House is in perfect location with beach access a short walk. Great layout and room for two families with kids having their own space in the loft. House had several areas of deferred maintenance that needs to be completed. Furniture broken, leaking water stains all throughout the house. Pool was nice but never cleaned during our stay. House has a ton of potential but owner needs to replace living room furniture and mattresses were all hard. Don’t expect luxury accommodations and you will be happy.

This house was perfect for our little family! My toddler had so much fun in the pool and the short walk to the beach was great! 10 out of 10 would go back again! The house had some minor issues like the bathroom faucet leaking but we let the owner know and he was very quick to respond.
