Hotel Hacienda Aguacaliente

They have very good service , everyone is very n8ce and respectful, everything is very good. That only thing is the pool and Jacuzzi need more attention in the water doesn't look to clear. Besides that the rest is good. I will come back again and i recommend to everyone

The servers were excellent with people’s great skills. Leonardo and Rous were awesome serving. The parking is private and nice. Massage services great and food is good. Plenty services around and people are so friendly. Close to everything. Please d not gentrify.

Very nice updated hotel, family friendly kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, excellent customer service. Its a little on the high end as far as pricing however totally worth it for our safety and comfort.

The pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna are absolutely beautiful and very clean and well-maintained, the barside pool is a good luxury to have for those who like to have a drink or two while hanging out. The room we got was the closest one to the road, so it was a little loud for me because I am a light sleeper for normal people, it's not a big deal. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I thought I had lost my key and offered to pay for a replacement, but they replaced it quickly at no cost. Only downside was that my fiance needed a blowdryer, but unfortunately, they don't include it, although and iron is available if you ask. The staff was absolutely amazing. Lastly, having a refrigirator is also a nice commodity but they didn't have one. Overall 10/10.

Beautiful property! Not to mention staff goes above and beyond. You can also check in early for a small fee. The pool, hot tub and room were in excellent condition, extremely clean and really comfortable beds. Shower head is luxury. Most importantly, the PEOPLE that work at the hotel made the experience worth well beyond what we paid.

Hotel rooms are nice and clean all the staff is friendly and very helpful and they also have a pool jacuzzi spa and gym

i booked two rooms. one room was fine, the second wreaked horribly from the bathroom of sewer fumes. i didn't ask for a different room because i thought it was just smells from the city, but it was from the drains in the bathroom and was so bad i was thankful to leave early. Otherwise, the property is nice and well maintained.

Hotel is really nice easy parking nice rooms, friendly staff. The only issue that I had it was the smell in the bedroom smells like sour sweat.

Property was nice. The best part was the pool/dining area. The room was fair but had a type of humidity smell. There was a menu in the room for room service but not clear button on the phone with how to dial for it. There was a hair dryer but no plug in the bathroom. I didn’t see an iron or ironing board. It would be nice to have a chair for the table where the room service food goes. The tv had apps so that was great for my girls. The room was very clean but it seems that the corners of the room and ceiling may be missed because we saw 4 daddy long legs spiders throughout the room. The hotel was pretty quiet for the most part but if you’re on the lower level and someone above has heels, you will hear it since the rooms are tiled vs carpeted. The food from the hotel restaurant was yummy. Staff was courteous and kind.

Nice hotel in TJ. It had a boutique feel. The room was clean and looked new. The breakfast buffet was delicious and reasonably priced.

There is a bad smell coming out from the sink

Everything looks new. Loved the room but thought it was odd to have no chair in the room to sit and get some emails.

This place is new, clean and close to shopping. Street noise is pretty lout. Could hear it in our rooms.

It's a good hotel and has great service at the pool área. I'm the room it does not towel holderd nor a chair to sit, the a/c turns off when You leave the room, and takes a while to cool down,

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and place was very secure. Located in a good area close to food places and easy road access. I only wished they had mini fridge and microwave available. 😉

The place is nice , clean and a convenient location. The problem with this place is that the walls are thin and you can hear every noise making it hard to get a good rest. Also the restaurant staff are nice but very slow service.

Everything is very close to the hotel. You only get one key for your room so if you have company its difficult to get it without assistance. A lot of food options in walking distance or cheap uber rides. The rooms dont have fridges so asking for ice becomes a hassle.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Would recommend for family

We have stayed in this place 3 times over the past couple of months, and we enjoy the stay, rooms are nice and comfy, place is clean, But the greatest part are the Staff. They are just amazing. All of them. We feel like we are at home as we arrive and we know we will be well taken care of.

