Room was clean, had a bit of a smell like it used to be a smoking room, but otherwise good size and clean room. Hot tub was hot but the knob must have been broken to make it bubble because we turned it and had not results. There was a game room which we played pool, but the balls were old and one had cracked on us! But it was fun.

False advertising as there was no Restaurant or Bar on site. The floor in the hotel room wasn’t clean and I was hesitant to sleep with the sheets because they felt unclean but were just evidently old I hope. Property was very loud and not sound proved because I could hear people people upstairs in the hallway and both sides so it was not a restful sleep. Would not stay here again.

Pool was closed and the manager was SO rude when we spoke to him about it. When we explained that we proposely got a hotel with a pool for our sons birthday- he said “you didn’t pay for the pool, you paid for the room and you’re room is fine.” So so rude and upsetting.

This is a hotel that urgently needs maintenance and renovation. Everything feels outdated, and the bedding is old and worn. Almost every time I stay here, I have to change rooms due to maintenance issues. The last time, for example, the toilet in my room was leaking. Despite these problems, the price is similar to competitors that offer much better infrastructure. For instance, the DoubleTree is newer and often more affordable.
