The Palazzo at The Venetian

Stay was very comfortable. The prestige lounge had all the conveniences we needed. The Breakfast and cocktail had good options and offered us a relaxed atmosphere. Clean rooms, clean lobby, helpful staff.

Really enjoyed the spa. Had a facial and hair treatment. Great staff and facilities. Needs a coffee maker or hot water kettle. Really need those.

Lovely break, beautiful hotel, the rooms are amazing. A couple of things to note : - it’s huge, you will get lost in the shops/canals - there is no fridge in the room, just a mini bar that charges if you move anything - the resort fees are A LOT, I think you can decline them at check-in and just opt for WiFi (still $20 a day). I unfortunately didn’t know this. - most of the pool is shaded for the morning. You need to be up and in the queue for the doors opening to get a sunny lounger and a chunk of them are reservation only.

First time staying here and we were absolutely blown away. Room was huge, comfortable, clean and nice furnishings. All staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Pool area was perfect. Definitely will be returning there in the future.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were excellent and took care of any issue we had. Felt very safe. The adult pool was just that… adult and well staffed. Dining options were great as was the quality of food. meraviglioso

Parking security tried to scam me. I was moving across country, so I had a large, moving truck. A valet, and a security guard told me where to park. But on my way out. I found security putting a boot on my truck claiming that I wasn’t supposed to park there, and that I had damaged the ceiling of the garage. The only “damage“ or black, scuff marks on the ceiling, and the top of my moving truck was white. The truck fit just fine, and was able to leave just fine. I am lucky. I caught them putting the boot on before they could scam me out of $500. They were asking for.

Overall, an amazing place to stay. All rooms in the Palazzo are a suite, it was affordably priced, and the property is very well maintained. All of the dining options are excellent. The only downside is the pool decks were very overcrowded one day, and the only safeguard against this was to reserve pool chairs for $55 per chair. This was after paying a daily resort fee of $50. Our other pool day was terrific, however.

Excellent property. The gym and spa were spectacular. The rooms are huge and updated decor at the Plazzo. They have the best gambling in town. Restaurant row is fantastic and food is great. Coffee is expensive at the gym, but to be expected.

The Canyon Ranch Spa is amazing. Restaurant choices are great.

Hotel is brilliant but was crazy busy struggled for sunbeds

Staff were friendly, shops were very close by. We didn’t use the spa. The room was spotless.

The room was great. There was some long black hairs on the wall of the shower; we were blondes so not ours. Hotel staff was very helpful.

This was an amazing property, the only downside was the room that I was switched to because mines wasn’t ready was a little dusty as if it hasn’t been used in a while. Other than minor dust my stay was great. Lobby and hallways clean spa was fabulous.

Disappointed in bathroom cleanliness. Charged for mini bar items we did not use. No coffee maker, drinking glasses or empty fridge in room.

Pillow case was dirty. No housekeeping to clean and changed towels unless we had to call 3 times.

Excellent property. Houskeeping in our room could have been better. Something was missing every day. (took soap but didn't leave any, tissues left empty, did not replaced dirty glasses...) Not what I expected from a 5 star operation. Loved the suite anway!

Three out of the six days housekeeping did not clean the room. We had to call every time at night.

The room servicing every day had to be requested. Definitely did not like that. And it was done after 9pm or so... otherwise people we dealt with were friendly. They're feeling with high volume.

Room was spectacular! Clean and roomy! Beautiful property that is convenient to many attractions. Will definitely stay again!

Best rooms in Vegas, the size, comfort and variety of restaurants/shops nearby always make the Palazzo my first choice

Outstanding, clean and great view of the Sphere.

Clean, comfortable room No facilities for making coffee or fridge in the room. Everything is a long walk away, having the ability to make a hot drink would be a game changer

Very nice. We loved our room and view. Huge space. Tons of space. Would have preferred being able to use the frig but it was a mini bar and fear of God put in you to even bump it. We had a beautiful time

We had the room with a view of the sphere. The room was nice and spacious. However, i wouldnt stay again. No coffee maker, and the mini fridge was filled with drinks that cost an arm and a leg. The fridge could not be used to refrigerator food or anything. Most of the restaurants were EXTREMELY expensive. There weren't really any incentives for me to stay here again now that ive seen the view of the sphere.

