Construction makes entering/ leaving by car challenging.

The room was pretty dusty, the one bed squeaked so badly that we all shoved ourselves into one bed. Pool was not in service.

Late night shuttle service was great. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly, shower is great, 24 hr access to concession area very convenient.

This is the peefect location for airport access! And even though it is so close, you can't hear the planes while in the room. The only issue we had was the dark parking lot made it a little challemging to get to the building entrance

To get any amenities I had to join Hilton group. Ripoff. Dining came out of a box and was nuked. ripoff. Bottled water in room at $3 a bottle. Ripoff. Pool is a joke, I've seen larger hot tubs/spas. Ripoff.

Road construction blocks the entrance partially. So watch carefully for entrance. Otherwise, great staff...very friendly and helpful. Nicely furnished and large room 123. Very happy with choice of hotel. Would stay here each time flying in or out from CMH Airport. Highly recommend!

Elevator not working, very basic food service, parking inconveniences, rooms very basic with inconsistent thermostat

The room were dirty, I had to change because it was smelling urine so heavy smell. I asked them to change. They did and second one also dirty. It is not worth it the money we gave. Around $200

This stay wasn’t as nice as we previously remembered. It is under construction which is probably good, but attention to cleanliness needs improved. There were pinks stains on the towels, black stains on the pillow cases, and when I went to get in the bed the mattress was off the frame and I saw a large raised oval of what was either dried vomit, or a pile of some kind of wood chucks/shavings. It certainly didn’t look clean. Hopefully they are able to improve cleaning because otherwise we have enjoyed this location and hotel.

Rooms are extremely dirty and not well kept. I would be surprised if and housekeeping and maintenance is taking place. Bed with popcorn in it, really? Carpets nasty!

Room was hot and had not been cleaned and we found a bed bug

The lobby was fine, but the hallways and room were dirty. The carpets were very stained and dirty looking. The mini fridge in my room was very dirty. The curtains and chair in the room were dirty as well. This was far below Hilton standards, it felt more like a cheap long-term stay hotel.

The front desk staff was very nice - we got in at 1130pm. Our room seemed clean, but the bathroom had hair clog in the tub. In the morning when I was taking off my pjs I found 2 bed bugs on my pajamas. I documented it and showed the front desk

Hotel is in need of a deep clean

Hotel pictures are deceiving, as the lobby has been updated but nothing else has. The rooms are very dirty and smelly. The toilet clogged on my last day for no reason. While the staff was really nice and the food was great, I will not be back until the rooms have been renovated.

This hotel was not like a typical Hilton. Way more run down. The lobby furniture was so stained and gross you didn’t want to sit on it. There was hair in our bathtub and just looked like the dirt was built up in every corner. Gross.

The rooms are a bit dated. The lobby is very nice and breakfast was good. The staff were wonderful. There is construction ongoing at the airport, but this did not impact our stay. The room was very quiet despite the proximity to air traffic, which did not disturb us at all, and we were located on the runway side.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which I truly appreciated. However, my overall experience was affected by a noise issue. The room next to mine had their TV on at an extremely high volume around 3 a.m.—it felt like I was next to a theater. I called the front desk for assistance, but unfortunately, the noise didn’t subside until about 6 a.m., which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest.

Good location near airport. Bed was awful- I think it was broken.

Hotel restaurant meal was sent back the entire meal due tonpoor quality...Room HVAC was outdated and difficult to reach a co.fortable temperature, Shower/tub was old and worn.

The facility was clean overall and the staff was friendly. It was outdated and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The mattresses were literally just put on top of pieces of plywood and were very obviously quite old.

The view of the runway was fantastic.

The internet protocol to log on was too difficult and wouldn't let me connect my PS5. I inquired at the front desk and the attendant wasn't tech savvy and didn't show any real care to try to find someone on staff that could figure it out and help me.

The room was large, staff was nice, food was good. One problem…the bathroom was freezing.

Very slow line for check- in

I checked in before midnight bc I was at a show, left the show to make check in, left back out for 2 hrs returned and someone had been in the room pillows out of place towels on bathroom floor when we photographed and went to desk clerk He said He did not care did not want to see pictures told me I had been in there for 2hr and I asked him to check camera to verify I left right back out he rudely said I will just refund you didn’t offer another room or anything at probably 1am or later we had to depart from hotel and drive unexpectedly exhausted

The attendant at the restaurant and the night shift receptionist were very rude. We could not be served breakfast for just being a minute late despite paying.

