What a great place to stay. I really enjoyed it being across the street from the Silverton Casino. The shuttle service was great; with very personable; knowledgeable drivers. One of the days the bus broke down and the driver shuttled us in his personal vehicle. Service like that is why I would always go to the Berkeley.

Love our family stay. Will come back again. Love the double rooms with washers and kitchens. Very spacious. The pool was fantastic. Only con are the towels and hot tub. Towels are very rough on the face and hot tub jet didn’t work.

Great studio condo- lovely looking pool. We enjoyed in room coffee and really enjoyed venturing next door to the Silverton. Fun mermaid themed and good size casino. Berkley has a shuttle to the strip ( I think treasure island) and to Fremont. We had a car but good to know for future. Elevators took a while sometimes but good stay!! We would stay again

The rooms are clean and have nice amenities. However, the shower is lukewarm and never gets hot. The elevators are slow, and the hotel has signs limiting capacity to 4 people, warning that the elevator will malfunction if there are more than 4 occupants. This is bush league. Staff are friendly, but it takes a long time to check in, even if you did the express check-in online. To get a parking pass, you have to go to another desk after you check-in and get the keys. They send you a text for “expedited” check out, but it doesn’t work. It’s a nice place, but there are just some inefficiencies that need to be worked out by the management. The best thing is that you don’t have to walk a mile through a casino to get to your room.

Free and ample parking, large suite sofa AND easy chair. Full kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stocked kitchen ware. Large bathroom with both tub and large glass door shower. There’s a surprise transition space between the bedroom and bathroom with a makeup station and stacked washer/dry. 3 large elevators keep the wait short for moving luggage up and down. There is no restaurant or bar on the premises requiring a walk across the street to The Silverton Casino which has 2 restaurants, a burger joint and an Asian spot. Yes, you have to go through the smoky casino. Otherwise you have to drive. There is a shuttle bus to the strip that requires a reservation, FCFS.

We’d absolutely stay here again! We just needed a room for a night while driving back to California from a long road trip cross country. We found a good deal with The Berkley and it had plenty of parking for the trailer we were towing. The room was super spacious and we loved that it had a full kitchen, would be great for longer stays! However, we did ask about the trailer to make sure it would not be a problem. We were told by two individuals to park in a particular lot, which we did. Mind you, between all lots on the property, there were at least a few hundred open spaces In the morning, there was a note on the car saying we were improperly parked and subject to towing…what!? They also left us without creamer and sugar for both of us staying…not a big deal but attention to detail would be nice and expected for a standard hotel stay. I wish there were less stuffed pillows too, the ones on the bed were too big to be comfortable on the neck. Overall a good stay though and I would recommend.

The rooms were very nice and spacious, and it was great having a kitchen and fridge. It was an easy walk to Silverton and Bass Pro shops for dining and gambling. But the place only has 3 elevators, and one was down completely the entire time we were there. I believe there are 17 floors, and checkout was a mess as every floor had a line waiting for an elevator. The upper floors kept getting priority over the lower floors where we were. There are stairs going down, but they lead you to outside a door you can't get back into. So, taking the stairs up is not an option. The elevator situation alone is likely enough to not stay again. The convenience of being able to move around and get to the pool or to the parking lot is important. Management should address for safety reasons as well.

Last minute booking. Family suite (2 1 bedroom king bed suites with a pull out sofa attached with another door). We were 5 adults and 2 teenagers. Rooms each had a full kitchen & washer which was nice. The sofa beds were horrible. Rooms were pretty quiet. I would not stay here again though due to issues with their elevators. One was broken and any time you needed to go up or down, it was a 10-15 minute wait. We took to taking the stairs down when we left, but they don’t let you take the stairs up so you are stuck waiting. Not a great experience due to that.

We stayed twice at Berkley in one week and our experiences couldn’t have been different. Our first room was clean and spotless. Upon arrival for the second time, we were assigned rooms on 14th floor and the floor was sticky and icky throughout the entire space, the kitchen table had stickiness on it as well. The reason we booked additional night after our trip to the Parks was because we were really impressed with our rooms at the beginning of the trip. Unfortunately, we were not as impressed at the end.

Kitchen fully stocked. Staff is attentive but other than the pool, amenities are lacking. However, rooms are fully stocked (but could provide more towels since daily room refresh is not provided). I would recommend and we would stay here again. Good value.

OMG! Not what we expected! This was not a "hotel room", it was a one-bedroom apartment!! Bed was in a room all by itself. Full size kitchen including dishwasher. Bathroom had tub and separate shower. There was a washer and dryer as well! The "room" was spotless, bed was comfortable, and the view of the strip was priceless. Only negative, if I have to find one? The elevators are slow to respond, and there was usually a line waiting to get on. We will book this again next year!!

