The room was decent, however the hotel did not have any amenities as described. No alcohol was being served due to losing their liquor license and only 1 elevator was working. We waited almost an hour to go downstairs from the 15th floor.

The hotel is older but clean, had 2 elevators out of service during our stay. Hooters Restaurant advertisement all over the property, Including having the Location in this building, However they are not in operation at this facility (closed down) If you want housekeeping you must call to request it daily. Daytime Staff Great, Afternoon Staff not so. Being a guest you would assume parking would be Free or Validated but it is not.

This place was extremely filthy. Two of the three elevators were out of service. There was no soap or shampoo and conditioner in the room. The bed wasn’t made. There was paint all over the bathroom vanity. The lamp was all dented/crushed. I expected the room to be immaculate since they do require a $300 deposit. The parking is not included.

First a 300 deposit was never mentioned on here, when i arrived they demanded 300 deposit, it will take 5 to 6 business days to get back to me, so ill be out for 11days, also no mention of having to pay to park on property, hooters is closed for good, only one restaurant after 7pm, the tower my room is in only has 1 elevator working out of 3, everything looked old and outdated, no working a/c at elevator acces on our floor.

Expensive and poorly maintained. They lost their liquor license so no alcohol not even a beer in the hotel. Only a steak and shake. Carpets filthy. Halls dismal. No one gambling. Boring.. only good thing. It’s close to airport.

The first thing you noticed when you are going up to your room. Only 1 elevator is working out of 3. There was a line that we waited almost 25 minutes. My daughter takes a shower and when she comes out she tells me that the bathtub, the water is taking forever to go down. The next day, my daughters and nephew were excited to get in the pool. But to our surprise the pool was closed for inclement weather. Like are you serious. It was hotter the previous day. And again we waited another 25 minutes for the elevator to go up to our room and change. Ohh btw a guests ask the worker that was pushing the numbers in the elevator how long have the elevators have not been working and she stated "I've been working here for 5 years and only 1 has worked" like wow!!!! and there's many more to her things that I hated about this place. Next time I'll make sure to read the reviews before I book. I won't recommend it to nobody .

The bathroom was disgusting. The water in the shower backed up on your feet. The bathroom floor was dirty and sticky. The water in the sink backed up and the sink made a weird sound. The drains in the shower and sink looked moldy and rusted out.

Hotel.com need to be ashamed to advertise this hotel. I have pictures of the horrible conditions. They didn’t have any clean rooms. We tried 3 rooms and just took the last room even though it was dirty. The shower was dirty and dirty towels on the floor. The manager advise they don’t check the rooms behind the associates. This was a horrible stay. Hopefully. I can attach some of the pictures. The police had to run in the hotel. I felt unsafe and and nasty.

A list of things that were just off for this hotel: - Caulk job done very badly around the sink area - Mirror frame had pieces torn off and badly damaged - Lamps were out dated and had to be turned on the old fashion way by looking for the tiny knob next to the light bulb - No complimentary glasses or cups for brushing your teeth - Glass piece on top of the furniture like shelves were just trying to hide the badly damaged wood beneath it - Chairs looked like they're from an old church meeting - Tiny shelf next to the beds. Had lamp and phone on it, no outlets to charge more than 1 item - Elevators were tiny and why do they have a person sitting in it to press the buttons for probably 8 hours a day as their shift. It's hot in there! Just why?! - Water pressure in the shower was fine. Except when you turned on the cold water to cool down the hot water, it was just cold water. So had to turn off the cold water almost all the way to get proper temperature water that wouldn't burn myself - Beds were comfy. Not too soft or firm. No bedbugs! - Resort fee for 2 nights was $102, for a rundown, grungy hotel, this was "cheap" - $300 deposit to cover room damages takes up to 30 days to returned. So many signs on the front desk with this policy - Hooters wings were still good. Kitchen will be a little slow but they were good!

This is definitely a 'get what you pay for' hotel. What I liked: location (very close to MGM and the Monorail) and the customer service. I appreciated how I was treated amd the checking in to make sure I was enjoying my staff. What I didn't like: its dingy, outdated and in poor repair. The balcony door didn't open and was very dirty. One of the ice machines didn't work. The table tops were dirty and marked up. The list goes on.

The room has virtually no amenities aside from a lamp and a TV, and very few electrical outlets, which made it difficult to charge our devices. The tub was filthy and the toilet did not appear to have been cleaned very well. We were awakened at 3 a.m. by the sound of the couple having sex in the room next door, which we could hear loud and clear through the paper-thin wall between our rooms. $50 resort fee is outrageous for what was a 12-hour stay, as is the $22.50 parking fee. I've stayed in Motel 6's that are nicer than this dump. Way nicer.