Check in was rough. I wanted to feel bad for the lady working cause she appeared overwhelmed but her attitude was terrible. I very much felt like an inconvenience just by being there. The hotel itself is very outdated, dark, grimy and everything just felt damp. At no fault to the staff, the parking situation is a nightmare due to construction so be prepared to look for a parking spot in a dim parking lot.

Every single member of the staff I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provide the best service possible, from the shuttle driver to the desk staff. The shuttle was available both to and from the airport within two minutes, even though I arrived at nearly midnight. I had a few hours after checkout before my flight, so I was given a late checkout, and while I sat out on the patio reading, a staff member was nice enough to come out and offer me a bottle of water. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The only negative was I was unable to sleep late as I had planned (I was “on west coast time”) because of flight noise, but one can only expect that at an airport hotel. I’d definitely stay here again.

In town for a graduation, we booked a total of 8 rooms. Check in was great, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and overall the check-in experience was good. However the next day was not so good. I had what I thought would be an issue with my reservation which I made the gentleman aware of at check-in, but he assured me it was not an issue and gave me instructions on how to address it. Upon going to the desk to address the issue the lady at the desk told me she could not address the issue because she was the “auditor,” and that is not what she did. Her attitude was not the nicest, but she took my information, but no one contacted me regarding the issue. While away from the property for the day I received a text message that there was a noise complaint for my room. I replied that we were not in the room, the hotel replied ok, it could be a room near me. However upon returning to my room my family noted that someone had entered our room. The temperature had been adjusted, the window curtains closed and the bathroom door left open which had been closed, but no one emptied the trash or left fresh towels. When my husband went to the desk to address the issue he was told we were not staying long enough for them to clean our room, and that we could not get fresh towels because she (auditor) did not have any. We frequent the Hilton brand hotels and agreed that this location missed the mark and left a bad impression. We will not be returning.

My husband & I stay at this Hilton Garden at least once a year around the same time in August. Most times we do not have problems with this facility. This particular time, we ended up with a broken toilet seat after being repaired the day before & no maid service when asked 24 hrs in advance. Hotel staff wanting me to move to a different room after 11 o'clock at night due to the broken seat. Unacceptable!! Chris, the hotel staff member running the front desk gets 5 stars. As he tried to assist in the fixing of the toilet seat. Even allowing me to go into another room to see if a toilet seat could be removed from one room to ours for repair. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Maid service was not rendered after 24 hours. Unacceptable!!! That being said I was told we would receive a discount on our stay.

Not easy to move around unless you have a car. Shuttle will take to airport and to car rental but no other options and there is lots of construction to walk anywhere.

Closeness to the airport.

Right across from the Columbus terminal building. Shuttle was easy, quick and convenient. Building is old but served it’s purpose for getting to an early flight. Staff was nice and competent.

Convenience to airport.

It was too far from everything if you didn't have a car. Had to use UBER a lot and that gets pricey. I'd choose a different place next time that was walkable to things.

The people were great and the food was fantastic.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Came with free breakfast which they said started at 6. It did not. After waiting 30 minutes, I finally got a waffle and some bacon. There were only two other people dining. Not sure if it was equipment or chef malfunction. I was never given an explanation.

I had to get up early for the airport, I was able to get dinner there which was delicious

Enjoyed our stay and the front desk was very helpful in giving us directions on rental car return and the hotel shuttle service. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars (and not 5) is the breakfast. We paid $13 per person for a continental breakfast buffet in which sausage was gross (cold and overly fatty) and the toasting machine burns the toast. I expect more for that price. I've had much, much better 'free' breakfasts from lower end hotels.

The hot breakfast needed to be hot. The only thing hot was the sausage. Other than that great place.

I very much liked the location staff and atmosphere. The only drawback was breakfast. They barely had anything at the so-called buffet. Boiled eggs, bread-like products, and a little bit of fruit, albeit good quality. If you want meat or eggs any other way or pancakes, they're glad to charge you more money, even if you have paid for breakfast. So really, for my tastes, breakfast was a disappointment.

Charging for a basic breakfast is crazy. There was nothing fancy watery eggs nasty chicken sausage hard potatoes. Should have came with the room as much as I paid for the stay. Other then that the room was clean bathroom was ok two of my towels had not been changed out they smelled so I did not use them.

The room was very clean. The front desk lady was so nice. She gave suggestions on places to visit! Breakfast was not free but it was really good. Everytime I visit the area, I will stay there!!
