Only elevator in bldg went out 2hrs into stay and never got fixed…room on 5th floor (64 steps).

The hot tub was not hot at all

Room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was the same everyday. Indoor pool had so much chlorine that it burned your eyes. It was okay place to stay.

Room was clean and the bed was comfy! Breakfast was good and the staff experience made for a great welcoming stay… Great water pressure for the shower and also the indoor pool and hot tub was clean and great temperature!

Best Hotel in Pigeon Forge that we've stayed at. We requested rooms beside each other and lower level, and they did just that for us. Customer service at the front was awesome. The outdoor pools were nice. The indoor pool looked nice but once the chlorine smell hit us at the door we turned around. It was pretty strong. Only problem if I complained would be the women working the breakfast. They was rude at times. But it was free so I can't complain much.

Everyone there was super nice and helpful. The rooms themselves are not the most modern. But they were very good about coming in every day and cleaning changing the beds given us clean towels. I guess the best thing about it for us was it had the indoor pool with a hot tub. My little 3 1/half year old great granddaughter love that she could stay in the pool till 1030 at night. But the most important part was for seven nights It was only 863.38. I would most likely go back there if we went back to Pigeon Forge again you can’t beat the price for seven nights.

Clean and safe. Friendly staff. Dated motel. Room was very humid and smelled musty. Bed was comfy, but pillows were flat and small. Good pool. Hot tub is small and 4 people hogged it the whole time we were there. Breakfast was good. Breakfast location was wonderful! Good coffee.

Price was good, room was clean. Beds need to be updated. It felt like a hide a bed from my childhood. Advertised 3 pools but only 2 were open so pools were over crowded. Check out guy was a little dry but all in all it was a good place to stay.

Ice machine on 1st floor did not work. Had to go to 2nd floor. 80 climbing stairs can be a chore. Other than that fine.

The only "complaint" I have is that the in-room coffee packages, the soap, and the toilet paper were not refreshed daily. But, that's it. Everything else was excellent, from the check in process to the check out. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and plenty of room on the lavatory counter. The bed was comfortable; the room was easily accessible from the parking lot, even in the rain; the room was quiet, even being next door to the indoor pool and hot-tub; the parking lot is very accessible from the rear street (kinda crazy from the Parkway, but what isn't in the peak October season?); and even the landscaping (including mature trees in the back parking lot) made it feel more like a nice resort and "homey." And, everything was as clean as a pin. I really don't believe we would have changed a thing (except the toilet was a round "girl" potty, not a oblong "boy" potty). We have decided it will be out hotel of choice on all future trips to Pigeon Forge.

Large room. Very clean. Quiet.

Good location right on the main strip in Pigeon Forge, convenient to get to all of the attractions in the area. The outdoor pool was nice and relaxing. Our room just felt really dark and it had an unpleasant mildew odor. We were disappointed with the limited selection of food at the continental breakfast.

Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Pools were clean both inside and out. Beds were comfy. Thank you !

We found a cockroach in our room

Was glad to see laminate floors, but when I wiped up some spilled water the cloth came up filthy! I'm sure they vacuum, but a clean mop would work wonders.

we were on 3rd floor and my room was crawling with ants. i wouldn’t be able to count how many i killed and they were still coming out of the walls. would not shower as that was crawling with ants couldn’t sleep. went to front desk that night and as if someone could come and spray or do something and there was no one on in housekeeping to do anything nothing offered as hotel booked through 3rd party have video of the ants everywhere on the floor. and if on 3rd floor and ants around like that they are in the walls

The elevator up to our room was dirty and smelled terrible. We had difficulty opening and closing the door to our room, like the door frame was broken. Our room smelled very old and musty.

Pleasant and helpful check-in person. Huge, clean room, easy free parking. Close to everything. Only con was the air conditioner, which was so noisy when it would kick in that it disrupted our sleep. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Door did not seal, you could hear everything outside of it. Air/heat vent loud as hell. Breakfast very good. Front desk folks very nice.

The room was ok but it was very noisy at night. Seemed like it was noise from cars and people outside and from the floor above us. Won't stay here again.

