food was good though. I bought a pint of 2% milk from the “Coffee Corner” just off the casino, $5.98 for a pint of milk. C’mon…

This was probably the best hotel room we have had at wendover. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Pillows could have been better.

We booked a non smoking room but entire building was filled with smoke / our room reaked, clothing , suitcases etc smelled of smoke in morning. Couldn’t sleep because of coughing and sneezing from smoke. Bathroom sink would not drain . Clearly a stop for low income entertainment . Would have drove through to Salt Lake City had we realized how poverty stricken the area was . On a positive note - we got in late and we’re hungry and wait staff at only open restaurant in casino was working hard, kind and food was pretty good.

Stayed in a suite nice jetted tub big room

Was glad i was able to check in 1 hour early. I was soo tired from driving 9 hours. I was hoping not to wait a whole hour before i can relax. As soon as i got to my suite i started the jetted hot tub and was able to finally relax 😌 . Everything was clean room temperature was fresh, perfect 👌

It's a pretty typical casino property in wendover. The rooms are excellent size and pretty well appointed. The linens are nice looking but medium actual quality. However, like most of the places in wendover, it could use a refresh, especially the bathrooms. However the value is probably the best in Wendover for a higher end property.

Excellent service

Very rude staff. We encountered multile staff memebers that were not long rude but inappropriate. The casino is the only area that's maintained and nice. Rooms are dated and feel dirty.

Reserved a suite for several hundred dollars minutes before trying to check in - was turned away and refused a refund due to having only my digital ID, since my physical one was stolen 2 days ago while traveling. Not only was this information not disclosed anywhere, including the booking screen, the supervisor lied and told me it was a law that I must possess my physical ID due to it being a casino - it is definitely not a law. Digital ID through state apps IS legal ID. (I’m also here only to sleep before returning to the road.) The internet confirmed, Expedia confirmed, and the casino/resort across the street (linked by skyway even) was happy to take my digital ID. A representative from Expedia tried to mediate the issue, but the supervisor told them too bad, they don’t care. Since the policy was not disclosed anywhere, and there was no way for us to know this is straight up theft. steer clear. This casino has zero regard for your safety & no interest in serving anyone but themselves. Further adding insult to injury by trying to lie to cover up their greed.. A large portion of their parking lot was also caution taped off, which came off as seedy and suspicious. go absolutely anywhere else

Check in was slow. Syaff didnt know how to check in Expedia reservation. I may have been double charged. Now i need to follow up with this.

Wonderful staff and very clean hotel. I asked to have a room away from casino area and the hotel graciously read my request and provided me with this room.

Hidden resort fee added when I arrived and it should never ever be like that. So three stars for being snakes and hitting customers up for more after they already paid “total price” online so beware

Nice newer hotel/casino located on the NV/UT border. Dining options okay affiliated with other hotel/casino on road.

Very nice for Wendover but there's just not much outside of the casinos there.

Fantastic place to stay in Windover. Check in & out were easy. Our room was generously sized with a nice view. We really enjoyed the buffet which was even better than many in Reno. It had a wonderful selection of seafood, Chinese and desserts. The pool was ok but at least they had one!

Our hotel room was very nice, spacious and with everything in good working order. The casino was like every other casino I’ve ever seen - brightly lit, noisy and smelled like a bird cage. We only ate at the Paradise Grill. The service was good but the food was a couple of notches short of mediocre.

Midweek stay and we found several of the restaurants closed. The check-in staff seemed confused and this may have been a language barrier thing.

We stopped in for one night on a road trip from Montana to California and this place had the most comfortable bed I slept in during the trip. Place was clean and all workers we came across were extremely friendly! My only complaint was the restaurant prices vs quality that we saw coming out. We chose to leave and eat at a local pizza place!

The room was nice and spacious, it had a lot of big mirrors. The dinner at Romanza was delicious. I would definitely book here if I am back in the area.
