We parked in back in the handicapped parking. There's no ramp for a wheelchair

We are returning visitors and we always stay here. It never disappoints. The only downfall is no auto door to get into hotel.

I love gas station is attached along with bar and grill attached as well. Dont need go any where everything is all together. Its perfect. Very clean and nice place. Highly recommend

It exceeded my expectations. I went based on the reviews and for the price and the value it's hard to beat. It was nice having the Cenex, restaurants and other establishments all connected. Easy and comfortable at a good price. Would return again. And the pool and whirlpool looked clean. We didn't time to use either though. It did have a basketball hoop too, which was sweet!

Good facility, good conference center, good restaurant, 24 hour convenience store. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay there.. but I would definitely stay again if I needed to be in the area. Kind of weird to say but it’s a little gem in the middle of no where. Serves its purpose very well.

The attached restaurant had good food, the staff was friendly and we didn’t have to wait. It is a little further out of town so you don’t hear the traffic. The staff were helpful in stopping the kids running as fast as they could through the halls and stomping their feet (come on parents… I know this is a “Vacation” but teach your kids some manners. It’s not the employees job to babysit your kids

This is an out the way clean nice hotel. That has everything so you don’t need to actually drive around once checked in. A couple of good food options a bar if u need a few cocktails to unwind an indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are reasonably priced and traveler friendly. Nice staff.

It was fine. AC was relatively quiet, a feature rarely found in a hotel room. Bathroom was large but we did have an accessible room due to a health reason. It was actually a very nice room. It was quiet in the hotel while we were there, so not a lot of noise. Bed was a bit hard on my back, but that happens to me from time to time. Pool and hot tub area was fantastic. Nice sized pool, warm. Hot tub was large. Breakfast was adequate. Breakfast room was clean. The property is out in the country, but it was nicely located for us since we went to a few different places around the area while there. There are a couple of restaurants on the property of you prefer to stay for dinner. Also attached is a Cenex gas station which has pizza, subs and other things you would find in a convenience store. Lots of parking.

The beds are comfortable. My only problem was that there were ants on the bathroom floor and out by the vending machines.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and the beds were decent. The breakfast was excellent and that room was spotless. The pool was nice, clean and a good temperature. I would come back!

Do not walk barefoot on the carpeting in the rooms! Grosssss!

Easy to find, comfortable bed, superb cleanliness, perfectly heated whirlpool. Respectful and gracious treatment by the front desk and breakfast hostess. Happy all around.

We come here often, and always really enjoy our stay. We play rubber duck game, walk to the restaurant for a good meal, and get a treat at the gas station! Then eat a great breakfast in the morning. Only complaint are pillows are super uncomfortable. But its a hotel. So thats not a deal breaker

The staff was very supportive and helpfull ... they explained us all what we needednto know about the room and the amenities. The room was clean and I also like that they have a restaurant and the convenience store in the same building

They were so ignorant and they charged me for the free breakfast when we were in the room 5 minutes past 10. The general manager was a botch

We asked to check in early as it was 90+ degrees outside that day. We would not be back to the hotel until after midnight. Tiffany was kind enough to hold our luggage until our room was cleaned & the put all our "stuff" in our room for when we got back late that night. We can't thank her enough for her great hospitality. ❤️🤗

The fire alarm came on for at least an hour or two so everybody had to sit outside until the fire department came and turned them off. No fire just looked like somebody pulled the alarm. I gave a deposit of $70.I expect at least sixty to come back into my account but only got fifty for some reason...

Establishment was clean and amenities conveniently located. At check in, learned that an additional $60 would be charged: $10 for a tourism levy and $50 security deposit if we used a third party to book the room. Desk staff was EXTREMELY RUDE when we inquired about the additional fees. When booking thru Expedia is said “price guarantee to include all fees.” She was very short with her explanation. She then asked if we had a room preference and we asked for a room facing the parking lot where our vehicle was parked. When we went to our room and looked out the window, our room faced another building! You couldn’t see anything but a brick building 6’ away! The sun couldn’t even find its way in! Why did she ask if she had no intention of fulfilling the request?! Felt like it was some power play inconveniencing her with questions! At checkout we were asked about our stay by a very nice young lady, so I shared our experience about our checkin. I was told that HR has talked to the checkin gal before and that she has been working at the site for many years and does things her own way-isn’t changing with the times. So if the property is aware of an issue, why would they put her in a customer facing position?! The hotel is definitely 5 stars but the lack of human kindness makes it a 2! Nobody should have to experience that kind of attitude from the service industry!

I booked this through Expedia. The room rate was NOT correct. I was told I would have to contact Expedia to get a refund on the difference. They only clean rooms every 3 days. There is a small note in your room telling you of this. It was not told to me when I checked in. With 3 people sharing a room, it is very inconvenient when the room is not cleaned and there are no clean towels, etc. when you're staying more then 1 night.

Incredible staff

Attended a family reunion in Eau Claire. Hotel was a little out of the way, but worth it. Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff, lounge, pool, and breakfast each morning. Didn't have a need to try the restaurant. The gas station was convenient to pick up ice for us as well.

We were in Eau Claire for an event. Although there was really nothing in the area, this hotel has a restaurant and bar, so was nice to not have to find somewhere to eat.

We stay at this property before leaving on our trip on MPL. We use Groom Transportation shuttle, but we love starting our vacation here. We have a few drinks and light dinner and everything was good.
