Brand new hotel. We loved the amount of space available for 3 adults, loved the pool area, and the full size refrigerator for our drinks and snacks. Staff was polite and responsive.

I stayed during their soft open, so there are still a few glitches to work out, but overall the property is beautiful. The pool was not fully heated (perhaps because there are so few guests there yet) and the restaurants have not opened yet. The rooms are spacious and clean and have some nice touches. I imagine the price will shoot up after the official grand opening, so I found it to be well worth the value at the pre-opening rates.

Got a great deal on a massive suite but the hotel was still lacking all the desired amenities , like pool, fitness center, restaurant or convenience store. It was basically a nice, minimally furnished apartment at the time of my stay. If they get everything up and running this could be a fantastic stay but it was deceptive to take my booking without first disclosing these huge deficiencies.

Cons,Had a few problems at check in, staff wasn't right on location or what was in the room, i was told i would be getting a room with balcony the room didn't a have balcony, wasn't cleaned properly there was half drunk waters in fridge , restroom was locked also had wine lids on floor my 2 year old picked up, needed a balcony so was moved to another room and it still didn't have a balcony! Im Claustrophobic and felt trapped Was told was told i would be moved to another room in the morning but them was told no couldn't be, had issues with room to qr code on kee app on phone had to walk all the way back to front because i could not open the door, not a short walk actually pretty long from room, couldn't get key cards at check in because system was to slow they claimed. Could hear everything from neighbors as walls are thin, beds are hard. Were still working on hotel so had items all in parking lot for construction , could not use elevator close to room due to construction had to walk to other side Pros.Floors in new room was clean, loved the fill kitchen and 2 separate rooms, very very clean and comfortable environment , my kids loved the pools not too crowded, had stove , microwave ,dishes, dishwasher.

It has the feels of an apartment complex which means the rooms are way more spacious than a regular hotel. Super clean, pool is awesome. Easy parking and drive to anything in Vegas. Highly recommend!

Hotel is new, clean & safe. Very modern & spacious. 2 nice pools & jacuzzi. Gym had a good selection of equipment. Nice bar. Restaurants in hotel coming in a month or so. Convenient, free & abundant parking. My unit for 1 person was very spacious, similar to a studio apartment. Because the room had luxury vinyl floors, I could hear footsteps from the unit above me late at night for my stay. You will need to carry your phone throughout the building to unlock & gain entrance to the building, pools, gym, hallway doors and to your room, all using a QR code. This could be considered an inconvenience for some. In addition, I asked for a 1 hour late check out and the fee was rather high. After some discussion, I was given a 30-minute courtesy late check out time. For this hotel, the pros outweigh the cons and I would likely stay here again.

Very nice, new property in close proximity to everything. Our room was right next to the pool, which I wouldn't recommend. We had to call down to the front desk because the music was blasting at 7:00 am. It was quickly remedied, which we appreciated. It also took an hour and multiple requests to get wash clothes delivered. The beds are comfy, the pillows not so much. Other than that it was a nice stay overall, and we would definitely stay again.

The place is a new, spacious and quiet option off the strip. The idea is that you have minimal contact with the staff and that your needs and wants can all be attained through their app. Unfortunately, during our visit the app could only be used for a room key. I was intrigued by the services the app could do but it was not available to me. Anyways, the 2-bedroom suite was sparse and spacious. Beds, bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped. I was confused why there was no ice easily available in the room or hallways. My only option was to get a cup of ice at the bar. It would be nice to have ice trays or ice maker closer by. The pools were nice but there were new hotel technical glitches that made access to some areas difficult. The staff was always great when I needed assistance. I like the hotel, but I'm hoping to experience more that the hotel has to offer on our next visit.

The kitchen was equipped with all items we needed for cooking and eating (e.g., pots, plates and cutlery). The hotel is only a few mins from the strip. Cons: The walls are very thin; you can hear people having conversations in the adjacent unit. The beds are somewhat hard and make a lot of squeaky noises. The shower door only covers half of the shower stall and so water tends to spill on the floor. To open doors in the halls, you need to use the hotel app or a physical room key, and often times, we were unable to open the doors because the app or key failed to work.

The hotel was very nice, clean and new. Checking in and out was super easy. The staff were amazing during our entire stay. The room itself was beautiful only downside the bed was extremely hard. This hotel is off strip, but very close and not to mention it's convenient to many other places with a rental car. The pool area is so beautiful, very relaxing with a luxurious feel. We don't drink however, there's a bar for those who do and a snack shop. Can't wait to book our stay again.

