All staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. Especially the graveyard girl on Friday night! The property was very clean and was pretty awesome! The only downside was the adult pool was under maintenance, but it wasn’t a big deal as the other pool was open.

My husband and I took our 4 kids to Las Vegas for 7 nights. We had a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms. It had a washer and dryer in the suite. Kitchen and dining area were perfect size. Two can also eat at the open counter between the kitchen and living space. Couch pulled out easily. We got daily morning texts messages to ask if we needed housekeeping suppies. They were quick to respond to our needs. The pool had an adult area and separate kids pool. They enforced the rules. Grills available for use by the pool. This was great for our family evening dinners. Free parking available.

We stayed 5 nights with our 3 kids 6-6-8 years old. It was perfect : 2 bathrooms, kitchen so we could eat breakfast and prepare lunches for our days out of the city (Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Mojave Desert all less than 1-1½ hour in car from the hotel). The pool and spa were open and beautiful. I would go back anytime !

We have traveled to this resort for now going on 6 years. This year we got a disability suite that was not asked for. During our stay we found a Roach to which we told the front desk and the came and sprayed. The spray order was very unpleasant and after they finished it left puddles on the floor of the spray. We up till this year have the resort an AAA rating. They are spending a great deal of money making the exterior looking really nice and I think they should put more money to inside. The carpet on living room was filthy and furnature was also dirty. The cleaning staff was unable to communicate with us as they could not speak English. The resort has changed to a Hilton property so am unsure if this is a factor. I am not sure if we could recommend this facility. Up till this year I would say yes but this year's bad experiencey wife and I feel we will not return.

Front Desk very polite and responsive. Pool area clean. Room not so much due to lack of common sense and normal level expectations of what “deep cleaning “ means. Counters not cleaned, bathtub or sink in the bathroom not cleaned. Bad smell in the room. Sheets not changed although we were there for 10 days. TV service “Castnow” not functional due to being damaged and not enough extras available. Although maintenance staff requested prior to stay. Also housekeeping removed personal items that were stowed away in cabinet. Like garbage bags that we brought from home. So my advice would be is to state the obvious, double check everything, communicate common sense and if your driving bring “the needs” like towels, laundry detergent ( cause the stuff they offer isn’t even sold at the dollar tree) Roku or you won’t have any streaming apps. Also bring anything that you would need for the kitchen cause what they offer is not worthy to cut or slice anything. And coffee pot is a per cup scenario so if you love coffee your better off bringing a tea kettle or a keurig machine.

The staff were great. Very attentive. Plus, I was astounded by the cleanliness of the room. None of the surfaces felt sticky. The bedding was fresh and clean. I didn't get the 'ick' whenever my bare foot touched the floor. Thanks so much for such a wonderful trip!

The room was exceptionally clean, except for a cockroach that was spotted in the laundry room, which we promptly killed. The rest of the stay was great and so comfy. We will come back next time.

Wow, we did not know what to expect when we walked in the door of this place and man, it is a full on 2 bedroom, spacious condo, with a nice and big balcony, overlooking a great view of the pools areas and grounds. This place is REALLY nice. VERY modern, clean, functional, spacious, quiet, FULL kitchen with icemaker, TV's everywhere, great parking, great everything. This place is simply a WOW. The cleaning lady was so sweet. Everything and everybody associated with this place was beyond great. And it is a good location with quick access to Tropicana street that has quick access to the strip, the big I-15 main hiway, the airport, anything you want. I can't say enough about this place. WOW!

We stayed for 8 nights and everything was just great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but you can still walk to restaurants if you want. Drive to strip was very easy. We have a one year old so having a kitchen and laundry was just so helpful for us. I’m so glad we did this instead of regular hotels. The only downside was the noise from upstairs. You can hear pretty clearly when people upstairs are walking.

I overall enjoyed my stay here, however I found the bed uncomfortable even after they promptly rotated the mattress and being a 1 bedroom condo, they really need ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Otherwise, I felt safe and enjoyed the spacious room.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was large and comfy. However a big issue for us is you cannot turn the aircon below 68f and is was over 110f when we visited and incredibly hot at night - so difficult to sleep. We got fans from reception but it was still too hot in the bedrooms. Pools are lovely and staff very nice.

This was one of the best experiences ever. Close enough to the strip if you want and far enough away it you just need to relax. The resort had everything you need, full apartment with kitchen and washer/dryer, balcony, comfortable king size bed. The pool was fabulous. Everything was clean and so well taken care of. Staff was kind and attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything.