The hotel was great and clean. My only issue is they do not offer housekeeping services. I was there for a week and they don’t even come by the room in the morning to offer new sheets or cover. Also there were no brooms or vacuum or mops available in the rooms since they don’t clean rooms

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Berkley. Upon my arrival, the air conditioner in my room was not functioning properly. Although a maintenance technician was sent to reset the unit, it still failed to cool the room. Given the situation, I was eventually moved to another room where the AC worked, which I appreciated. However, as I was traveling for work and already exhausted, this issue added unnecessary stress to my trip. Unfortunately, the following day I encountered further issues. While using the shower, I discovered hair from a previous guest still on the shower walls. Additionally, I found hair in the living room area as well. This was not only unpleasant but also raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. I hope you will take this feedback seriously cleanliness and working amenities are basic expectations, and I hope future guests will not have to face similar issues.

I really liked this property. It was very clean and they were always mopping. My room was spacious and clean. It was quiet and it was close to shopping. It was around 15 minutes drive to the strip. I would definitely go back.

The room 1107A was dirty, dusty, sticky counters, crusted spill on stovetop. No lamps worked, no tv’s worked, clock didn’t work, q-tip and pill on bathroom floor, poor water pressure, lukewarm shower and shredded towels. We called with complaints and requests for 2 days. They never sent anyone to check the breaker, or never fixed it. They brought “new” towels which they left on the dirty stained hallway ground outside of the door. The customer service was rude, acted like we were inconveniencing them to do their job & said only option was to contact Expedia.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Berkley. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, off the strip but only a few minutes away and everything you need right in the same area. The hotel rooms were spacious and had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer which was convenient. The only negatives were the beds were not very comfy and seemed pretty outdated and even sunken in, and one of our two rooms was not very clean (used soap bar in the shower, fingernail clippings on the floor and a lot of hair on the floor) and had a weird smell at first. Even with they being said we would stay here again if wanting to stay off strip. The rooms are not adjoining, but share a main door/entry way so if booking two rooms and traveling with young children this would not be ideal as you cannot deadbolt or security lock the main door even if you have both rooms to yourself.

The staff at the front desk were very unfriendly except Ashley & the guy who works early in the morning (I didn’t catch his name). I asked for extra blankets and they said they didn’t have access to them and we would have to wait until the next day to get them from housekeeping. The culture of the staff seemed to be direct and unapologetic about not providing the needs of the guests. The price is the only reason I would ever stay here again. I know in advance that I would need to be prepared to receive the bare minimum from the staff. Even the managers were unkind and unwilling to assist.

Great location for my son who loves to fish and my gambling parents.. i wish they had netflix and youtube available on the tvs. Issues with elevators when people were checking in and out. Suite was well worth it. Quiet stay until neighboring unit was occupied with parents with young kids. Surprised at how sound carried. Planes flew directly over property as they landed, so that too was another noise factor. Still to was definitely a place I'd stay again.

OMG! Not what we expected! This was not a "hotel room", it was a one-bedroom apartment!! Bed was in a room all by itself. Full size kitchen including dishwasher. Bathroom had tub and separate shower. There was a washer and dryer as well! The "room" was spotless, bed was comfortable, and the view of the strip was priceless. Only negative, if I have to find one? The elevators are slow to respond, and there was usually a line waiting to get on. We will book this again next year!!

Nice, large suite with kitchen/dining/living. Lots of parking. If parking in garage you have to walk across the street. Our AC didn’t work well, stayed warm. Close to food. Right by a truck stop. 8 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. Customer service desk used high pressure sales tactics to try and get us to eat/gamble/sign up for a time share before giving us our parking pass.

Lovely and spacious apartment only down side was getting into the room the room key sparked and sent electric shocks through u which was scary I told a gentleman at the lobby and he said it was because of the carpet well if they know put mats down or something because it was painful gettin electric shocks every time I wanted to enter the room

Love the spacious studio-style room complete with kitchenette and cozy living room. Also appreciated free parking, and loved the pool and hot tub being open later till 10 pm. The only convenient time to use the pool in Vegas in the summer is after sundown. Also liked that it’s quiet. We came to Vegas with our own vehicle from So Cal, so this was convenient for us since we didn’t need to be in the Strip on this trip.

I have stayed here many times and have always loved it… this stay was terrible from the moment we checked in. We open the door and all the drawers and cabinets are open… pots and pans everywhere. The shower water is either 120 degrees or 40 degrees, the dryer lint catcher was broken and was not fixed when requested, no remote for tv in the bedroom and when requested it took almost 24 hours to get a remote. I had to call the front desk a second time to remind, front desk lady hung up on me, etc. staff seemed like it was me that inconvenienced them. I will be calling manager.

We had a good experience but what made it great was the young man Ed. I will not elaborate on the things that weren’t perfect but only give credit to Ed for making it worth coming back. Of course the room is nice and clean and other staff were also accompanying but this man Ed created an environment I would come back to only because of him. I am grateful I could chose comfortably where I would stay but I would choose where Ed is. I’ve been blessed to be in a high level customer service environment throughout my career and it would be unjust of me I feel if I did not give Ed the praise he deserves for being great and going above and beyond. Thank you young man for making it a memorable experience. I would like to speak to your superior. Please do not go unnoticed. Thank you

Staff was very friendly and greeted us: front desk, maintenance working on elevator, cleaning lady in hallway, security guard at door. Quiet & clean hotel with great parking. We will definitely stay here again. My husband loved that it was not part of a casino and was so easy to park & check in. They offered us early check-in, which was nice because we had traveled all night.

