This property was excellent. The staff was always incredibly friendly and always helped us at any hour with whatever inquiry we had. We had scheduled transfers, shuttles, and excursions all with their help. We hadn’t used the hotel amenities such as the gym and pool, as we were out most of the day and a day pass was 10€, but they seemed clean and orderly. The location was quite a seller for my fiancée and I. The Ulisse Deluxe Hostel was less than a 5 minute walk to the picturesque Sorrento promenade and market streets. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Nous avons dû changer de chambre suite à une nuisance sonore d un garage situé en dessous de notre chambre appartenant à un autre propriétaire… ils ont très bien réagis, j espère qu ils pourront convaincre le propriétaire du parking d agir sur cette porte métallique…. Préférez donc les chambres intérieures ! L espace fitness, wellness et piscine sont à payer en plus !!! Ce ne fut pas très clair pour nous à la réservation !!! Merci pour l’accueil !!!

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel location: hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Ferry locations are about 15-20 minutes walk. Rooms: clean and spacious, little out dated but not bad. I wish they had coffee maker in the room that is one thing I would suggest. Good Breakfast with lots of option. Staffs: staffs are professional and very helpful. They helped us make arrangement for shuttle and private car to travel from/to Naples to the hotel. I was able to communicate with them over WhatsApp that was convenient when traveling.

Nicest hostel I had ever seen. Really a hotel. Close to old town but far enough to be quiet. Large room and bathroom. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was huge for Europe: scrambled & boiled eggs, toast, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, vegetables, pastries and sweets, fruit, milk, coffee, juice. Elevator. Few steps. Not fancy but both nice and functional. Some British school groups when we were there.

The property was average. They offer nothing in room for bottle water or a cup of tea. It is down a hill so if you walk from the train station.. good luck.. long haul. The breakfast was somewhat satisfactory. The pillows were majorly flat. I truly did sleep well for 4 days. It was totally average. I would not go back again.

Within days of making my initial booking, my plans changed, so I attempted to change my reservation to the following week in September, but Ulisse would not give any credit for the rooms that I had booked. And this was not a last-minute issue; I gave them over 7 weeks advance notice of my desire to change. I even offered to give up my two night booking in exchange for a single night lodging the following week, but they were adamant that they would not credit me anything for the two nights that I would be unable to be there, and I would have to sacrifice my initial rooms and book rooms the following week under a whole new reservation. I'm very disappointed with Ulisse's customer service, and shocked that they were so inflexible with helping me to change plans.

Definitely not a hostel. Don't be fooled. This is a very good hotel with extremely nice and professional staff Breakfast staff very helpful and polite. Reception staff, Chiara,Cora,Francesca and lets don't forget the boys are wonderful. Definitely would recommend this place as close to town centre 10mins piazza tasso.
