We love staying at the Grandview and walking over to the events at SouthPoint. The pools are fabulous and the little cafe at the main pool is fabulous and offers so many selections. Fabulous place to stay.

We booked a night here just to try something different from our usual hotel we stay at with the kids which is the Tahiti. I would say overall things were decent, with some pretty big caveats depending on what you are looking for. The pool areas are pretty basic, the splash park is great for small children, but any kids above the age of 8 will get bored easily. The employees in the pool area are sparse, and by that I mean of the 3 pools there was only 1 staff member handling the towels who looked bored out of their mind. The mini golf area is really just a series of putting greens. The hotel is pretty far from anything you might want to see in Las Vegas like the strip or even the airport. Expect to pay $30 one way for an Uber anywhere as it is a 15 minute ride. The hotel room we had was excellent, probably the best value of anywhere we’ve stayed. The full kitchen and in suite laundry was VERY appreciated. Internet was fast and reliable. Now for the big caveat, if you have a strong dislike of cigarette smoke or are allergic to it like I am, DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel has been smoke free since 2018 so we thought it would be ok, but there is a very strong odour that remains even 7 years later. For this reason alone I would not stay here ever again. We had to wash all our clothes when we got home as they all stunk like cigarettes smoke. In the room when I was trying to locate the source of the odour it was locked into pretty much every soft surface. 0/10 for smell

Kitchen equipped well. We were relaxing in the hotel like a my home. Only one thing was very disappointed with jacuzzi. Because there was a lot of humans or animals hairs. So I didn't want to put my body. I just took a shower.

I love the property. The suite has everything you need including washe and dryer at an affordable price. The resort has 5 pools. Including a kid activity one perfect for kids whith complimentary transporation to and from pools.

We were just passing through so we didn't get to fully enjoy the property. But, the rooms were nice and roomie. The tub was magnificent! The pools were fun.

We usually enjoy staying here but this time around, the hotel room was very dirty. Even after asking for the room to be cleaned the next day, it was never cleaned. In the room, the soap was moldy, there was a pee stain on the toilet, the microwave had leftover food, used pillows and sheets were thrown in the drawer, and the room clearly looked like it was never cleaned. The hotel’s response was that some rooms fall through the cracks…

Patience is key to staying here. Check-in was slow and to get a parking pass you have to listen to a sales pitch. Parking: be prepared for a long walk. There's hardly any around the buildings and there's no designated place to unload luggage. The parking lot is chaotic and people are very frustrated. The first room we went to smelled horrible - someone had smoked excessively in it. Management moved us, but it took an hour. Just getting them on the phone took over 20 minutes. Rooms are not really clean. Looks like housekeeping is flying through. Our room had food on the floor, sticky dirty dining table, stains on walls and doors, and something left on the toilet seat. We won't be returning here.

Hello in my opinion the property needs more maintainace the elevators where dirty, the carpet on the room was old and smelly, and the room was dusty the bathroom had mold on the walls and we saw a cockroach on top of fridge. Overall I didn’t like the experience

Rooms are specious for big families. Full size kitchen. Good size living room area. However, cleanliness was not the best. You can tell the cleaning is only done superficially. Shower walls and floors not cleaned. Dusty vents. Room corners and below furniture is not clean. The building I stayed in was 12 stories and only 1 elevator function. Often times the elevator would take a long time and when it would come it was packed. We had to wait on the next or take the stairs. I could hear multiple guests complain about the same thing and opted to take stairs instead of waiting or being in a crowded elevator.

Awful place, checked into out room and it was unclean, found things from previous tenants. Tub was full of hair, grease stain on kitchen walls. Dryer ruined our clothes. Workers were rude. Bathroom doors dont properly lock. The blinds were dusty.

Exceptional value. We had two, one bedroom units joined by a foyer for less than a one night stay in a hotel. Very nice property. Feels a bit like condos. There is a full kitchen, living room with sofa sleepers and bathroom with both a massive soak tub and shower. Good quality towels. The cons are a bit tired decor,- has an 80s vibe, tvs that do not have streaming or casting capability, and lights don’t all work. No outlets in living area for charging devices. All that said, it was quiet, overall very clean, close to the strip and shopping. The onsite restaurant delivers right to your room. We had a great stay and would stay here again. Oh there was a weird exchange when we were checking in. They sent us to a different counter to get our parking pass. The desk agent immediately asked if we were married. I was with my daughter. Said they were running a brunch special — but actually it was an attempt to get us to pay $18 to attend what I believe is a timeshare presentation. I guessed this because he made some comment that if we were married our husband would need to attend as well Not a comfortable experience. Felt shady. We just wanted our parking pass, not a sales pitch. :)

Room was in great condition. You can hear the people above you and next to you start and stop showers, tubs etc. That was the only thing that was a little annoying. We were trying to sleep at night and the people above us kept turning on and off the tub and it was extremely loud. Kept waking me up.