The room was ok for what I paid and since we were just there to sleep. The bathroom is very tiny and the curtain they had up for the shower did not keep the water from going all over the bathroom. It was just a curtain. My husband got out of the shower and the floor was soaked. I told the desk staff about it at checkout and they said ok so not sure if they are fixing it or not. The pillows were tiny hard squares. We ran to Target and bought some $3.99 pillows that were much more comfortable for our second night.

Great breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Walk in shower and water pressure are fantastic.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall, it was an okay experience. The room was fairly clean, which we appreciated, and it suited our short stay. However, there were a couple of issues that made the room less comfortable than we’d hoped. The bed was extremely squeaky, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep without being disturbed by every little movement. Additionally, the mini fridge ran loudly and vibrated against the cabinet throughout the night, which added to the noise. For a quick trip, it was manageable, but if we had been staying any longer, we would have definitely looked for other accommodations.

Very quick check in and out. The room was very large with a balcony. Clean! The beds aren’t great but most are not in my opinion.

I’ve stayed at Best Western before but this experience was horrible from check-in to checkout. The front desk associate who checked me in was rude. The bed frame was broken in my room. The pillows were uncomfortable and flat. The worst part of my visit was that there were 3 school student groups staying at the hotel so the entire hotel was fully booked. The kids prevented me from accessing hotel amenities during my visit. There were kids yelling in the hall in front of my room at night. The kids were sitting and playing in the stairwell so I was unable to pass down the stairs by my room. The lines at breakfast were unusually long because the hotel was not prepared to handle the large school groups and regular hotel guests. I chose this hotel because there are 3 pools. I was unable to use any of the pools during my entire visit because it was overcrowded with kids in the pools without adult supervision. There were charter buses and school buses parked in car parking spaces so at night I did not have access to parking near my room. It was inconvenient not having handicap accessible parking nearby, especially when someone in my family required it. Knowing that there were going to be school groups during the time I traveled with my family, I would have preferred if the Best Western or Expedia group notified me, so I could have changed my reservation. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences. The only positive to my stay was that the housekeeping staff is amazing!

The property was okay kinda old could definitely use some updates. Our last morning there the smoke alarm went off at 6:00am continued beeping. No one was available to fix it per front desk. Finally at 7:30am a nice gentlemen came up. I did ask the hotel for some type of compensation but they stated I booked through a third party I would have to contact you. This was very inconvenient as my sister has cancer and needed her rest that day.

Room was an outside room not listed on site. A lot of outside noise could be easily heard naturally which why I initially did not want to ck in but was told my room was non refundable. Property would not move 1st nite did move second nite but was equally noisy due to being roadside and inside the pool house so double whammy and outside traffic as well as a non working electric fireplace which we reported and chose not to move rooms again.

Always amazing, stay there everytime we go to Piegon Forge. Clean hotel and staff are always wonderful.

Rooms were very clean as was the rest of the property. Staff were friendly and when we had a hiccup they made it right. Close to everything on the parkway. Indoor pool was super clean as was the hot tub. We didn't use the outdoor pool but the area is beautiful.

My boyfriend and I arrived at the property for a weekend get away. I quickly remembered this was the hotel I had previously stayed when a traumatic event had occurred several years back. The manager response to my boyfriend when we attempted to get a refund when he informed her of the occurrence was “life happens” poor management and more training should be required of handling of sensitive matters. I was charged 202.00 for a room that I never even went upstairs or in the room. My boyfriend went upstairs and when he spoke with management he was told there was a 30 min timeframe to cancel the room. However, I tried to cancel prior and was told I could not cancel. I should be fully refunded. I have and would be wiling to stay at future Best Western but never treated so poorly in my life as i was at this location. I initially told them i did not want to do the outside elevator because i did not want to disclose very private traumatic information. I disclosed to my bf the reasoning and the manager’s response “life happens” i have contacted Dexter with the corporate office concerning the situation.