Overall you get what you pay for, i guess :) Pros: excellent staff, efficient problem fix, relatively clean room (i didn't feel like stepping on the carpet with my bare feet) Cons: no kettle or fridge in the room. No bell service (had to drag my bags around with me the entire last day of my stay in LV), safe number combo didn't work (staff fixed it promptly), both bed side lamps didn't work (didn't even bother to ask to repair), the noise from the air conditioner was similar to having Boing 787 in my room (barely slept at night even though used ear plugs), also, could hear air conditioners working in the adjacent room.

Bed good. Very little furniture. No refrigerator, lamp was unplugged. Discovered bath/shower body wash was empty. No temp control but room stayed comfortable. Few hangers. Hallways in front of elevators on floor 10 was badly scuffed. One of three elevators was broken. Other two also got stuck on one floor for hours at a time leaving only one functioning.

The room was clean but the toilet overflowed and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to come fix it. When I did they said they were coming and never came. I didn’t get to use the bathroom all night. They charge to park when you are staying on the property that’s so bad. Security is unpleasant the man would not help me it’s like I didn’t even exist. I was very offended by his blatant disregard of my existence. Food was good. Not many slots to play.

Website says you can check your bags for early arrival. Reception said you couldn't. That was disappointing. Then try to check in for early arrival, reception said they couldn't find a room to do so, so why offer it?! Finally called for extra towels in the evening. Didnt get them had to call two more times in the morning then finally got them. Just a disappointing frustrating stay.

Never maid it to the room. Most unprofessional environment I e ever been in. Room was not available at 4 when checking in. Made up excuses. No manager workimg. Not a single employee would answer questions about when my room would be ready, or why it wasn’t. Me my wife and five year old were then surrounded by security and trespassed. The head housekeeper handled this whole situation. Pretty sure the guy working front desk comped a room for money on his Cash App. THE WORST MOST EMBARRASSING SITUATION.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The staff was unprofessional and falsely accused me of smoking in the room, which I did not do. They charged my card $500 without giving me any real explanation or evidence, and when I tried to get help or clarification, no one was willing to assist me. I felt disrespected and unheard the entire time. I would not recommend staying here.

We had received and confirmed certain information several times, before our departure and upon arrival at the hotel. On the day of our departure, we learned at checkout, on a mean tone, the lady was arrogant, that there was no room for our suitcase as planned and confirmed several times, email, telephone, orally upon arrival. We had to drag the suitcase for 9 hours in Las Vegas, the day of our wedding. I am terribly disappointed to have trusted this establishment. because I could have organized myself differently before my departure if the information had not been incorrect. At check in, the lady at the counter confirmed the room for the surveillance of our suitcase. At checkout, the woman was on a mean tone and arrogant, she refused to see our proof of confirmation and exchange with the hotel, informing us of the planned room.

Tried to call because our flight was delayed so our daughter could go to the and no one answers front desk line. Elevators are broken. Only one works and has to have an operator since the state took thier licence. They dont make up the room. Payed extra for thier best room and it never got made up. No one can get you coffee or clean towels even after calling 4 times to get them. Find somewhere else to stay.

The front desk lady give me a look like she was doing me a favor when I was asking her questions about the $300 retention fee hold, it was just a question. I understand that the hotel has to put some hold into funds. The elevators took life to work. I returned the room on time and I was making sure I take care of the room for them to return me the $300.00 back. It was a terrible experience. I tried to call them back and they hang up on me.

The hotel rooms and elevators feel old, Pat. This hotel is a great economical choice on the strip. Walkable to MGM, New York, New York, Excalibur, and tram station at MGM. Hooters and steak 'n shake in the hotel for food, and $5 blackjack tables. I have always had a good time here.

The Hotel is old so do not expect the hotel to be in the best condition. Hooters can be better food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. But it’s a great location and in walking distance from the strip. If you are looking for a lavish hotel then look somewhere else.

Food options were obsolete. I paid for a food and beverage credit additionally. Night manager of hotel was extremely rude when he told me we don’t do that. Refused to be of any assistance.

The stay was fine the rooms are dated. The location is great for that side of the strip. Construction is going on on the side of the hotel but was not a problem. However there were no food vouchers for staying with this establishment for multiple days And there was no room service available. Stake and Shake was overpriced and the food was terrible!

Had a great time. Loved the steak and shake on the property. Wish hooters was open but didn't effect my stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. No issues at all. Would definitely stay again here.

Everything is a little run down, broken or old. Bare minimum lodging, parking is $20 and the restaurant is closed. Great location for a quick walk to the strip. Casino is sort of small and there is 1 bar. Steaks and Shakes had food that was as you'd expect from a burger joint.

My family and I stay in a lot of hotels,so I'm familiar with procedures. However, the OYO might be the worst when it comes to refunding your deposit. If you're staying here plan on losing your deposit for a minimum of 20 days. Ridiculous. Overall, the rooms were ok and the staff was decent. Ok for the price.
