Great stay at Ayu, ticked all the boxes for our trip this time. Great place to have your meals is right at the entrance - Wacko. Swimming pool and porch area is perfect to chill. It’s super central in Seminyak yet quiet. Bit of hiccup with our laundry, as a bikini bottom got lost but otherwise nice and attentive staff.

Good location. Good bedroom. Staff excellent. Unfortunately it was noisy with building work next door and traffic noise/music until at least 2-00 am. The pool loungers could do with a clean and the balcony around the pool needs some upkeep. The pool was excellent but not always a pool towel, needing one to ask at reception.

It was noisy most of the time and the bar across the road played load music, sometimes until early morning. The pool and breakfast were good although portions were small. I love this hotel. Have stayed before and will stay again. Rooms are such good value - super spacious and kept very clean. Very friendly staff and I love this location - away from the hustle and bustle but still close to it and have some gem restaurants and cafe right nearby. Big fan!

Generally the room is ok. However service is lacking. when the drinking water in room ran out, we requested few times for more than a day and it wasn’t replenished at all. When we asked for help to get cab to airport, service was lacking so we ended up have to arrange on our own. Hope they can improve else we probably won’t be back here
