I went here for the indoor pool. It was cold, the hot tub had broken jet caps & cracked concrete, I hurt my toe. For such a nice hotel, dumpy pool area & unable to use ice cold.

The hotel was in good location. Short drive to Philly. Food and gas stations directly across the street. Parking garage doesn’t accommodate vehicles over 6foot2. $10 per day to park. Overall nice stay, both waste baskets had used qtips in them, that made me think the room wasn’t really cleaned. Bathroom door in room needed repair. The pool and hot tub need cleaning.

The best sleeping experience. HVAC in the room was better than any I’ve experienced at a hotel for a long time. Beds super comfortable. Quiet. Fun restaurant onsite. Fantastic experience overall.

This was an awful experience. They booked eight weddings for that weekend, so drunk party goers ran up and down the hallways slamming doors, screaming, laughing and being utterly disrespectful. You can’t call to complain because the phone in the room doesn’t work. And neither does the air conditioning. There are zero amenities in the room - no bottle of water, no coffee pot, nothing. Ate at Legends downstairs and was literally the only guest, but even though they had at least six staff ‘working’, not one person came to take my order after seating me so I finally went up to the bar to ask if I could place my order. Food was over-priced and underrated. Front desk was surly. Parking was a nightmare and a standard size SUV will not fit in their garage. The only great employee was a 90-year-old porter who was lovely but way over-worked. I was here for work, and this was an absolutely awful experience and I will never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and go to a different hotel.

The staff was nice and super helpful. I was able to move up from 2 twin beds to a king (twins only available at the reservation). The hotel was clean, and the rooms were nicely appointed. I would have given 5 stars, but I had 2 issues. 1. It was incredibly hot in Philly while I was there, so the room stayed around 80 degrees despite the temperature setting in the room. 2. I had to search 5 different floors before I found an ice machine that worked. Most didn't have power. Aside from that, I would have no problem recommending this hotel to others.

We were in the area for a wedding and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable However, it was the staff and excellent service that we appreciated most. Marlanea was very professional and courteous, and made the checkout process so easy for us.

Our bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing, room was cleaned every day but the star of the show was the staff- whether they were escorting us to the interior stairs so we could get some exercise in or making sure we had everything we needed they were always friendly and helpful even while they were handling large wedding events

Our room the tv connection was spotty and the conditioner was empty and the shampoo and body wash was very low. The buffet breakfast was not very hot. For the price we paid it was an ok property

Room was clean with good bedding but the king bed was so close to the wall on one side there was very little space to get in and out of the bed! No table on one side of the bed and no place to put water or phone! Could not watch tv as it was on a side wall. Overall a very poor design for a substantial amount of money. I would not stay in this hotel again, because of the poor design of the room.