Very expensive for the experience. App was glitchy and was the only way to access key to room, check in process took 30 mins, WiFi and cell service were sporadic so working is a challenge, hair in the shower when we arrived, TV’s require a streaming service to watch and none are provided, no coffee maker in the room as advertised, have to pay extra for everything, including room cleaning.. the staff was kind but the focus of this hotel is not on the experience the guest is having at this point. Hopefully they work out the kinks since they’ve only been open for a couple months

The Otonomus is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We were very happy with the spacious kitchen, living room, bathroom & bedroom. Everything was so clean as well. We would've rated the Otonomus with 5 stars if the beds were comfortable. They mattresses were rock hard. The staff happily provided comforters which helped some. If the beds were comfy this would be the place I would stay everytime in Vegas.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The front desk service was friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, no issues at all. Like the other reviews, the major problem is the bed. Three of us traveled and used three beds, two had problems sleeping, and one person said the bed was absolutely comfortable. So it depends on if you can handle a very hard bed. We were on the first floor next to the pool and that was lovely. Not too much noise... just enough to make it feel lived in. Half of the hotel is still under construction so it's a bit messy. Overall, though, the room space is worth everything when you're traveling with multiple people. We'll come back.

Was doing a one night on our way to califonia. Found this place throught hotels.com, liked what i saw and booked it. Arriving was told how things were going to go and what happened next. Loved the room layout and how things were. Only two small problems my family found with this place was the night screens not really blocking out the light from outside, and the beds being a little to firm. Otherwise loved the stay and may look at staying agian in the future.

The sound insulation between floors is very poor .There is much noisy from Second floor until midnight, we were trying to contact the customer service but no one answered the call. Will not consider live in the lower floors because of the noise.

This hotel is quite new and is a mix of apartments and a hotel. The entrance is very nice and the staff are keen to help and please. The hotel rooms are more like a large one bed apartments and all is new.

Clean room, with basic amenities, but beds were squeaking. You can tell they used cheap furniture to furnish the rooms. The bedrooms were nice size but needed a dresser to put clothes in. Large closet but not enough hangers. Shower was really nice, but the splash guard isn’t big enough and so water would get all over the floor even with mats. No way to call front desk without a what’s up app ( not making it convenient. No housekeeping services, but if you stopped by front desk you could receive more amenities. Our TV in the living room did not work. It was offline then the programming would cut off every 15 seconds. It was a real bummer as we were trying to watch football on Sunday. They did try to come fix it, but by then we missed most of the game before it was resolved. Had plenty of dishes, but need a whisk and a mixing bowl. Need kitchen towels/ washcloth to clean counters and stove. Vent on stove is open to air so hot air is coming out while cooking ( I think something was put together wrong). They have shampoo conditioner and body wash, but bar soap needs a holder, it gets all over the counter. There was no steamer in our room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and had to share hair dryer. Each room should have their own. Lastly, the AC was extremely loud in one of the rooms, woke us up constantly. Several closets were unable to open, must be for washer/dryer. Need extra trash bags, and more than 1 dishwasher pod. Beautiful clean, quiet facility. pet fee is high!

Need kitchen towels/ washcloth to clean counters and stove. Vent on stove is open to air so hot air is coming out while cooking ( I think something was put together wrong). They have shampoo conditioner and body wash, but bar soap needs a holder, it gets all over the counter. There was no steamer in our room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and had to share hair dryer. Each room should have their own. Lastly, the AC was extremely loud in one of the rooms, woke us up constantly. Several closets were unable to open, must be for washer/dryer. Need extra trash bags, and more than 1 dishwasher pod. Beautiful clean, quiet facility. pet fee is high!

The kitchen was equipped with all items we needed for cooking and eating (e.g., pots, plates and cutlery). The hotel is only a few mins from the strip. Cons: The walls are very thin; you can hear people having conversations in the adjacent unit. The beds are somewhat hard and make a lot of squeaky noises. The shower door only covers half of the shower stall and so water tends to spill on the floor. I was asked to download an app that did not work nor was integrated with my current reservation. Car charger did not work for our Rivian, only 1 of its kind. Room keys did not work to open our door. Some minor issues - Walls really thin, TV was streaming only and the living room TV didnt have internet until we called maintenance but still had issues with the internet, no black out curtains. Other than that pretty good experience - Check in was really easy, pool was nice, parking was decent, food/snacks close by, staff was GREAT.