Our stay was very interesting, to say the least. First, the hotel was very nice and the entire staff was very professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond. Second, but more importantly, I want to tell you that ‘Sandy’ was outstanding and very thoughtful. On Sunday, 06/22/25, during the evening hours, my husband experienced the onset of his first kidney stone, which led to an ambulance ride to a local hospital. Sandy was a tremendous help to me during this time by handling the logistics for me since we were out of our element, so to speak. She even checked on use later. I think your company needs to know that she is an outstanding representative for you, and serves you well. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you for all your help Sandy!

We got this hotel last minute and it turned out to be a great decision. We had a room in the back with its own balcony. It had a little pool back there that was always mostly empty. It was such a relaxing pool! We were also right by the breakfast buffet, and we were there at all three hours, and the lines were always manageable. I love that the hotel was further up the parkway and wasn’t in the middle of the noise. It also had a road behind it that made it very easy to get in and out of the area. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Girls’ trip. We had an awesome time. Trolley stops right in front of the hotel. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and our room had a private balcony. There’s several outdoor pools. They were really nice and open til midnight. Breakfast was pretty good. I like a little more choices, but it’s free and it was good.

Would stay there again. Everyone very welcoming. Staying in the back building with private balcony was relaxing and quiet. Easy to access activities in the area.

Absolutely perfect location and beautiful property. Really close to the park and Gatlinburg and of course really close to Dollywood and right next to Dolly’s stampede. If you love Pigeon Forge, you’ll love this property. Very clean and the people are great.

The hotel is located on a very busy street that doesn't allow drivers to U-turn. We had to take detour on our way back from dining or shopping.

Stay was great! The hotel was easy to find, very close to Dollywood and other places. Check in was fast and smooth, service was very friendly and pleasant. It’s a Best Western and with the rates, you get exactly what you’d expect. If you’re some high maintenance hotel snob and expecting a 5 star resort in a best western you’ll be disappointed. The room was clean for the most part, the only issue I could call out is the bathroom was small and the fan wasn’t working well, so it got very steamy in there and because of that you can see on the ceiling where condensation sits for too long and causes mold, but it wasn’t super bad and other than that it was pretty roomy, bed was comfortable and we had a great room with a fireplace and balcony. I’m not a fan of carpet in hotels in general, I would have liked to see tile throughout but the carpet was clean. The hotel is a bit older and showing its age in the plugs in the room as well as the appliances like the mini fridge and hairdryer. But the rest of the hotel looked like it has been renovated fairly recently, it had three nice pools, two outdoor and one indoor with two hot tubs that were open till midnight so that was awesome. I don’t know how it would be staying in one of the rooms in the pool areas though because it could be noisy. The breakfast was hot, good and efficient. Coffee was great, good selection and a waffle maker and all that. Great hotel for families, will definitely stay there again when we go back to Pigeon Forge.

The location was good. Easy to get in and out. Wasn’t far from Dollywood and was located on the main road so everything was a short drive

Easy to get to right off the four lane and across the street from Texas Roadhouse one of my favorite restaurants.

The property is clean and very convenient to Pigeon Forge. You can easily access the backroad from the strip and we felt safe in the area. Breakfast is okay. All around, good value.

Hotel was okay. It is easy to spot the worn-out spots within the rooms. The line for breakfast was unreal. We ended up going to the local Hardee's. We would stay here again if absolutely necessary.

The breakfast here is wonderful!! So many good options, hot and constantly resupplying. The hostesses are so friendly. Great atmosphere.

The room was very clean - showed a little shabbiness in a couple places, but that’s okay given the budget-friendly price. The beds were very comfortable. Towels were relatively new and white and clean. Plenty of basic little toiletries provided (no lotion though). We stayed for just one night, enjoyed the indoor pool. The 2 outdoor pools looked great, but we didn’t use them. The overall feel of the property was family-friendly. We got a good night’s sleep; the property was quiet well before 10:00 The breakfast was good for the price of the room - moderate quality hot food (reconstituted eggs, reheated sausage patties and biscuits), assortment of cereals, toast, bagels. There was a waffle maker. You’ll definitely find enough options to fill up on. We will very likely stay here again. We live in Knoxville and often get a hotel the night before a day at Dollywood/Splash Country - this property is 5 minutes away from those and a fantastic, inexpensive option.