From the time you walk in they make you feel like family. They pay attention to details. Specifically customer service and making you feel like you never left home. They walk you to your room and let you know any problems just let us know. I give it a 110 percent.

we showed up at 4 pm and they told us the room wasn’t ready so we left and came back at 9. when we walked in the room there was freshly spilled beer on the dresser, there was hair all over the floor, on the bed, and in the shower. in the shower there was a used container of shampoo on the floor. i asked to have the room cleaned while we had dinner and when we went back to the room the room was still disgusting so i went to buy bleach and i cleaned it myself. The restaurant service was so slow and the food was ok. when i was checking out the receptionist was rude. never again would i stay here

Terrible service they gave us our room and our room was not ready we had to wait for like 1hr to get our room my kids needed to use the restroom made us wait when u would shower the water would go out the restroom and spill water all over outside my kids almost slipped and fell. Bad experience.

Clean. Safe. Remodeled. Pool staff amazing. Restaurant bartenders kind of on the slow side.

Wow amazing service! From the moment we arrived, the valet, the host, to the waiter Miguel poolside were so welcoming. They made it feel like a VIP experience. Easily the best hospitality I have ever had! The rooms were very clean and nice. I will definitely return again!

They didn't clean our room for two days and even though we told them they didn't care, their answer was you didn't told us to clean it up, they were careless and rude.

The property was beautiful . The staff and service also exceptional. The area was inconvenient, busy, and noisy. With limited dining in area.

The hotel is clean , staff are friendly we got vip room it’s was super nice clean . Unfortunately they only gave us 3 towels for 4 people so I had to ask for more. The breakfast buffet it was horrible the juice was water it down it didn’t had a variety of things. it wasn’t what I was expecting from the hotel. I have stay in multiple hotel in tj and the food are great . Expect for one . I purchased 3 green juice from the bar the first one was good but the next was only foam . On Sunday I got another juice but I saw the girl from the bar that she just poured it from the blender one they made I didn’t know how long ago. I really appreciate it if they make it instantly but didn’t want to be rude so I just took it. We got 4 messages it was really relaxing . But overall it was great.

En general muy bien.... solo en mi habitacion no habia el letrero de la puerta para q hicieran el aseo y no lo hicieron y me molesto mucho al llegar y me tuve q salir un rato de la habitscion ya en la noche para q arreglaran. La ayencion por parte del personal excelente. Instalaciones preciosas. Muy comodo. El desayuno muy malo y aunq los meseros estaban al pendiente de nosotros, la comida era mala fria y mal presentada

This is a new hotel. It was a 3 night stay for my wife and I. The exterior of the hotel is very nice and attractive. They have a nice pool and patio area. The staff is very friendly. The housekeeping situation, however, needs to be improved. Both mornings that we recieved housekeeping service.......they would forget replenish soap and enough towels for both of us. There is a coffee maker in the room but they would forget to replenish the coffee for the coffee maker. We had to go find the housekeepers to get these items. Guest do not like to be inconvenienced and frustrated for these type of things. They also did not clean the bathroom the second morning we were there. There is a great restaurant, El Portero, in the front of the hotel that we strongly recommend. It is so convenient to the hotel. The breakfast buffet we had on the Saturday morning we checked out.......was terrible. Most of the food was obviously leftover from their restaurant from the day before. It was breakfast but they were serving day old chinese food, sushi and other leftover food from the day before. The only thing fresh were scrambled eggs, bacon and some fruit. We were very disappointed with the buffet and it was not free. Had to pay for that. We should have gone to the restaurant. Not sure if we will stay at this hotel again. Many other great ones to choose from in Tijuana.

Nice and clean. Good price and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast is horrible !!! It was cold, old and just awful. So I don’t recomed eating there. The rest is nice .

The service was impressive, we paid $100 a night, and this was very well worth it. The room's bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very modern. The breakfast/brunch was very delicious. We will definitely return.
