The self parking is terrible, they charge you $25 for locals to park, the handicap spaces are extremely minimum, the signs are not good at all. The elevator down from self parking to the registration desk is far when you have suitcases or backpacks. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is no microwave or mini fridge I need to tell you some things and only two cups for drinking.

Room was not very clean, a/c had a terrible foul smell everytime it kicked on. The parking garage was a nightmare and when checking out got stuck for an hour trying to get out as the parking machine broke not allowing guests to leave I paid $20 a day to park here! Not acceptable.

That our room didn't come with a fridge. Then being told they wanted to charge me an extra 20 dollars a day to get a fridge! That was just asinine for what I was already paying for our stay. After going back and forth with the lady at the desk, telling her we need the fridge to keep medication in, she finally had one put in our room.

The parking garage was flooded, the ceilings were leaking with trash cans set out to catch the water. Parts of the ceiling were falling down. There were very few front desk personnel. Our key cards did not work. The hotel rooms lacked a coffee maker and the phone did not work.

Had to check in on kiosk cause the line was a mile long to check in. Valet parking what a joke $90 cause we had an oversized truck that would not fit in there Valet parking and the Self parking was closed due to the Formula 1 race that Las Vegas is getting ready for next month. We were not informed self parking was closed ahead of time. The room needs updating but it was clean.

Hotel has a good selection of food & drink venues, and gambling areas. It is showing its age though and the pool area is not the greatest as not a lot of areas to lay out in the sun as compared to neighboring hotels.

I loved the little shops & restaurants outside the hotel & the zip line was awesome! The hotel was clean & quiet. We were disappointed that the rooms had no refrigerators or coffee pots or microwaves in the rooms. Very inconvenient for keeping drinks cold, especially for the price you pay! Also, disappointed the pool closes at 6pm! I didn’t even get to use it! And it’s 21+ only. Wish we would have known that before booking! Overall it was nice, but probably won’t stay here again

Bed were not too comfortable, I had to request to change my room because it was dirty very dusty and had dirty towels on the floor when I got there. But staff were super nice and changed the room on the spot without any issues. Parking in general was hella expensive, well the resort fee. They charge for it for parking everyday day you stayed there.

The room was clean, but there was a horrible smell (sewage) that was everywhere. On our floor as you exited the elevator and in our room. It was disgusting! The staff was good when we went to ask for assistance in the parking fees. We had tried to use our key and were stuck at the exit 2x. We had breakfast at your two quick places. Both were not very good. The coffee in one was horrible. In the other the sandwich had bacon that was rubbery. We had the pizza at the Carlos bakery place. We also had the pizza in his other place next door. The other place was markedly better.

Room was not clean. Hair in bathroom. The grout in the bathroom, filled with dirt. The fillable washes were spilling out. Corners filthy. Carpet filthy. The comforter were dirty with red/brown spot / stains. Looked liked the comforter was just flipped. Called for new ones, they didn’t bring them. Once I requested again, the ones on put on the bed were very clean. This led me to believe that initially they were not changed in between reservations. The hallways were dark and walls and doors were scuffed. Hotel part needs a deep cleaning.

Clean room and bed was comfortable. My picky things are that the bedside table is too small to hold all the stuff two need to put on it (it did have a charger). Must use drawer to place phone while charging at night, and water bottle? No room. The second thing was the bathroom sink is high. Not for kids or short people. During weekends the room was very noisy, mine was on Boulevard side. Band was very loud, could feel vibrations. Maybe other side was quieter.

This was the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in where my notebook had to sit on my lap like a needy cat—because there was no desk or tabletop big enough to host it. The shower felt like a design experiment gone rogue, and the toilet paper and wastebasket placement seemed like a prank from an interior design student on their first day. I stayed at Silver Legacy in Reno before checking into LINQ, and let’s just say—Silver Legacy knew how to treat a toilet with dignity.

First off, I paid extra to upgrade to the 2 queens room, and those beds were not queen size. They were definitely still doubles. Another thing, the kiosks are nice if everything goes right to check in, but it wouldnt read my drivers license for awhile and then it had the wrong amounts. You need more in-person staff to help with customer service there. Most of the plug-ins in the rooms didnt work. I will say the location is good. Everything else is average.

Pros : Walking distance do a bunch of food, gambling and other casinos. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Cons : Safe in room didn’t work, booked a “Strip View” room but we could only see a very small portion of it because the rest of the hotel building blocked the view

We weren’t able to check in. We were traveling from Arizona to the F1 race in Las Vegas. We received an email that we needed to arrive early as the streets would be closing at 1 PM. We arrived around the corner from the property at 12:25 PM and the police had already closed the roads leading to the hotel we were on Tropicana and Las Vegas Blvd. less than half a mile away to check into our hotel when we turned away. We attempted several routes and kept getting rerouted by the police as we were not being allowed access near the hotel. I contacted the LINQ several times to ask them for a route or an alternative parking lot and we could walk in which they were not able to provide anything as an alternative option. They gave us secondary directions in which we attempted and weren’t able to get in. We were on the road and attempted for three hours to get onto the property. We called the hotel several times to ask for assistance and or get a credit for our room to know availability. They asked us to contact hotels.com in which I did and you all told me to contact the hotel again. We were never able to check into the hotel, we had to spend additional money for an alternative room elsewhere. And no one was able to help us. It made the experience very stressful and frustrating, this was supposed to be a graduation gift for my son and left a very bad situation for us.

