The hotel was beautiful and pool was well cared for but I did not like the fact that I was charged for parking. In some ways the hotels charges were slightly higher than other hotels so you could have been like a true high end hotel and had complementary items such as bottle water or less expensive breakfast.

The only complaint is the elevators. We waited 32 minutes for an elevatir that we fit in! I had a luggage bag and a travel closet, so the stairs were not an option. They need more and bigger elevators.

During our stay there was a Pokémon convention taking place downstairs. Overall, a good experience but a bit more crowded than we were expecting. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Nice (and large) gym!

Very unorganized staff/hotel. Check in was messy, slow, and we didn’t get the room we reserved and paid top dollar for. We also had no towels in our room and when I called the front desk I was told they ran out of towels! I had to wait over an hour to get a towel to shower! Also only 2 elevators for the entire hotel so took sometimes 20 minutes just to get on an elevator. Do NOT recommend this hotel. At $450 I would expect a much better experience.

No soap in the bath For an accessible room, I do not understand why only a tub, not a walk in. Coffee maker was left unclean, should have been caught by housekeeping.. Not the most comfortable bed we have slept in. No deal breakers here, but I expected more from Marriott

First of all when we get there a check in they gave us keys and they didn’t work. So I when down back to front desk to let them know that the keys didn’t work so gave me another set when back up a the keys still didn’t work. While I had my wife my two daughters an my 12 month son waiting whole time in hallway. Besides the fact that we was there for a work event there at the Marriot that started at 4:00pm. And anyway they said they will send up maintenance in a few minutes that took like ten minutes waiting. So than he arrived a try to open door with master key but still door didn’t open. He tell us he had remove battery a put a new one in an he would be back to get tools. Came back in about 5-7 minutes to take whole door apart an put new battery in so finally to finished took around 10-15 minutes. So we was waiting for about 40 minutes. So finally me an my wife get dress to go to our work event. So we are there an my daughters call a said they pulled out the couch bed an it was dirty a full of crumbs everywhere. The was decussed an didn’t want to be there. So I called down to front desk an let them know what happen so said we can either call house cleaning or change rooms. So my daughters decided they wanted to change room. So at about 9pm we had to pack our things up an take to another room. So it was the same kind of room but seemed smaller. The new room didn’t have no sheets an blanket for couch bed so they finally brought them up. This is all with a 12 month old child.

No hand soap in the bathroom out first day, had to go into shower and get body wash to wash Second day room had been serviced but the beds not made There for convention and no lunch available on site. Trash not removed after the first day so it was overflowing when returning for the 2nd day When returning the 3rd day the garbage bag was removed but not replaced took 2 hours to finally get one Convention full of women and public bathrooms had stalls out of order. No soap in dispensers Enjoyed the convention but facility support was awful. Won’t be back

I only stayed for one night and the hotel was okay. I did have to pay $10 for overnight parking. I didn’t like that. I booked a king, but they didn’t have any available when I checked in (around 6pm). The receptionist said they all were dirty, so I received a double. When I walked in the AC was off, so the room had a musty smell and I instantly felt sticky. I was on the second floor and Instead of a large window, I had a wall with a tiny window at the top. I didn’t like it at all. After working and traveling all day I wanted to take a hot shower. The water was lukewarm. I didn’t complain to staff because I was so tired. I will say with being on the 2nd floor it did get pretty loud. The rooms are overlooking the bar/restaurant area, so be cautious of where your room is to avoid a lot of noise. Overall it was an okay stay or 1 night, probably won’t be back in the city and if I did I wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall, I like the property and would stay again but some minor issues when staying with kids. We specifically picked this room as it offered a seperate master bedroom and living room with fold out couch for the kids. It can be hard to get hotels to assure adjoining room so this suite was an alternative. The design of room puts the bathroom between the bedroom and living room, BUT there is only one door into the common area and it is on the living room side. So, the kids constantly have to come into the master bedroom to use the bath room. Would be nice if the it had two doors or at least put the door on the kids side. Also, no microwave in the room, so hard to warm things up for kids. A suite for multiple people, but almost zero hooks or rods to hang up towels in the bathroom. We booked with four people, but only got two towels in the room. Calling room service for towels, the bedding for the pull out bed, etc is annoying when you get in late and they already know how many are coming.

Very clean. Shower had large shower head with additional hand wand. TVs were very large. Down side was noise from indoor courtyard where you could hear events in the ballrooms. Housekeeping was a little slow to respond to extra bedding. Parking is additional fee and breakfast cost $15 per person.

Disappointing visit. From rudeness at check in to using my booking via Expedia as reason I couldn’t look at upgrade options to no housekeeping during our entire stay even after calling to request to no towels for 24 hours to a shortage of elevators in general and then also one of only two servicing the entire hotel and one of those elevators broken this property needs to review its processes and do better. We have stayed here multiple times and this visit was just really bad.

Unfortunately the hotel was way overbooked that night, and the rooms were not being cleaned fast enough. It was the perfect storm. I checked in online two days before and said we were arriving early at 1pm. We checked in then and the two rooms were not available. They said rooms would be ready by 3pm on our apps. At three pm we came back and had to wait in line again for 30 min and finally at 4:40pm as we stood there and spoke to sometime at the desk, one room was assigned to us as we said we had a concert to go to in 40 mins and needed to get ready. We had to downgrade and get a smaller room to make this happen. The second room that was reserved was not available until 8pm at night and we had already left for the concert. We were not able to shower which was frustrating. I am a Marriot member and I have never felt like I have had to beg for a hotel room. There were people ahead of us in the line that were told they needed to go back and call Expedia to bump them to another hotel as they were overbooked at the hotel. The staff at the desk tried but they were overwhelmed at the chaos not site why there was no supervisor helping or better management if the cleaning or check in process.

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a hotel. I arrived around 9pm to check in...the computers weren't working and my room was not available because the hotel was overbooked. I specifically booked a double room at this hotel because it was available; however, when I arrived my room had been given away. I was offered a different room with one bed; not acceptable for our situation. I asked how this was going to be made right and I was told "there was nothing I can do". When I asked for some sort of recourse, I was offered alcohol (not a drinker) and breakfast (we were leaving before the breakfast was available). I was then offered complimentary parking, of which I did not know parking requirement payment (it's a surface lot). We ended up having to take a room with one bed and a pullout. Upon entering the room, there was nail polish on the couch, the door to the bedroom did not close (it did not have the door hardware), and the tv did not work in the room with the king bed. I am not happy with this stay at all. I booked weeks in advance, yet my room was given away because I checked in later than other people. I asked if there was a specific check in time and was told no. Very frustrating. We were in town for a statewide event. I'm happy our other guests lodged elsewhere.

This location was very spectacular than other places I have been too here lately! I went out of my way to make sure I was in the same hotel that my conference was in for convenience. I didn’t get to take photos as I normally would but the service at the front desk was very professional and I did get to go on the treadmill to use the fitness room. The room was so cozy and beds were comfortable to sleep on. I recommend this hotel highly!

Good place to stay in Middleton. The rooms were just OK, but the atrium and ground floor bar were spectacular. The breakfast was subpar and not worth the cost, however. Hubbard Ave. Diner is a better choice in downtown Middleton.

The check in was quick and easy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The bartender (Mike) was the best part of the vacation according to my husband and kids. Unfortunately my husband doesn’t remember if he left a tip. So Mike, if you read this, we will return if for nothing else to give you the tip you deserve. My only gripe was that the patio was slightly messy and the garage at the entrance was overflowing, but it hard to find help these days.
