Best Western Plus Lewisville Flower Mound

Renovations were in progress. New toilets lined up in hallway. Many hotel room doors wide open with plastic sheeting and construction debris and workers everywhere.

This hotel is pretty nice, however, it is currently having renovations done. The lobby is clean and inviting with nice decor and colors. But just past the front desk and everywhere we went, there was small chunks of what appeared to be insulation or carpet padding all over the floors. I noticed this right away as did my 11 year old son. I understand that things may be a little messy when renovations are being done, but it was pretty excessive. We did not know there was renovations being done or we would not have stayed here. We only found out when we got to the elevator and saw the very small sign. We were already there, tired from driving, and ready to swim and relax for the evening so we stayed, figuring that renovations weren’t being done on the floor we were on. Wrong! The rooms across, next to, and caddy corner to ours was being renovated!! Seriously?!? My six year old has asthma and started coughing during the night and has been sick since our stay. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to fall apart any minute and the rattling was SO loud, making it pretty hard to sleep. The beds, couch, pillows, and towels were clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean and bathroom was clean. It appeared that specific room had already been renovated. It was nice. Except for the crooked cut on the bottom of the bathroom door. Looked like my kids did it. The pool was dirty and the water was pretty warm so that was a turn off. The staff was all very nice!

Close to where I needed to be for my trip, nice parking lot, free breakfast was nice

We enjoyed a weekend away with our three kids and found this hotel to be a perfect place to stay. I especially loved the sparkly countertops, fitness room, swimming in the pool with my family, and the delicious breakfast. The beds were also very comfortable. 10/10!!

It was so clean! The pool was perfect. The breakfast was great. I will be staying here again when i visit my son. It is a convenient area for eating and shopping.

Rennovation was going on at the property, we could not enjoy the occation.

The outstanding thing about this property is that they provide a refillable flask of great drinking water and a water station accessible to all 24/7 to get as much as one needs. This is a standout detail.

Bed sheets were stained from last occupant. It was obvious they did not change them. Changed rooms and the AC did not work in the second room. Opened window for some air and had to listen to traffic all night. Desk clerk was polite, building is a dump. They do not change bed covers between occupants. Do not recommend.

The room size is an incredible value and, most importantly, very clean—which is so important. Whoever is responsible for housekeeping truly deserves recognition; maintaining such a clean, almost sterile room makes a big difference. At check-in, it would be helpful if guests were asked about room preferences (upper or lower floor, near or away from the elevator, etc.). Breakfast is very good, and the dining area is spotless. My only suggestion would be to offer eggs made from real eggs rather than pre-mixed, along with a wider fruit selection.

The tub was dirty

When we checked in we were given room 210. It smelled so bad that we couldn't stay in it. Moved to 206 and it was musty also but not as bad. Couldn't hear the TV with it all the way up.

Great check in. Rooms newly updated. Great shower. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of different things. Only small drawback for me was bed was pretty firm. And again that’s just a personal preference thing.

The hotel was being remodeled so the room we were assigned was nice, newer and very clean.

Location andStaff is amazing. Breakfast could be a little bit more to it. Room’s door slam a lot, causing it to echo and wake you up and if you’re on the floor first floor, you hear all the noise from the upstairs room. If you’re traveling with kids, it could be annoying.

The beds need to be updated! No cushion left, Slept terrible!

Staff was great. I was able to check in earlier. So I ran by to grab my key. However I returned later that day and they gave me the wrong room number. So that was annoying but they were super nice and quick to fix it. Definitely will be back

Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a good variety to choose from. The lady that was in charge of breakfast was very friendly and made it fill like home. Definitely will stay again!!!

Management gave misinformation repeatedly

The guy on the front desk Monday morning was rude didn’t even ask how was our stay they opened my room door without knocking and I was naked

I did not like the fact that you tried to charge my card before I checked in, there was no reason for that even to verify my card!

My wife and I stayed at this Best Western Plus for one night on May 27th, 2026. From the start, the front desk staff were very welcoming and checked us in immediately. I asked for a first floor room, as my wife was on a knee scooter as she had a broken foot. They accommodated us and the room exceeded my expectations. It was a King Suite and was very spacious, with a separate sitting area with a couch. There was ample space for everything and the bathroom sink area had ample space for both of our daily toiletry items. Breakfast in the a.m. was prepared by a very nice lady who welcomed us when we walked up and told us the various options. She was great and made us feel at home. It was a good breakfast and we went on our way afterwards with a pleasant goodbye from the front desk staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely helpful, even when we arrived at 1:30 AM from cancelled flights at DFW. Very clean, and great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Traveling solo for business and pleasure stayed for 2 nights and will definitely return. Carlos, Chris, Wendy and everyone I met working at the property all excellent and so accommodating, made me feel like family, thank you. The property was very well maintained and clean!! Loved the shower and the water pressure, felt like I was at the spa. Wish I could've stayed longer, I'll be back . . .

Great location, near a couple highways. Clean, quiet. Solid hotel choice

The hotel is located in a convenient location to Meow Wolf which we were visiting and there are plenty of places to eat and gas up by the hotel. The location was clean and pleasant. All the stafff we met was friendly and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was easily accessed from I35. The room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was very good. We plan to be back again in the future.

What everyone else said is right on: they are the most friendly, helpful people you’ll ever meet! The breakfast is made fresh every morning. Scrambled eggs are actually great! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. This was not a pleasure trip so we didn’t mind that the surrounding area leaves a little to be desired. But if we have to come back to the area we will definitely stay here!

The breakfast was horrible. Not much selection. And was under cooked or over cooked. No meat just eggs, biscuits and watered down gravy

We stayed here for a total of six nights (we had a night at Great Wolf Lodge in the middle of our trip). Overall great experience! We were especially impressed by how meticulously clean everything was. The staff are great and really take their time. It seems rare these days to have a hotel actually clean the rooms every day and at this hotel, not only do they do so, but the staff would actually come back later to clean if we were in our room when they came by. Breakfast had good variety; scrambled eggs and Starbucks coffee every day, Texas-shaped waffle-maker :), plenty of carb options to choose from, and additional hot breakfast options (such as biscuits and gravy, bacon, Canadian bacon, pancakes, etc.) every day. The fitness center was well maintained and my husband and boys used the outdoor pool once, too. Karyn at breakfast was especially wonderful but all the staff were great. The glass bottle of filtered water in the room each day was also a nice touch. :)

We really enjoy staying here. The staff were great and the breakfast was really good. They actually had Starbucks and an expresso machine that made excellent lates, all complimentary with breakfast. The front desk staff were also really great and professional. We will definitely be back anytime we’re in DFW area.
