We liked the parisian neighborhood, far from the tourist crowd. Only detail the Hotel NH Paris Opera Faubourg was in was in reform, so few amenities. The staff friendly and helpful, many brasseries close by, same with metro stations We liked very much!

No entanto, chegando na recepção, somente após o check-in, nos acomodando no 5º andar do hotel, é que fomos informados que o elevador estava quebrado e tinha que subir a pé e que não havia previsão de conserto. Felizmente, o equipamento foi consertado no mesmo dia. Após instalados no quarto, percebeu-se que o carpete estava muito sujo e encardido, com aspecto muito ruim.

Such a disappointing stay. It’s an okay hotel but not really up to usual NH standards. Staircases are dangerous, as is ceiling down to the breakfast room. On the first day, one lift was broken and then on the second day, the tiny staff/spare lift also broke. I was in the 3rd floor and my colleague on 6th floor - if anyone had a walking disability, it would have been impossible to remain or stay here.

Pros: My room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed and a big balcony that faced rue la Fayette. Although early check-in was not available, the front desk was able to hold my carry-on bag for me until I could check-in. Location was close to so many places to eat and within a 20 minute walk of the Louvre, Sacré-Cœur Basilica, Opéra Garnier, The Galeries Lafayette. Cons: The staff was very nice but I was disappointed with the service. Check-in should’ve been at 3pm so I came early to drop off my bag. When I returned at 5pm my room was still not ready. I put the sign on my door so that housekeeping would not clean my room (to save energy/water) but when I asked the front desk for additional drip coffee - they said the only way to get it was from housekeeping so they couldn’t help me because I asked for my room not to be cleaned. The shower is quite small, which was perfect for me but would probably be difficult for a larger person. The water temperature was hard to control, it was either cold or scolding hot. Overall rating: The room was very comfortable. GREAT bed. The building didn’t have amenities except for free wifi. Not sure how it was rated as a 4-star but it was still decent.

I think the property was okay. In the area, there are very few people, and food options are kind of limited, depending on the time. The wifi also wasn't working very well, therefore making it very difficult to stay connected.

Hotel is good enough for evrything. Centrally located and well managed. There was an ongoing renovation at the time but never senn any workers nor did hear any noise. Room was both sğacious and clean however there is too much Metro (subway) noise on lower levels. Not a deak breaker though.

6泊しましたが、2日目にバスローブがなくなり、以降、リクエストをしても配置されることはありませんでした。コーヒーも水も、リクエストをしてもほぼ補充されません。紙にリクエストを書いて、チップを置き、チップだけがなくなりリクエストが叶えれらない…。部屋の清掃に関しては、良い思いがありません。立地はとてもよいです。近くにスーパーも飲食店もあり、また、地下鉄の駅も近いです。部屋の清掃と毎日の補充に期待しなければ、よいホテルだと思います。（これがパリの四つ星ホテルのクオリティなのでしょうか…。）

Stayed here many times and never sleep, rooms are too noisy and way to hot now that the air con has been taken away. If you open the windows all you can hear is traffic noise and smells car fumes and smoke. Earplugs need to be provided and bring the air con back please. Rooms also have a mould smell and are never dusted properly. Bulbs and broken shower door glass need replacing.

Hôtel Vieillissant, moquette sale au sol, des taches sur le bas des murs et sur les coussins d’accueil. Le seul point positif diront nous sera l’emplacement. Peu de lumière dans la salle de bain qui est petite pour une chambre tout petite aussi. Le miroir pour se maquiller ou se partager le matin est peut être en cuir mais n’est pas pratique du tout. Je ne suis même pas restée la dernière nuit tellement je ne my sentais pas bien. Crise d’allergie dès la première nuit. La réception à été très gentille en me proposant un surclassement soit disant indisponible lors de mon arrivée. Mais j’avais déjà décidé de partir.. A FUIR, il n’y a rien de 4 étoiles dans cet Hôtel, en tout cas pas en 2022.