I enjoyed my two nights stay at the Otonomus Hotel. It was super convenient the fact that its an apartment hotel with a full kitchen! Definitely a plus for me!! The pool was relaxing and the property clean. This hotel will be my go to for my future Vegas travels.

This was a perfect place to stay for our siblings trip. Very nice, new apartment, clean and everyone working there was very friendly. Rebecca at the front desk was very sweet and helped answer all of our questions. We also had fun talking with Oto. Highly recommend!

We were supposed to be able to check in at 3 PM. We did not get checked in till 6 PM. We did a lot waiting in our car because the front desk person kept on telling us that our room was being cleaned and then it will be ready took a very long time. This was supposed to be a great experience for our 21st anniversary and honestly would’ve been better off at a Holiday Inn.

Great concept, needs alot of work and no customer service. The technology is fine. The bed is hard as a rock. You are there to sleep. They placed a box spring mattress with a 2 inch mattress pad, see photo, it is like laying on the ground. When I called to speak to the manager, she was very rude and told me I didn't know what I was talking about, it is a mattress. I explained I had photos. I asked to talk to her boss and she said she was the boss. After talking to a few employees I found out she was the manager of the hotel, but there is a property manager. I called and asked for her to call me and never received a phone call back. They only provide a few coffee pods, one dish washer tablet and no ice machine. When I called and asked for refills I was told I could purchase these items in the store. The window treatments are cheap and do not block light. They have limited towel racks, one is above the toilet so you don't have enough places to hang your towels. No recycling can are provided. No furniture to enjoy the porch. People come from the area to enjoy the bar and security is limited. Should have key pads to access the upper floors in the elevator. Kitchen is very limited stocked, cutting board but no knives. No dish towels, oven mitts or drying towels. In fact the oven still has the plastic on it. The internet is very slow, which is ironic since it is suppose to be a high tech hotel. No cleaning service unless you order it 24 hour

We were one of the first clients to stay. Check-in process took forever due to not being able to get a digital room key on their app. The walk to our room was far, very inconvenient while pulling a cart full of luggage’s. We were offered complimentary items to make up for the pool not being ready but all we got was an extra room for our stay we did not ask for. Rooms were spacious but bedrooms get hot at night and there is no fan despite thermostat being set to 68. Overall not a good experience when it comes to hospitality/connivence.

We only stayed overnight and left at 4am so we didnt get to use anything. The breaker popped twice in bathroom and thr room was set up for 4 with dishes for 5. Its a beautiful place but very hard to find your way around its huge and we got lost a cohple of times. They need more signs to find your way around. And though its very safe, almost too safe. You need your key to get out. Other than that the people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The place is immaculate. Be prepared to step into the future!

It has the feels of an apartment complex which means the rooms are way more spacious than a regular hotel. Super clean, pool is awesome. Easy parking and drive to anything in Vegas. Highly recommend!

Hotel is new, clean & safe. Very modern & spacious. 2 nice pools & jacuzzi. Gym had a good selection of equipment. Nice bar. Restaurants in hotel coming in a month or so. Convenient, free & abundant parking. My unit for 1 person was very spacious, similar to a studio apartment. Because the room had luxury vinyl floors, I could hear footsteps from the unit above me late at night for my stay. You will need to carry your phone throughout the building to unlock & gain entrance to the building, pools, gym, hallway doors and to your room, all using a QR code. This could be considered an inconvenience for some. In addition, I asked for a 1 hour late check out and the fee was rather high. After some discussion, I was given a 30-minute courtesy late check out time. For this hotel, the pros outweigh the cons and I would likely stay here again.

Very nice, new property in close proximity to everything. Our room was right next to the pool, which I wouldn't recommend. We had to call down to the front desk because the music was blasting at 7:00 am. It was quickly remedied, which we appreciated. It also took an hour and multiple requests to get wash clothes delivered. The beds are comfy, the pillows not so much. Other than that it was a nice stay overall, and we would definitely stay again.

