Room was not cleaned even after we asked nicely. Room we booked was not available they offed to comp the $45.00 parking.

Overall, our experience at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids was excellent! The only suggestion I would offer, is that they provide more staff at the check-in desk on a Saturday at 4 pm. This is when you can “officially check in”, so everyone plans to check in then! Marriott is the best!