This is becoming one of our favorite places to stay for longer Vegas trips with our family. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen and washer/dryer are huge benefits and help make the trip more comfortable. The price is great compared to other hotels and with it being right next door to Southpoint you get the best of both worlds.

A little older so the walls are paper thin. We got placed next to a group that partied all night until 4am, their kids were screaming all night long. Stay was okay, we only stayed 1 night passing through LV. It was pretty inexpensive to stay.

Check in process was horrible! It took over an hour to check in. The front desk agent put me in the wrong room type (I booked 2 bedroom and was given a 1 bedroom) then once that issue was corrected I see she overcharged me. She said it was because she moved me to a bigger room type but that should not have ever changed my price since it was the original room I booked. Very long and exhusting check in process with no apologies from staff about the inconvenience caused by them. Then you still have to go over to the sales area and listen to them try and pitch you a timeshare sale before they give you the parking pass for your room. Room itself was okay but every morning at 630am the bathtub made an awful loud loud for about 20 minutes, woke me up everyday.

Check in was smooth but the tour admin was very unorganized. They didn’t properly register me for my tour so I missed out on the promotion. I went to the front desk to clarify the issue and they stumbled and struggled to get me on the list. My room and stay was comfortable. Housekeeping should be a little more detailed with cleaning the furniture. The dining room chairs had a few food stains but only noticeable if you’re a neat freak like me. Overall I love the grand view. I never usually go on the tours but I tried this time and they blew it. Otherwise everything was great.

Located next to a great casino with great dining options -South Point. They only do housekeeping every nine days! You have to wait in a giant line to get your keys even if you check in online and then they make you stand in another line to get a parking pass which is really a way to get you to sign up for their timeshare presentation. Elevators take forever. Called front desk three separate times and went in person to ask them to clear messages off the phone in the room. The only way to get rid of them is to listen to them fully and delete them one at a time. On day one we already had 14 messages! Since housekeeping is once every nine days, you will definitely run out of toiletries so you might as well ask for a bunch of them when you first check in you get what you pay for… It wasn’t expensive and honestly, I would not stay there again. Also, the pool areas were lacking shade and the chairs looked crummy, and the towels looked very old and thin.

I checked in and got a dirty room so I went and requested another. Got a cleaner room. Parking was ridiculous. The wait time to just check in after pre checking online was not ideal. Got locked out of our room one night and needed to request new keys. Took 10-15 minutes just to get ahold of the front desk. Waited over 45 minutes for security to bring the new keys. I will never pay the amount of money I paid to stay in a place with such poor conditions again!

Housekeeper tried coming in our room at 700 am even though we had a dnd sign on and did not knock first before attempting to enter the room way before checkout and was not requested I think she was trying to rob us felt very unsafe

The rooms are like small apartments with a living room and full kitchen. They were very clean and nicely furnished. We had to have our room switched because the bedroom carpet was wet. There seemed to be a leak from the whirlpool. Maintenance was first sent up to check then a security guard helped us move to a new room on the same floor. The property is very large. There were nine towers of rooms. There were multiple pools to choose from. One was catered to children so I was confident that I could have a quiet swim in another pool. The water was a little cold for early September in the desert. I saw staff hosing down the patios before they opened. The water in the hot tub could have been hotter. There were two fitness rooms in separate buildings. Onebuildior weight training and the other for cardio. They were beside the main pool. They were nicely equipt and clean. On the backside of the property is a cattle yard. There were hundreds of unhappy cows lowing. It was right behind our building but we couldn't hear anything inside. All the other towers are situated away from the cattle. There is no casino in this hotel complex. We appreciated that because we were not there to gamble. There was no restaurant either. The South Point Hotel and Casino across the parking lot had a restaurant. We were given coupon books we could use there. This hotel was very affordable for what it had to offer. We only needed a room near the airport overnight. We would stay here again.

Great place for family because it is a condo type hotels. We stayed during summer so it was refreshing to hang at the pool. Next to the pool is a snack place, so convenient, but you can also bring your own. Restaurants, casino, gas station are just about around the area, which makes our stay very relaxing. The strip is just 10-15 minutes away, so it is not so bad if you plan to see a show or just to visit the strip. The place is well kept. During our stay, i just used the gym once just because they dn't have dumbells. But I could understand, maybe for safety reason. Overall I highly recommend this place, especially if you have stayed on the strip before and just want a quiet relaxing time but within reach of the strip.

We had a wonderful time with our families having 2 rooms next to each other was a plus also calling for cart service to the front lobby was nice also south point casino next door with buffet was outstanding.
