Very clean and spacious rooms. This property is advertised as a park n fly but only one shuttle available so could not accommodate all guests needing to get to airport at same time. We had to divide our party of 8 into two groups of 4 and pay for an Uber for 4. The morning the shuttle was needed it became unavailable so they did pay for an Uber for the 4 that were scheduled on the shuttle.

Customer service was good and friendly. A ceiling tile had fallen near the exercise room entry way, and was not immediately cleaned up, but a bucket was placed to catch water leaking from ceiling. They ran out of laundry detergent, and it was still not replaced in the morning. However, overall it was ok.

The property is relatively new and the staff is competent, but we did have some issues that were likely NOT unique to our room. Three critiques worthy of mention: (1) the room lacks light...specifically, the second living space in the suite was MUCH too dark and (2) the bathroom door didn't stay open, which was really quite annoying. Then there were ants (3), likely due to lack of cleaning (we had service only once during our one-week stay despite indicating every-other-day housekeeping as requested in the confirmation). When will we see rate decreases due to a decrease in services???

Our room was surprisingly dirty. There was mysterious splatters on the wall in the main area, a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. The hook in the bathroom for towels was falling off the wall. The whole place was just cheaply built and looked terrible. The beds were comfy, which is really the only good thing to say about it. Also there was no thermostat in the room to change the temp which was frustrating. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Construction was taken place in the city when I was there, but still no traffic. The hotel is situated in a good spot. There is a shopping plaza in walking distance and other stores nearby. It was pretty convenient. It also a quick ride into the city. The hotel room (1 king size bed) was a little smaller than I thought but it was ok and clean. I just didn’t like how they positioned the TV.

Although this location is in a good walkable shoppable area, the hotel tends to want to control your room temperature and you cannot go lower than 66° which for some people is not as a comfortable sleeping evening is others so just keep that in mind

Honestly, the stay wasn’t that bad. But it was mediocre for a hotel with the “Marriott” name attached to it. I understand it isn’t a full fledged Marriott, but there is still a lot of room for improvements. The check in was fast and easy. But it was quite loud because of all the children running around the lobby for some reason. The room is very basic. Fine but not great. Some cons about the room: TV mount was broken and angled weirdly. Pretty bad scratches on the desk. Wall switches that don’t do anything or that are labeled “Keep on” for some reason. Basically every single bathroom fixture was loose. Air-con turns itself up in the middle of the night so I woke up hot. Absolutely NO noise cancellation built into this room so you will hear every single noise in the hallway through the door. We could even hear the ice machine all the way down the hall. Mini fridge wasn't functioning properly even on max cold setting and kept things maybe around 50 degrees only (needs to be below 40 to refrigerate properly). No microwaves in the rooms, which is ridiculous. Community microwave worked fine though. Shower was nice at least. Good selection of shampoo/body wash. The staff were friendly and helpful at least. No problems there. Overall take your hard earned money elsewhere. There are much better options for the same money all around the city.

One of the nightstands also had a maintenance issue—it kept sliding open on its own. I tried calling the front desk multiple times (from both the room phone and my personal cell phone) to schedule an airport shuttle for the following morning. Unfortunately, I was on hold for over 45 minutes and was never able to reach anyone. The next morning, the shuttle driver almost didn’t allow us on board, stating there was no reservation under my name. I explained that I had attempted to call the night before but couldn’t get through. The shuttle was nearly full, which made the situation even more stressful. Overall, while the room itself was lovely, the service and communication around the shuttle could definitely be improved.

The room is very comfortable with couch, large tv, and comfortable bed. Appreciated the extra blanket in the closet. Avoid room 207. You look out on the first floor roof and the air condenser is right outside your window, which can be rather loud. A little difficult to find. There needs to be a sign out on the frontage road. I would definitely stay there again, but request a different room.

Two night stay for medical procedure. We stayed in a comfortable two room suite. Perfect bedding, good climate control, daily cleaning. The sitting room side of the two room suite was very badly lit. otherwise really a perfect situation.

When I was checking in I've already thought that is a weird staff... can they could answer zero questions, but over all non qualified, and completely careless. Whatever! Another day when I explained that i have an emergency and I need to leave earlier and i asked to cut off my reservation and she said I will be charged a cancelation fee, I asked why... that the most hotels are friendly and it's not a big deal! SHE SAID WE DON'T CARE !!! WE ARE FRANCHISE!! Oh boy can you hear something more ridiculous than that from a receptionist. Then the other day they were referring me to 3-5 different companies, departments to call or talk, and never gave me my money back for 2 or 3 nights after I’ve checked out and told them about it.

Great location for what we needed to do....close to airport...close to plenty of restaurants and shopping...easy access to highways...nothing much for breakfast other than Starbucks BUT there was Perkins down the road that was good value for money.

Clean and nice lobby. Odd location, right next to an electric power plant! Said breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Room was oddly inconvenient, lighting on only one side of the room, uncomfortable couch.

Great modern hotel 10 minutes from the airport with a pool, friendly staff, Starbucks coffee, and clean quiet rooms. Located off the highway near restaurants, mini-malls, and close to the Mall of America, it's 20 minute drive to Paisley Park, downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. Would definitely staff there again when in town for a concert. Thanks to the staff!

This was our second time staying at the Courtyard Edina Bloomington, and it did not disappoint. We like the location as it is close to shopping, has free parking, and the rooms are clean. This is a great spot for the price you pay. We look forward to our next stay.

I was surprised when the coffee items only had 1 creamer and 1 sugar / sugar alternative. I had to go to the front desk to get more coffee items for each day. Also no microwave in the room. If I wanted to purchase or bring in a snack that needed heating, I would have to us the microwave near the front desk. Bistro offered a limited menu and was pricy $$

Liked the layout, design, room, patio and service. Did not like paying for breakfast when many hotels nearby provide a free breakfast. Price for hotel without breakfast is high. Price for breakfast is very high.

Front desk says that They fill the coffee urn in the lobby at 5am and then at 11 am There is about 15 cups which does not last long in a hotel that probably has 80-100 rooms We went to leave at 7am NO COFFEE…. Really, would it cost that much $$$ to make a few more pots as needed Let’s try and do better management!!!

This was a clean, friendly, comfortable stay. Comfy beds, spacious bathroom/shower, comfortable A/C. There is a bistro-style dining area that serves fresh Starbucks drinks, and has a pretty impressive breakfast menu. I had a quinoa breakfast bowl that was delicious. Did not experience the bar, but they have one. Staff was really friendly. There was a big group of displaced air travelers that checked in before us and the front desk staff was really patient and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

They don’t have breakfast available in the morning, they had a small coffee shop kind of place down stairs which we didn’t get the best service from also charged us 35$ for two coffee and one breakfast 😏
