Very clean hotel. Well appointed exercise room. It even had a small bar that we could have had a drink up to 10pm. Staff were polite and very helpful. Free breakfast was okay, I would have preferred oatmeal but maybe it wasn’t available during our stay. Considerably less expensive than other hotels in the area.

Beds and pillows were great, and the room was a nice temp. when we arrived. Overall the place is clean and staff was friendly. I would say things are a little cramped. Elevator holds about 4 people comfortably. But the stairs work great! The pool was taken out at this location -must be when it was changed over to a Best Western. Breakfast area was spacious, but the options were slim. Bagels/muffins were not the freshest. I did not see a fruit or yogurt option. Not a lot of parking available. However, there is a Target lot behind the hotel. I'm not sure if target allows overnight parking in their lot. If they do the staff should inform trucks with trailers or U-Haul trucks to please park there.

The hotel is nice and I would stay there again. Breakfast was adequate. Parking can be a problem on busy nights. I paid a super-high rate for the room because the hotels in town were full due to an event. There were multiple vehicles towing trailers that were taking up 3 spaces each to the point there were no parking places available. I was told to park at Target, which isn’t acceptable or safe. That’s where the vehicles with trailers should have been parking.

Came back to hotel from after having dinner and noticed there is no parking available. About 20 spots or more were taken by trucks and their boats or trucks and their trailers. I was told I had to park in a dark parking lot behind the hotel, which was target I did not feel it was safe, the trucks and trailers and their boats have parked in the parking lot instead of my individual van

Cleanliness has declined drastically since last year when I stayed here for the first time. Will not return, bathroom looked clean at a glance, but it was not. Hotel is too newly remodeled to already have since build up in the corners and behind things like the sinks faucet. Grout on tile filthy.

The blankets had brown stains on them. The pillow cases also had some brown something on a couple of them. The shower head is trash not good water pressure. They were doing construction pounding and cutting in the morning waking me. The breakfast was lacking, as in a bite of egg left, a corner of a sausage, 5 tater tots, this is for multiple guests also. It looks great from the outside but that’s about the only thing great about it.

Housekeeping needs to brush up on their shower cleaning skills. The shower walls were covered in soap scum and pubic hair. By far the most disgusting shower I’ve ever seen at a hotel.

Our room has not been dusted in quite some time which only makes you wonder how clean everything else is—especially since there was body hair on the toilet and I can see filth in the corners on the bathroom floor. I also opted to pay once I got her, hoping I could pay in cash; however, that was not an option. Chose this hotel based on its overall rating/price. Should’ve stayed elsewhere.

Old food left in fridge, 2 inch gaps under the doors, moldy corn dogs in the fridge. And the room up on the third floor smelled so bad…..they tried to pass it off as heating coming on. I would steer clear if you have another option

The property was overall clean and quiet and near to everything we needed in the Eau Claire area. I think that the old AC unit that cycled on and off all night is just outdated. It's been a while since we have stayed somewhere with units like that. Time to update those. Otherwise, it was fine.

I liked the location. I didn't really care for our room. We were in the handicapped accessible room which was right next to the lobby. The heating/cooling unit left the floor damp which might explain the strange smell we noticed when we got to our room.

I liked the location. Very easy getting around the area. Beds and room were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Did not replenish coffee, and food in a timely fashion if at all. We came at 8 am for breakfast and decaf coffee was gone already and low on rolls. Staff at front desk was never there when i neelded them. You had to call them.

The receptionist was not prepared and took a lot of time to check us in and prepare keys. Though he found the reservations immediately, it took him a long time to check us in and give us the keys. The bath mat was frazzled and should have been trashed long ago. The breakfast was OK, but not exceptional. The usual somewhat warm premade powdered eggs and sausage patties. The muffins were packaged, not fresh. I expected a bit better than what I would find as a low priced economy motel.

The person who checked us in had severe body odor. He also did know how to do his. ob and didn’t charge our credit cards correctly. We've stated at this hotel before, but the staff is in need of training. Room was fine. Shower needs fresh grout.

Stained sheets. Burnt, unusable iron. Vending machine out of order. No limes for $5 Coronas. Complimentary breakfast not good because they use a pancake roll out machine and tater tots as hash browns. Only one dude on graveyard shift spoke understandable English. Slow elevator like could break at any moment. Refrigerator set at freeze temperature and can't adjust. Other than that it was okay. At least the AC worked well.

The front desk staff/bartender was helpful and friendly (I wouldn’t recommend the tap beer as it was flat!) The room was clean but we discovered someone else’s food remnants under the a/c unit when we were looking for our lost keys. We went down for a quick breakfast at 7 am since we needed to leave and they were out of food! The guy in the kitchen said he was working on making more but, we didn’t have time to wait so, no breakfast! We couldn’t find anyone at or near front desk to check out so, we just left.