VERY uncomfortable and noisy beds. Very noisy fan in bathroom. Very noisy ceiling when people walked across it upstairs. Woke us up around 7am. AC didn't cool master bedroom. Door wouldn't close in spare room because the bed was in the way. There were lots of other issues. Too many to go into. They didn't care. Even though their hotel ruined our weekend, they offered nothing back. They seem unconcerned about the reputation of the hotel. I thought Hiltons were supposed to be good. I found out I was wrong! Never again. We travel a LOT for business. I will stick to good hotels, like Marriott and Drury!

Our visit to Vegas was for work so we really liked the "AirBnB run by Hilton" format for an extended stay off-strip. Using text to interact with the front desk was convenient and the staff was quick to fix an issue while we were out. The only negative was "loud car noise" from Decatur Blvd late at night. Even so, we would definitely stay again when we come back!

The pool and the hot tub were lovely. The facilities in the room were really nice. The couch was a little bit uncomfortable. The staff were incredibly accommodating. The only complaint is that it was a timeshare property, so we were a little bit pressured into attending a presentation the following morning. We were not expecting that when we reserved our room through hilton.com.

We experienced a maintenance issue during our stay. The front desk just so happened to text and ask how our stay was so far, which is fantastic in itself. When I mentioned the issue the maintenance gentle came directly to our room and fixed the issue. Excellent service and stay! We already booked our next stay!! Thank you!!

We arrived at 1 am to find that our reservation had been canceled and the hotel moved our reservation to a sister property on the strip and that we would not be charged. However, we were 3 people and the hotel booked us a room for one and when we called to request a change, the customer care literally hung up on us. We then had to fight with the Hilton Grand Vacations hotel to get a bigger room and escalate to a manager to get anything done, which means we didn’t get to sleep until 3 am with a wake up time of 6 am. Very disappointed in the Hilton brand and service provided, will try to avoid Hilton from now on

It was one of the worst experiences I have had with travel. Due to unexpected travel issues, I got in later than expected and I was shocked to learn that my room had been given away. I was in a bind and had my six days that I had reserved no longer available. No rooms were available to even book, which left me to find another two bedroom hotel somewhere else. Overall I ended up spending several hundred more to make a similar reservation. I was sorely dissatisfied with my experience.

The Desert View is clean with large suites that are nice but not elaborate or spectacular. I would always make sure that you tell your rideshare (if you use one) that it is on Decatur because this place has a too-long name that has changed a few times and there are many other Hiltons. The area around it can be a bit sketchy at times but I never had any issues and walked around there. Allow texting and you'll receive a text each morning if you need anything. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Amazing and safe stay with great value for money. Would 100% recommend staying here! It has a well equipped kitchen with utensils and large rooms. I absolutely loved this place. It’s closer to the strip but not on it which makes it much more quieter and traffic free.

The most important thing for me is the cleanliness and this hotel met all of my expectations (even above). The kitchen and the balcony are so convenient. We enjoyed the adults only side of the pool which was really nice. I would definitely go again. The only downside is a little far from the touristic areas, but it is not a big deal. It only takes 10 minutes or so with Uber.

Beautiful property, super clean, friendly and helpful staff. All other guests were quiet and respectful. Loved the text communication with staff, hassle free if we needed anything, immediate response, made checkout handy, and they texted when there was a special event for us to attend on St Pattys day in the lobby. We enjoyed being outside of the strip area, especially with young adults with us. Tons to do on the property, swim, play in the games room, grab a free coffee or hot chocolate in the amenities area. Need a car because there’s no shuttle and not much to walk to (7-11 was a bonus however for slurpees and beers!). Most definitely would stay again. Only complaint was that the pullout sofa bed was not comfortable, and 2 adults would not have a good sleep on it. But the king size bed in the master was exceptionally comfortable!

The property and room was really nice. Gated at night. Walking distance to bus and/or parking provided. No resort fees. Staff was super nice and helpful. Awesome outdoor pools, hot tub and barbecue area. Would highly recommend it.

This place looked more like a condo than a hotel. Very spacious. Extremely clean. The kitchen comes complete with everything you need to cook an entire meal. This should be included in the main description on the site. Would have been helpful when booking. But overall you will love the location. Very easy to get to the strip and other shopping. Super Walmart and Sam's Club, Target all close by. Front desk sends you daily text messages for supplies and to check in on your stay. They are very helpful.

I’ve been to a lot of hotels in Las Vegas (I’m a resident). This is the BEST hotel I have stayed at in the city. They have an adult pool with a jacuzzi & grills ALSO a separate family pool for children between 3ft-4ft with a waterfall, jacuzzi & cabanas with grills. The hotels are very home like… if you get the one with a kitchen, it is a FULL kitchen with utensils, plates, pots, pans .. the whole 9 yards. Thank you guys!!!!
