The location was convenient providing easy access to major transit lines, yet remarkably quiet at night. Vegans must be careful at breakfast. Almost every hot and prepared item contains fish products (like dashi broth), and unexpectedly, even the miso soup contains milk. Aside from this specific dietary detail, the overall experience, comfort, and service were exceptional. We would gladly stay here again!

Hotel was great, staff were lovely and helpful. Only issue is in amenities it lists ‘laundry facilities’ which it does not have. In services it also lists ‘laundry service’ which it does have, but there are no laundry facilities within the hotel
