Very dirty and rough. Someone pooped in the stairwell. Hallways smell like pee so so dirty. Elevator didn’t work and wasn’t mentioned until after I checked in.

Very dirty especially my room, unsafe because there was many times someone tried to open door! It always smelled like Marijuana(weed). The only thing nice about this place was that they are pet friendly and the gentleman was very nice that checked me in.

Nice motel, clean, easy parking, what I expected. One downside which would make me not stay again is the security. The outside (side) doors are unlocked; no key card required to enter even though the key card pad is on the doors. I don't like being right by the side doors that don't lock.

The gentleman mentioned that the elevator didn’t work that I’d have to take the stairs to the second floor. I Had three bags then when I arrive to my room, the keys did not work and I had to haul all my things right back downstairs. It was inconvenient in the room had roaches.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been. 3 homeless people around back door parking lot in terrible condition room full of smoke smell even though I asked for non smoking. The bed covers stained and tub dirty with hair still in it. Hallway garbage cans over run and smells and room was very hot so I had to turn on AC floor unit. Looks like 1960s hotel never updated

I’ve never left a review like this before. There were cockroaches everywhere. The hotel smelled bad in general, you could tell that housekeeping only did a very surface level amount of cleaning, and there were so many bugs. We asked to be moved to a new room because of the roaches, and the next day they tried to charge us all over again and it took days, yes days, to get it sorted. The man working that morning yelled at me and argued aggressively with me because I showed him proof that we had already paid the night before, and then wouldn’t give me a new room key (they had locked us out of our room while we were out) until I paid AGAIN. There were even poop smears on the back side of the curtains. This is definitely not a 7 star hotel. Avoid it at all costs.

There was a hole in the wall where the entry door hit it hard. The tolit seemed to be stopped up due to slow drainage. The wole building had a bad order like vaping going on.i didnt go up to the 3rd floor but 1st and second floors stunk. I had to open window to sleep. The room itself was clean and the cleaning people did a good job. I kept my ESA dog in a kennel and walked her off property. Not messes and pads were never used. I take care of my dog as I did at tje zRed Roof Inn 2 werks ago Also cigerette buts in the elevator , odd for a no smoking facility. Also the smoking area was right in front ofthe front door so you had to walk through the smoke to get in.i checked out early so I didnt have to go sleepless due to the smell .I check out before 9 PM Sat evening but was paid up front to chek out Sunday morning.

The room was infested with roaches. Had to go to the front desk to ask for spray and had to do it myself and then clean the whole room. If the other hotels in the area were not booked I would have immediately left. I would never stay there again. I couldn’t sleep because I was worried more roaches would come out since they kept appearing after I sprayed.

Where do I begin? Have stayed at this place at least a dozen to maybe 20 times. It's a a hit or miss depending who's at front desk. The young lady, whenever you book a room that you've reserved with a refrigerator microwave will not give it to you and say there is at any more. She is very stoic as a rudimentary. There is a younger gentleman that is nice and understanding and will give you what you booked. There's a lot of marijuana smoking here, so if you can't stand the smell then this just like might might not be your cup of tea. They won't do anything about it.

I booked a room with microwave & refrigerator. When I checked in, there is no refrigerator. The water flow of the hand wash sink was so low & little . There was a power outage for more than two hours. We had no electricity. That meant no internet, no air conditioning & no elevator. It was very inconvenient.

The room has water damage all over the walls, it smelt like mildew and the AC leaked water and caused the floors to be wet and get out belongings wet. The whole hotel has a stinch to it and just was not well maintained. The key to our room took us 10-20 tries to open the door every time.

We have stayed here multiple times with little to no complaints. You get what you pay for. But this last time was horrible. The first room we were in was infested with roaches. I walked in and immediately saw atleast 20 running around. Still did not complain. The male manager during the day is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. He likes to belittle women and put them down. Ofcourse whenever my husband came around he didnt have anything to say.

I have experienced extreme racism and total disrespect from the properties staff. I’ve been staying here off and on for almost two years. The young lady that works at the front desk in the morning has a horrible attitude. She screamed and hollered at me and my girlfriend as if we were trash. Because we were 10 minutes late for our daily payment on the following day Of 10/05/2023. I didn’t have a reservation and paid cash. She actually said derogatory comments about my girlfriend. Not to mention. The owners son, who also works from desk occasionally, called my girlfriend nasty. Today when I checked out another African American couple was leaving out. Whom, that I didn’t know. Stated “they are racist”. They all are very disrespectful and treat their guest that are black, as if they are inferior and not even human beings. After yesterday’s incident. I refused to take this treatment any longer.

My water at my apartments went out. People were working on it but had no time frame. So I got a room for 90bucks down the street, at this motel 6. Familiar with this place cause I use to stay at this one a lot when I was in town from the oil fields back in the 2013 and so. About one hour later, as we we came back to get some food to take to the motel-our water was back on. We didn’t even unpack in this motel room so I asked the front guy if I could get a refund because I don’t need the room anymore. He said no and it was over two hours and just rude and seemed to careless. Not his money. So I basically, No I did pay for a room that I didn’t even use at all. Why shouldn’t I get a refund back??? And it was not even two hours after I asked for a refund. More like 1hr. That’s just not fair, it’s not professional and i didn’t even use that room. I do deserve a refund. But up to Motel 6.

The property is located close to my business in Dallas/Coppell. It is clean and quiet, but simply the price and the refrigerator and microwave are the huge advantage. Nothing fancy about the property but the price is bottom line.

We had one pillow each that's it they weren't good pillows either no shampoo or conditioner complimentary bottles in the shower that made an additional expense at the store on our vacation not the big 1 but normally expected to have some kind of shampoo or conditioner In the bathroom at hotel. Jonathan working the front desk early morning on Sunday the 19th very nice I probably looked like a wild banshee needing coffee and as soon as it was ready he set it out for me . life saver!

For it to be non smoking they allowed funky pet which made no sense. Then got harassed for being a guest. 0 out 10, will not recommend. The maid where loud in the morning dog barks through out the night. Hall ways smelled of cat piss. No breakfast. The staff did way too much, watching you like a hawk.
