Of the 4 elevators on site, only 1 of them worked some of the time. Security allowed us to use the service elevator. The casino smelled of stale smoke all of the time. My clothes will need a thorough cleaning when I leave.

Stayed here before, its always consistent. The only disappointment was there were no towels at the pool and we requested it a few times. Due to that I never got in the pool.

It was not overcrowded or too loud but very fun. Lots of game choices with open spots. Fun bingo too. Pool was nice with plenty of lounges available. There was a nice little poolside bar.

Hot tub is only open from 10am to 7pm... Water was only available in the fitness room which was a long walk from hotel room. It was convenient for my event and parking was free on site.

Property was clean and well maintained. Food options were decent. Our room had two full beds, which was properly advertised but didn't register in my brain when I booked and so ended up being disappointing (since we had 4 people). Pool was small and under-utilized but did its job of cooling us off in the heat. Great value option for Vegas - I'd stay here again.

Check in was very quick & easy. Quiet room, slept well. My beef is with housekeeping, wanted to clean the room at 845 AM, a little early IMO. Left my room at 1000. Came back at 300 PM & was appalled at what lousy a job they did (see photos). Very disappointing.

Gold Coast is an old hotel, located less than a mile from the Strip. The hotel is in decent condition, with a good selection of restaurants. I can't say anything about the casino, since I don't gamble and I was in Las Vegas on a business trip. My main complaints are the very old carpets, which can no longer be properly cleaned, and the fact that the windows can't be opened, which results in a subtle but unpleasant dusty smell in the rooms.

We stayed here for 6 nights. Hotel is a bit away, but in walking distance to the strip. That’s why it’s not that noisy and overcrowded like the strip hotels. We really liked that. We ate in 4 of the 5 restaurants and everything tasted really good. The staff is super friendly, especially the employees in the cornerstone restaurant. We used the bowling facilities twice and we really liked it. Also the choice of arcade games was good. Room was really big and clean and we were positive surprised that the window in the room and bathroom were openable which is really nice for European people who cannot handle that AC very good. We highly recommend that hotel and we would definitely book it again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Gold Coast! I loved how it was walkable distance to the strip and Chinatown. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay at the Gold Coast again and recommend it to anyone!

Loved how nice the room was! Everything is renovated and new. Great food options in the hotel and Spring mountain road (Chinatown) is a 15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Was there for a bowling tournament so the location was outstanding because the bowling alley was located within the casino the downside was the bathroom, even though it appeared to be remodeled. The shower design is terrible. It has a half glass wall with the other half open and water through gravity leaks out of the shower stall onto the bathroom floor Every day you had to wipe it up.

First off let me say this property does have a mini fridge, no microwave though. The hotel room was a little small and its not necessarily a bad thing for me, but you can hear everone around you. While it is clean, the price was decent and there are plenty of other places close by, I think there are a few things this hotel can improve on. I give it 3/5☆

The rooms are VERY small. Ours came with 2 doubles. My fault, thought they were queen, which they don't offer. The room is very small. The bathroom has no privacy lock, the shower has no door for the half that is completely open to the rest of the bathroom Water everywhere. The Casino is great. The food offerings are so so. They have a new POS system and they were having trouble with it. The service at the Cafe was terrible. Waitress sat us down, took our order. Then never to be seen again. The predinner drinks never came, had to go and get myself. The Casino stall was great, always friendly and answered any question we might have had. Over all, I will not stay at this hotel every again. There are too many in Las Vegas at the same price mark that far exceed this property. No I would not recommend to my friends or family.

Extremely friendly and nice.. hotel was great.. it’s 2025 can we get rid of barn doors to bathrooms? Also showers are horrible.. more water comes out on the floor than stays in the shower. Not a lot of water pressure either

The dealers (Roulette) were specifically HORRIBLE!!!! Never heard of a casino not training there dealers before they are put on the floor. They were actually training as we played the games. It took forever to pay people. And it took forever to spin. They obviously did not know their job yet. Which I don’t necessarily blame on the dealers. They couldn’t count payouts. They couldn’t push chips. And really didn’t understand what the job entails. It was very, very, very frustrating. I spent a lot of money there (a couple of grand) the service at the tables was astonishingly bad. I actually left the casino to go to other casinos to find Roulette tables. And the service was noticeably different.

Everything was excellent but when I had to call customer services two times with questions about my hotel room pricing and stay the lady was short tempered and mean. The front desk people were amazing though I even got checked in early so I guess that makes up for it.

Great stay off the strip! Conveniently located next to the bus stop for easy transit to the strip, Walgreens, and many food options. The hotel has well-kept rooms with great entertainment options (bowling room, arcade). I will definitely come back!

Excellent smaller hotel, convenient location but really not walkable to the LV strip. Very impressed with the overall hotel and the room was recently renovated. Parking was easy. 1 star taken off as there's no coffee maker in the room.

This place is super nice for the price. It's clean, safe and really close to the Vegas Strip. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was. There is a bus stop, literally in front of the hotel, so you don't even need a car. Will definitely stay here again

Great location-across the street from The Palms and adjacent to The Rio. Both an easy walk to get to from the Gold Coast. Also across the street is a Walgreens, Denny’s, Chick-a-Filet and a Wahoos diner providing convenience an options! Parking is easy and a short walk to the casino. All the rooms are renovated and very nice.

Close to Palms and Rio. Front desk quick and efficient. Free parking. Close to reception. Felt safe in the local area. Massive bowling alley which was fun. Waitresses attentive and kept great service whilst gambling (tip them!) food there was average but their are lots of local restaurants. Room was ok and has all the essentials.

Hotel is okay. Had issues with elevator. Not close to strip. Hotel does not offer a shuttle to strip, Fremont Street or airport. Had to use Uber which was costly.

They no longer have a buffet. The bingo 9 am session is gone and they limit 2 drinks per session. Many of the restaurants are closed.

the lobby smells like cigarette, there is no restaurants except Chinese food and a terrible breakfast service, there is not even a coffee machine in the whole hotel, you have to go down and spend $8 for a single cup of coffee, there is no other option

Resort charge to high as little is offered. Restaurant disappointing and only alternative Subway or Chinese food. What happened to the wonderful buffet. Small pool all right, but did not like walking through the dog toilet to find it. When asked if they still provided a shuttle to the strip and Orleans was told this had been discontinued and advised to take a normal bus or UBA. Stayed here many times in the past and liked it. Not now. I would not stay again. Pity. People giving up on Vegas, no. Vegas seems to have given up on people.

It was an okay place to sleep but there was limited dining options, and the restaurants weren't open very late. The elevators were constantly not working, the drink machine on my floor was not working.

The room was newly remodeled. Impeccable. Very nice. The staff at the restaurants was awful. At TGI Fridays we has to walk out because it took so long to get a drink order. Then at Noodle Exchange our server was super rude, basically yelling at us to order. Ping Pang Pong's service was just as bad. Although the food was very good.