The location is great but the hotel itself is old and tatty. It's got a funky scent and the carpet in the room can do with replacement. The hotel is not up to NH standard and I stayed in a few of them. Time for renovations for sure. Room is small and so is the bed. Staff is very friendly but I would not stay there again.

Hotel em obra, tinha que subir escadas com malas pra chegar ao quarto, aquecedor quebrado, ar condicionado quebrado, colchão da cama todo deformado, a funcionária Soraya foi muito grossa e mal educada comigo e minha família. Tinha muita poeira da obra. Com certeza um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei. Fomos em um grupo de seis famílias e meu quarto é da minhas filhas foram os unico sem cafeteira apesar de ter pago o mesmo preço dos outros pela diária. Foi um pesadelo

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe verschiedener Metro Stationen. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet. Leider sind die Kissen sehr hart und nachts spürt man Vibrationen im Zimmer (evtl. durch die U-Bahn o.ä.)

j’ai quitté l’hotel ce matin après une nuit très agitée du fait de l’hotel: 2 fois l’alarme incendie nous a forcé à nous lever précipitamment, descendre et remonter les 6 étages à 4h00 et 6h00. Dans le froid avec au final une communication très limitée. Ce matin au départ pas un mot d’excuse même pas un café offert pour tous ces désagréments juste une phrase : 12€ pour la taxe de séjour…. Pour un 4 étoiles c’est assez décevant. Je passe sur l’anecdote quand nous avons demandé de nous expédier un bonnet perdu dans la descente des escaliers de secours où la seule réponse a été : donnez nous votre carte de crédit et on se chargera de vous l’expédier… vous êtes trop bon et dire que j’ai oublié de laisser un pourboire.. pardon. Dans l’attente de vous lire sur cet incident à répétition.

Everything is good, expect the room was not available at the designated check in time of 3pm. After an 13 hour flight with a child, this is essential aspect for consideration. Staff was nice and professional however 2 star is only for not having the room ready at the check in time.

2 nuits à Paris dans un quartier que j'apprécie bien. Je n'étais jamais descendu dans cet hotel et n'y retournerai plus. Temps d'attente inacceptable à la réception. Une seule personne à la réception (quand elle ne disparaît pas de longues minutes) en début d'après-midi alors qu'elles seront 3 le matin à 9 heures. De plus le prix des chambres est excessif.

One of the worse hotel i ever been How should i start? Cleaning less... first room i got was dirty simply dirty in way you would not expect.during Covid Service terrible. Was wrongly charged. Staff was simply not nice .. actually one of the staff that did not helped me seem to be nice a guy but tje lady and her manager were rude Internet impossible to connect . Tried 3 différents devices . Restarted. Everything i could try to make it work ... when i called to get help the answer was i dont know what to tell you... Stay away

El hotel tiene buena ubicación y las habitaciones aunque muy pequeña están cómodas, el baño tenía quebrado el lavamanos pero funcionaba todo. El olor de la recepción es muy fuerte y desagradable, como a sudor o algo que no es agradable, no supimos si es el desodorante o es algo que ya está en esa área. El personal muy amable. La avenida Lafayette estaba en obras por lo que afuera era ruidoso y caótico.

Empfang sehr nett und rasch. Zimmer relativ klein, aber angenehm hohe Zimmerdecke. Bad leider sehr unpraktisch. Die Glaswand der Dusche ist zu kurz, es gibt viel Wasser auf dem Boden vor dem Waschbecken. Frühstück im Keller ist okay für ein 4sterne Hotel. Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, wenn man wie ich in die Opera Garnier geht.

Great hotel, very convenient to Metro station and lots of restaurants and shops. Easy walk to Montmarte and the Opera area. The beds were very comfortable, nice updated bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

For us it was in the middle of the action. We could walk to food, green grocer, shopping, jazz you name it. A 20€ cab ride took us everywhere else we wanted to go. Metro took us to the left bank. Can’t wait to go back.
