Very disappointed in our stay. Both bathroom doors locked each of us in multiple times. No hot water. As a travel agent I would not recommend

Location is amazing - 5 minute walk from the Spanish steps and the Spagna train station. Other sites easily walkable. The street is pedestrian heavy and busy from midday until late however, the apartment is quiet once inside. Really good communication.from the host. Tea bags, coffee pods available Washing machine and dryer available in the apartment

Positives - location was amazing, right between Spanish steps (which you can see from the front door) and the historical centre. Very quiet once inside the courtyard. Spacious enough for four adults. Provisions were provided, such as coffee, small biscuits, olive oil etc. check in was simple and accommodated our early arrival. Negatives - the electric circuit in the accommodation couldn’t cope with using the oven and tumble dryer at the same time, It was easy to reset the fuse. There wasn’t a great amount of amenities (only a few sheets of kitchen roll, no toilet paper in the single toilet, tiny bottles of shampoo/shower gel). Whilst the unit was very sheltered from road/pedestrian noise, there was a lot of banging and loud talking from the neighbours above. Overall, the negatives were insignificant compared to the great location but it was clear that the accommodation was provided by a company, not a proud owner. It was the personal touches that were missing.

The location of this property is great. You are right in central Rome but the communication with the host is basically non existent. We needed to ask about everything and hope that we would get an answer. We were double billed for the unit and sorting that took 4-5 days with the host because of the lack of communication. We were trying to be positive but you are worried that you are being scammed because of no response from he host. Apartment condition is ok. Pictures show a much more pristine condition but in reality apartment definitely needs a make over, painting the walls etc. Shower is almost impossible to operate since the controls are very very hard to turn. Also Bathroom door handle is very hard to turn which requires me opening the door every time my teenage kids use the bathroom. Overall the unit is just ok.
