Absolutely no parking. Cars were parked illegally and there was no open spaces available. Front desk admitted it was an issue but they had no solution for the problem.

The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the kids. Breakfast had decent options each day but the dining area doesn’t have that many tables. The parking lot seems like it would be big enough but for whatever reason, it was always a struggle at the end of the day. Lots of moving trucks or trailers so people take up a lot of spaces. It would be nicer if the oversized vehicles had a separate area to park nearby.

Conveniently located. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion pumps in the bathroom. Real thermostat and air, not a window unit. Could hear people walking upstairs. All the room doors slam. Parking lot is small and there were 4 or 5 trailers taking up 4 spots each. Feel bad for everyone who came after bc we took the last spot. Breakfast was waffle machine, bagel bread and muffins, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juices/coffee, oatmeal packs. Hot food of eggs biscuits and gravy.

overall the motel is nice, BUT, when we went back there the sheets were very itchy, they did change the sheets upon request, much better, the swimming pool was semi cold, not warm enough to swim, but the hot tub is amazing, The breakfast is good, the service is good, They have very small pool towels childrens size. But we still enjoy staying there, They also serve cookies in the evening time & Iced water.

The pool and hot tub are what drew us to stay at this hotel. They were both great for our children who had a blast swimming. Breakfast was also a delight. Room seemed to be clean at first, but we awoke to dead roaches on the floor and other little bugs in the restroom. Some were even in our children’s clothes and blankets that were left on or fell on the floor during the night. Pest control needs to be a priority for this establishment.

Shower head couldn't stay up, dust all over the lamp shades and fire alarms,body wash runing out ,being woken up on Sat morning to vaccimi g before 9am,birds all over outside which left my car covered in poop,alot of rust around door frams and mini fridge

Check-in was a breeze. Room was spacious for ourselves and luggage. Bathroom little small but okay. Enjoyed the pool. And morning breakfast was good and clean, lady was on top of it. Overall a great stay.

The walls and ceiling’s must have little to no sound proofing. We could hear our neighbors through the walls. The guest above our room sounded as if there were elephants walking about. Very disturbing. Room was beautiful and spacious. Mattress was okay. Bedding was very nice. I would stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and the A/C was quiet. The A/C was really loud in the first room, but we were given another one and it was quiet. Our room was quiet until 11:30pm when we were awakened by a dog barking. My husband got up to find out where the dog was and heard people arguing in their room with a dog constantly barking. Thankfully, it stopped after a few minutes. I was surprised that there were dogs on our floor as we were on the top floor. The breakfast was good, but arranged in a weird way with the main hot food pushed far back in a corner making it impossible for more than one person at a time to serve themselves which created a line of about 8-10 people. i decided to eat a bagel since it wa open, but could not find any cream cheese. There was peanut butter and jelly or syrup. I asked the attendant and she told me it was by the hot food on the other side of the pancake station which required working through other people to get cream cheese. I have never seen a hotel breakfast area arranged to provide congestion rather than a free flow. Other than that and the dog barking, it was a great stay!

I loved the suite and the bed was very comfy. However, the AC unit was in a closet in the bedroom and was extremely loud. The door on the AC closet rattled loudly and I had to wedge a piece of cardboard between the door and the doorframe to quiet it down.

I was hoping my stay here would be better than the last hotel I stayed in the week before….it wasn’t. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly, didn’t smile and I didn’t feel a warm welcome. The room was very dated and the carpet looked nasty. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The doors to the rooms slammed obnoxiously loud. The window in my room was cracked and taped. A storm passed through and we lost power for a bit then it came back on. The tv stayed frozen and I was unable to reboot it. I called the desk 2 times and was told it could’ve got fried by the storm. Understandable that it could not have been prevented but the lady at the desk with no customer service skills or personality sounded like she didn’t want to be bothered.

Beds were hard as a rock and can feel the springs. Sofa bed was absolutely terrible. The springs were about 2 seconds from popping you in the bottom. Beds and sofa bed need to be replaced asap. Breakfast was good - not enough space to serve multiple people. Room was clean. Pool was great as well.

First impressions of the hotel walking in it was a very nice looking well kept building. The lobby area was very nice and clean well kept. The only complaint we had was the lady working the desk was very cold and rude when we checked in the evening of July 30 2025. When we got to the room the AC was already on and the room was very clean and well kept also. Beds looked very nice and everything was in good working order. The shower and toilet were nice and clean. We had no complaints of the room. It was very quiet all night long. We stopped in the breakfast area to only get coffee before heading out early, but the breakfast was out by 6am and appeared to be a good breakfast. There were already guests enjoying food when we left. Overall this is a great property and if ever in the area again we definitely would stay again.

terrible stay! toilet was stopped up. could not get anyone to answer the phone at 10 pm. had to wait til 6 am to report and they said no maintenance were available. finally around 8:30 am someone showed up to unstop toilet. we had to go from 3rd floor to 1st floor for bathroom all night and most of morning....

I came in at like 1030pm on monday and the two ladies who checked us in was vary standoff ish and not vary helpful then woke up the next day and talked to the front desk lady and ahe was rude to me vary beautiful hotel but the staff is not helpful and rude i wouldn't stay here just cause of the unfriendliness of the staff they need to go into deep texas and learn some southern hospitality

Stayed here several times and always a good experience. This time, rooms were fine as always, check in great, but breakfast not so much. We got there 15 minutes before end time. The extremely unfriendly attendant was literally taking food away while we were standing in front of it. Then glared at us while we ate. Food was gone 5 minutes before it was supposed to be over. Sad because this had been our favorite stop in Amarillo. Staying elsewhere on return trip

The room was great. The property was very clean. It was very busy, so the breakfast area was chaos. The set up is all wrong. They should have the waffle machine in a different area. When a family of four all stand there waiting to make waffles, it blocks everything. The biscuits were hard as rock, so it's a good thing there was gravy to cover them. The coffee if the front lobby was ice cold. When I told the young lady at the front desk that it was ice cold, she acted bothered that she was going to have to make more. She told me to just dump it out. The older lady that was there with her took the cup, apologized and asked if I would like her to make some more. I declined. She was very nice.