Subject: Urgent Formal Complaint Regarding Serious Security Breach and Assault Incident Dear LINQ Hotel & Casino Management, I am writing to formally report a very serious incident that occurred during my recent stay at The LINQ in Las Vegas. I am extremely concerned about the severe security breach, the lack of assistance provided by hotel staff, and the absence of follow-up regarding the safety of your guests. On [date of incident], between approximately 5:00–6:00 AM, I returned to my room after a night out and was shocked to find an unknown woman inside my room, using our room access. This individual was not authorized to be there, and I have no idea how she gained access to my room. When I entered, the woman became aggressive and physically attacked me. This was a terrifying experience and a complete violation of my safety. I immediately reported the incident to security and hotel staff and filed an official complaint. Despite the seriousness of the situation, I received no explanation, no resolution, and no accommodation or assistance from the hotel. I was also not provided with an answer as to how this woman was able to enter my room using my room access, which raises major security concerns for all guests. To date, no one from management has contacted me regarding this matter, and I have not been informed of any investigation or action taken. This lack of response is unacceptable given the nature of the incident and the potential risk to other guests.

At check-in if you even wish to call I that , the 1 employee I could get a minute of their time was condescending telling me to read the print out paper with an irritated tone when I asked directions to the elevators to the rooms , basically a tone as if to say look at the paper idiot I’m not here to assist you with that ,kiosk up charges you even if you try to check in 30 minutes before 4pm plus tax on the up charge , if you don’t choose to upgrade the room on the kiosk of course because no one will speak with you unless your a VIP with them it gave us a room overlooking the Uber pickup area like an alley way , they do have people there to assist those people in the VIP line only , let’s not even discuss the smell of urine and sewer back up by the elevators to the room , let’s not even discuss how dimly lit and creepy and unsafe the hallways felt , let’s not even discuss how filthy the floors in the room were , felt very unsanitary , we couldn’t wait to get out of there almost from the moment we arrived , the only positive I will give this property is the proximity to things to do on the strip , and once again I can understand cleanliness may not always be perfect but it’s how we felt so unsafe on that property

I have never been less impressed with a hotel in my 5 decades of travel. Motel 6 offers a coffee maker. At the Linq? 10 bucks unless you upgrade. NO water. Uber/lify picks up in what can only be described as a back alley that apparently floods when it rains. Room service? Forget it. Ordered and was told by restaurant it was ready. 1 hour later no response from the delivery team as they were “busy in a rush” despite going downstairs to find the eatery only 1/4 full. Upgraded to a better room after the “closet” we were. Asked for housekeeping. Never happened. When we finally got coffee pods - two max. Just a poor experience. Would not stay here again. Ever.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I was forced to upgrade and pay an additional $80, only to find that the room was disgusting. I called room service right away not only offering to clean it myself, but simply asking for some Clorox wipes since my friends and I really liked the style of the room. An hour later, nothing had arrived. I called again to follow up, only to be told they had no record of my request, even though it was clearly the same person I had spoken with earlier. When I asked if I could speak with a manager, the first lady I spoke with actually hung up on me after saying she would call one. That was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had to call back again to get any help. I eventually spoke with a manager who was much nicer, but even he didn’t have any record of my second request. In the end, they refunded me the upgrade fee and moved us to another room but the entire process was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. The reason I still gave 3 stars was because the manger was really nice and apologetic.

Like almost all Vegas hotels, this one was quite impersonal and very crowded. Take note of where you park and write down your paking space and room number, as there is no other way to tell the difference. The hotel is clean and centrally located on the strip, and relatively reasonably priced. The staff was pleasant and helpful if you needed them.

Stayed one night. Room was good, no issues at all. Go for room with a strip view and I recommend you go for online check in, meaning when you arrive at hotel go straight to the self sevice check in machines. Present some form of ID at machine and your room card comes straight out of the machine. This means avoiding the big queues for checking in at reception. Other good points are storing your luggage for free after checking out, allowing you to enjoy Vegas for the day without dragging luggage about. The hotel is conveniently situated bang in middle of the strip allowing easy to the attractions.

A great location surrounded by plenty of activities and good restaurants. Clean rooms, a solid experience. I will throw out there that charging $6.45 for a small bottle of water in a desert environment should not be allowed. Prepare accordingly!

No breakfast included, no coffee maker in the room, bottled water VERY expensive and charged $25 for an early check in, on top of the $50 per day for a mandatory resort fee and we did NOT use the pool or anything else so I think this is the last trip to Vegas until they make things a little friendlier

We really enjoyed our stay at the LINQ. The room was clean and we had a great view of the high roller and sphere! The only thing that was missed was that I asked for housekeeping. I even spoke with a room attendant who was servicing rooms in my hallways and she agreed to service my room. After an entire day of walking the strip, I was looking forward to coming in to a nice clean room but it wasn’t serviced. The main reason I choose to stay at hotels instead of an Air Bnb is because I enjoy housekeeping. The Promenade was also a nice place to stroll through and eat at! We also enjoyed the food options in the hotel.

All the food courts and things to do close by. What I didn't like no microwave and coffee machine in the room.

Loved the hotel and staff my only one complaint was the shower. No way for the water not to come out of the shower and get all over the floor making it very slippery. I had to use multiple towels to dry off. Shower doors are definitely needed.

Check in would have been much easier if the receptionist had just helped us at the counter, but instead she sent us to the kiosk to check in. Yes we are international but she told us to use our drivers license, obviously it didn’t work I tried our passport which still didn’t scan, went and got the lady and she helped us out then she went away, for the next few minutes we worked our way through the system, then all the way at the end it tells us it will send us an email to get our room….like I already told the lady we can not access my emails , back over to the lady to inform her that we now can’t get our room number , and she said oh I can help you with that……then she asked about car parking which we said oh we pressed skip. Oh she said you will be charged full amount….in the end if the lady just helped us out, check in would have taken 5 minutes and I wouldn’t be writing a review that says customer service was really bad.
