We went for Labor day weekend we'd just missed peak season and all the amenities were amazing! Super chill vibes and staff were great all around!

The staff is excellent. The food in Blue Moon and Italian Restauranis pretty good 👍. The Steak Restaurant isn't too good. The buffet breakfast is okay and the lunch buffet it's regular. The hotel its very clean the staff very nice and friendly. Edy on the ,lobby bar very nice and friendly and Jaime on the piano bar very nice too.

Beautiful property and great location. Great individual staff members, Bettyna, Sebastian, and Issac . Tourists have set an expectation of pay to play. They have thrown money at the staff to get what they want. Now the staff have an expectation of payment to do their jobs.

We had a swim up pool worth the extra cost. The only issue was it is hot in July and rainy season. Vegan food is sparse and we asked the main lead for some option and she was great at helping us- Paula was great. Also we attended the Pilates sessions and Oscar was great at helping us and ensuring our had form.
