Overall it was a great stay specially the hotel customer service. I like the hotel building external classic spanish style architecture and the swimming pool general picturesque looks/design.. There are some minor flaws most likely because this is old building. Like there is not enough power outlet plugs -- the coffee pot I have to plug in the outlet in the washroom sink, hard to close the shower door handle from the inside of the shower stall you could close it when your outside the stall but if you are inside taking a shower, it's impossible to do so

Parking is difficult and limited spaces chance of your car getting hit is high. The pool is terrible looks good on the website but not great did not use the pool at all. The rooms are terrible old and not to be recommended

The reception staff and porter on arrival were excellent. Dining room staff, likewise, were excellent. Thr room was was clean and the bed comfortable. A few fittings are showing their age and a general tidy up will help improve the quality.

I approached the staff and was told to wait for 30 minutes for cleaning, 30 minutes passed, they told me the room is still being cleaned. After 2 hours, they led me to a room without a tub, which is apparently my online request. They told me that only some executive rooms have a tub, contrary to what they market here in Expedia (there are photos of a bath tub in the hotel gallery) which I wish should’ve been clarified more. I could’ve went to a better hotel instead. The room is not soundproof. Room smells like smoke, there are small cockroaches inside the bathroom. There are no room slippers available. Noisy air conditioning unit. Breakfast is mid. My worst hotel experience to date. Will never book here again. Not worth the price I paid.

We were placed at 7th floor, however there were few issues, such as WiFi not accessible, water in the shower was so slow, bathtub was slippery- anti-slip mat would be very useful as I slipped whilst getting into the tub, and fixtures need upgrade.

Less than satisfied hotel experience. No internet access. No handsoap. Asked for some. Didn’t get any. We used the shampoo provided. On the whole clean enough but cupboards were dirty when you opened them. Water flowed into the toilet bowl nonstop, waste of water.

Horrible, ended by paying extras due to reception mishap to grab driver. Room has outdated air conditioning system so had to bear with constant noise. There is an extra charge for additional service like additional pillow etc, simply not acceptable especially in hospitality arena. Breakfast has limited choices of western and continental options - the worst I had experienced. Room has no carpet and it’s all tiles - shocking. Hot water in shower is not really a hot water. WiFi is not workable in the rooms.

The room seemed different to the photo in website and the bed was not stable. No reasonable alternative was offered other than a room upgrade with no discount. Very expensive alternative was disappointing. Very average for the price.

The hotel was very nice, but the area was a little lacking. Close access to Jeepney's and Grab could easily pick you up from the hotel, which was nice. We did walk a few places, but not as many as we would have liked. A far walk from most attractions in the city.