I don’t know how anyone could dislike The Palazzo, it’s one of the best hotels on the Strip. We stayed here while attending a concert at The Sphere and loved the convenience of having direct indoor access to the venue. Our King Suite with a Sphere view was amazing, very spacious and comfortable. The only odd thing was the small fridge, which felt a bit out of place in such a large suite. On the plus side, having a Starbucks in the hotel made my early morning coffee runs so easy, and the many nearby shops were a great bonus. Housekeeping was first-class, and we’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful room, view, excellent services. The rooms need mini fridges. and microwave. This was a big inconvenience not able to heat up left overs or keep fresh and have cold beverages with out getting ice

Comfortable bed, spacious suite and blackout curtains

I didn’t like how the fridge is filled with items, and it’s weight sensitive so you automatically get charged if you remove the bottles. It’s inconvenient not having a complimentary, empty fridge to use.

Everything was more than amazing. We wanna go back. The only complaint is when we arrived close to midnight it still took awhile to check in. The staff member who checked is was amazing! It was a magical weekend and can’t wait to return.

They completely bungled the check-in experience and I didn't get a room until after 9 pm. The room was comfortable but they didn't provide a coffee machine, water heater, mini fridge, or microwave - generally a very poor value for $500.

They are short staffed so we did not get access to our room until 5 pm

Brilliant hotel, staff couldnt do enough and extremely helpful

An employee rammed a wheel chair in to me when we were walking through the hotel after a show. He was walking againt traffic. Slammed the wheel chair in to my arm leaving a huge bruise and yelled me to watch where i was going. He was walking against traffic in a sea of people on the wrong side of the road on top of it and I was the problem? Once i notified the hotel they offered me an ice pack and told me i could be seen bet the onsight EMT but didnt think they could track down the employee that did this to me? Useless. What a horrible experience and that was on the FIRST DAY. Never again.

This is the first time I have written a review. However, given the Palazzo's 5 star rating., our stay was not even close to what would be expected. Our check-in time was 3, and at 4 we still weren't in our room and we had to got back and wait through the check- in line again to see what was going on. Once we finally got a room, the front desk staff said it would be brought to our room in 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later (when our luggage still hadn't arrived) we called and then sat on hold for almost 30 minutes and we're then told they didn't know where our luggage was. Then my husband went down to the lobby to try and figure out what was going on (at which time they waived our resort fee which was appreciated) and finally our luggage was found and delivered to our room (after almost 2 hours after checking in). To note, they told us that while the website and confirmation emails say 3:00 check in, it can be between 3 and 7 with no penalty to the resort (not listed anywhere that I could find). That night, we ate at one of the on-sight restaurants - Lavo - with a reservatio made ahead of time. Our reservation was at 7...at 7:25 no one had yet come to our table, so my husband went to ask at the host stand. At 7:35 someone finally came and took our drink order, but no drink until close to 7:50. Food was just OK despite a high price point. To clarify, we were not crabby at any point. What stood out to us the most was that at no point one was anyone apologetic or empathetic.

Super easy to get to your ride shares or taxis. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. From the front desk to the cleaning service was above and beyond. We will be back.

Stayed here for 2 nights when in town for the Kenny Chesney concert at the Sphere. Beautiful Casino and resort! Large spacious hotel suite which was very clean. Enjoyed a spa treatment at the Canyon Ranch Spa which I also highly recommend! Only minor issue was that I never received my text stating that my room was ready for check in. After waiting well past initial check in time, I had to return to the desk and see if my room was ready. I did finally receive the text the next day😂 However, staff was very friendly and helpful! Second minor inconvenience was that it took a long time to receive your luggage, so plan accordingly! I had reservations and no suitcase to change clothes for it. Took over and hour and a half to get it. Overall amazing time here and would definitely stay again!

Great room with a great view, quiet, in the midst of everything

Check in was easy and efficient. Valet parking was available in Bell service to the room also available and efficient. The room was clean and well furnished although rumor has it that the hotel will be upgraded over the next year that will put it in a whole different level. Sharing, garages and restaurants and mall area with the Venetian was also very pleasant. Be prepared to do a bit of walking, but with so many options for fruit and shopping it is worth the walk. Also the Gordon Ramsay restaurant, as well as Grimaldi‘s pizza are absolutely go to overall property would be in first choices for future states in Las Vegas.

Easy access to the Sphere and great dinner selections between both Venetian and Palazzo.

Location is perfect for going for an event at Sphere. Across from the mall for cheap food at the food court, also there’s the Wynn. Room was nice and clean, got it for a really good price. It’s on the quieter end of Vegas which was perfect for my trip.

Great hotel with tons of shops and restaurants nearby (enjoyed the best lobster Benedict at Sugarcane on restaurant row, which the concierge suggested). Perfect location if attending event at the Sphere as you can walk to venue in AC without stepping outside. Note the mini bar snacks are pricey ($15 snickers), but it’s Vegas baby, if you’re here to save money you’re in the wrong place :)

This is an amazing hotel! So much to do and see! Great food options, almost too many(in a good way). The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating! A grown up happy place!!