The rooms are clean and have nice amenities. However, the shower is lukewarm and never gets hot. The elevators are slow, and the hotel has signs limiting capacity to 4 people, warning that the elevator will malfunction if there are more than 4 occupants. This is bush league. Staff are friendly, but it takes a long time to check in, even if you did the express check-in online. To get a parking pass, you have to go to another desk after you check-in and get the keys. They send you a text for “expedited” check out, but it doesn’t work. It’s a nice place, but there are just some inefficiencies that need to be worked out by the management. The best thing is that you don’t have to walk a mile through a casino to get to your room.

Honestly it was so hectic when we arrived it was night time so the night crew was really rude and disorganized but the morning crew was really nice and friendly okay but man I don’t think I will ever go back because that night crew really sucked man their are just so many things they caused and made us numb through to get to our room and we’re just so disorganized

The hotel was very clean. Comfortable bed. Only one lady checking a long line in the hotel. Didn’t have much personality but got the job done. Nothing extra. I was handed the packet to the room with room number no directions. Pointed to elevator. Had to come back to the line for a parking pass for the dash after we had parked the car. Just to find out I had to go across the lobby for that. Would have been nice if I was told to go there before parking the car. I understand that they were busy but maybe more people need to be working the front desk. Especially when a first impression is so important. I can handle people being rude. Most importantly the hotel was very nice. I would stay there again. I didn’t come to make friends.

The 2 room suite is reasonably priced and very clean. This is a great spot for stays with families due to having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. You have everything you need in the kitchen, and complimentary items to help you through your stay. Having the Silverton Casino next door helped with our dining needs. The only issue that occurred was a $400 charge that was not fully explained why it was there after check-in; it was taken care of at the end. The front desk people were not very knowledgable and/or welcoming when checking in.

The rooms were great. Spacious, clean and kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom only had one set of one time use of toiletries. They also only service the rooms once every eight days so if you need something or forget something they don’t provide it or have a way to purchase ie toothpaste. They only have two vending machines. The staff at the front desk were very unfriendly except Ashley & the guy who works early in the morning (I didn’t catch his name). I asked for extra blankets and they said they didn’t have access to them and we would have to wait until the next day to get them from housekeeping. The culture of the staff seemed to be direct and unapologetic about not providing the needs of the guests. The price is the only reason I would ever stay here again. I know in advance that I would need to be prepared to receive the bare minimum from the staff. Even the managers were unkind and unwilling to assist.

The location is in a great spot. South of the strip with many restaurants nearby. 10 minutes to a nice mountain drive with access to trails for a nice walk. 10 minutes to the strip for entertainment. Freeway access is 4 minutes. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious with a great view of the strip. Will definitely make this hotel stay again.

We loved The Berkley! It was clean and had so much space to relax. It’s not on the strip but they have a shuttle that will take you there. Will definitely stay here again!

We stay here whenever we are in Las Vegas. The location and ease of access to the 15 mean we can get into town fast (to Whole Foods, for example). The restaurants inside the Silverton make for convenient dining choices for those who want to grab something and stay in the quiet part of town. Bass Pro is right there for, well, Bass Pro lovers...that includes my family. As this trip was for my wife's birthday, I requested an upper floor via Expedia's messaging. The Berkeley put us up high with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly as usual. Ace was courteous and efficient, getting us checked in with no questions left unanswered. Also as usual, the facility was very clean and the room well-appointed. Bonus points for fixing that elevator! As stated before, we'll be back.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Las Vegas! Even though it’s off the Strip, the location was really convenient and easy to get around from. The rooms are very clean and super spacious making it ideal for families or larger groups. If you don’t feel up to cooking, there are great places to eat just across the parking lot at the hotel/casino. I appreciate that the pool is open late, unlike the pools on the strip hotels. Definitely 10/10 and one of my fav places to stay while in Vegas!!!

We liked staying off strip in a bigger unit which had full kitchen, living room, bathroom and washer n dryer! The Silverton Casino was a short walk next door with quite few dining options. I’d recommend staying here!

This property is very nice, just a short walk over to the Casino, dining and beautiful fish tank. I had all the amenities you would need, washing machine and dryer, and a full size kitchen. This is a great place to stay and when you want to go to the strip your just minutes away.

I was happy with my stay. Full kitchen. Out of 4 days we only ate out twice. The kitchen is fully equipped. My only compliant was the coffee. Also coffee was only available in the front desk area in the mornings. But other then that I would stay again and bring my own instant coffee.

My stay at the Berkeley was incredible. The staff were extremely helpful, but also informative. The room I stayed in was a complete kitchen, with soap, glassware and silverware and etc, I will be staying at the Berkeley again and can’t wait for another visit at this hotel. Thank y’all.