The idea is that you have minimal contact with the staff and that your needs and wants can all be attained through their app. Unfortunately, during our visit the app could only be used for a room key. I was intrigued by the services the app could do but it was not available to me. Anyways, the 2-bedroom suite was sparse and spacious. Beds, bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped. I was confused why there was no ice easily available in the room or hallways. My only option was to get a cup of ice at the bar. It would be nice to have ice trays or ice maker closer by. The pools were nice but there were new hotel technical glitches that made access to some areas difficult. The staff was always great when I needed assistance. I like the hotel, but I'm hoping to experience more that the hotel has to offer on our next visit.

It’s a new hotel so everything is new and it’s a quiet area, the decor is excellent, clean, and comfortably bright. The pool areas are really cool, the staff are friendly and helpful. What I like most besides it being all new is it’s 10 minutes from the strip so you don’t have all the noise and traffic but you can go to any show easily. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Technology driven, also key on your smartphone a big plus.

Super cool room overall. It's modern and comfortable and the 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and roomy. For as fancy as this place is, I'm pretty surprised by the lack of amenities. They only provide 2 coffee pods in the room, and when you've used those you're expected to buy more from the store by the lobby, but they didn't even have any more coffee stocked. They were out of sugar and creamer, too. So, we couldn't buyt more even though we wanted to. Also, the in-app digital phone key is a fun idea in theory, but in practice it is super inconvenient and annoying to use. I ended up asking for a physical key after getting fed up with the phone key.

I stayed during their soft open, so there are still a few glitches to work out, but overall the property is beautiful. The pool was not fully heated (perhaps because there are so few guests there yet) and the restaurants have not opened yet. The rooms are spacious and clean and have some nice touches. I imagine the price will shoot up after the official grand opening, so I found it to be well worth the value at the pre-opening rates.

Hotel is new, clean & safe. Very modern & spacious. 2 nice pools & jacuzzi. Gym had a good selection of equipment. Nice bar. Restaurants in hotel coming in a month or so. Because the room had luxury vinyl floors, I could hear footsteps from the unit above me late at night for my stay. You will need to carry your phone throughout the building to unlock & gain entrance to the building, pools, gym, hallway doors and to your room, all using a QR code. This could be considered an inconvenience for some. In addition, I asked for a 1 hour late check out and the fee was rather high. After some discussion, I was given a 30-minute courtesy late check out time. For this hotel, the pros outweigh the cons and I would likely stay here again.

Such a cool and modern hotel! I loved the vibes and I loved how everything was new. The best part of it was how inviting and kind the staff were I can’t wait for this property to continue to develop overtime. They told me there’s all these cool restaurants opening later this year.

I traveled with my kids and their service pet. I notified the front desk that we had a service pet with credentials. They still charged me $100 holding fee. We were on the lower room which was convenient however the hotels dumpster service for their trash happen to be right out by my room so when they decided to come around 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. it woke me out of dead sleep and then it was the hardest part going back to sleep. I felt it's a very poor location for their dumpster. I have a large family and I had gone to the front desk about 6:00 a.m. the morning of my departure I needed just two more towels so me and my youngest could take a shower before we left but housekeeping does not get in until 8:00 a.m. so therefore I did not get my towels or my shower. No hot tub No room service. I felt it was quite challenging with digital room keys and managing apps. Some people might like that it's not for everyone.

The hotel was very nice, clean and new. Checking in and out was super easy. The staff were amazing during our entire stay. The room itself was beautiful only downside the bed was extremely hard. This hotel is off strip, but very close and not to mention it's convenient to many other places with a rental car. The pool area is so beautiful, very relaxing with a luxurious feel. We don't drink however, there's a bar for those who do and a snack shop. Can't wait to book our stay again.

The kitchen was the best. It was a full size kitchen stocked with everything you need to clean the dishes. You can really feel at home while staying here. Raquel and Connor are the best hosts at the bar. We truly enjoyed how simple it was to get checked in and out. I highly recommend staying here whether it’s for family or by yourself.

The ultra modern room and furnishings were not inviting. My phone key would not work and had to get keys from the front desk. Since my account on my phone did not work all issues had to be reported downstairs. Items that needed to fixed or replaced were not addressed at all after being reported to the front desk. The pools were lovely and the staff was friendly.

Our stay was so awesome, the kitchen area was very convenient for our family. The cleanliness of the property and our unit was perfect. We rented a 3 bedroom unit and it was plenty of room for our family to have their own space. We attended a concert at Allegiant Stadium and the location was nearby and our trip to and from the stadium was a breeze. The staff were also so friendly and helpful. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked awesome. Parking was so easy and at no extra charge.
