1.The pool was cold. 2.I was afraid I was being scammed at the front desk, AFTER paying on the credit card machine and signing, the lady said my payment didn't go thru and she needed to see my credit card. She took at and held it for a LONG time, punching numbers on her keyboard, only to hand it back to me saying ya, it went thru. There was no reason for her to have to hold me credit card.

Hotel under major renovations due to busted pipes—felt and looked like a construction zone. Had to use the men’s restroom in the lobby. No tea bags available for breakfast—there were 2 green tea bags Coffee was horrid. Staff were pleasant.

I liked: very clean room, the beds were comfortable with clean sheets and blankets, quiet hotel, excellent breakfast with many choices - bacon, eggs, danishes, waffle maker, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, and more. The air conditioning was cold as ice, easy to operate. I didn’t like: the shower water pressure was very weak. The room had two TV’s and one remote didn’t work at all, the other would turn on the tv but couldn’t change the channel. The outdoor pool needs to be cleaned, water was cloudy.

It was an easy check-in. Joe was very pleasant. The breakfast was good. I don’t know if it was a busy night but finding parking was terrible. We had to make up our own spot otherwise it was a good stay.

The room was amazing!! Breakfast was good!! Loved the coffee bar!! Staff was very sweet and accommodating!! Bed was so comfy!! The only things I did not like: 1. Parking is horrible, they are over selling parking spots for flights and staying customers have a hard time parking to stay. 2. Witnessed several drug deals in the parking lot and security just sits at the end of parking lot and ignores it!!

We stayed here in 2018 and loved it. However, we absolutely will not book here again. The room seemed clean. Plenty of comfy pillows and towels. We stayed two nights, and there were two huge issues: 1. Both televisions and remotes wouldn’t work. Power and volume would work, but it was impossible to change the channel. A staff member, Rosalina, was supposed to come fix it, but she never came. 2. There was a roach, a big roach, and it was in the bed.

Shuttle was provided to and from the airport which was great. As we were getting ready in the morning there was an inch long FAT roach crawling near our luggage. When we went to check out, someone up the hall was complaining of finding multiple roaches in their room. I never left a hotel so fast.

The entire staff I encountered was extremely nice & helpful from the shuttle driver, front desk, & housekeeping as well as the manager. The rooms were clean & ready for occupancy upon arrival. The check in/out process was smooth & speedy. I’d definitely recommend this location.

Booked a suite. Room was ok, clean. Furniture is beat up, no carafe for the coffee maker, king mattress was worn out, old, and hard to sleep on, can hear walking around above our room. Ants found their way to my ice tea sitting on the nightstand. Curtain blocks ac unit when it's blowing.

This place has obviously not been maintained. Our room has tears in the window curtains and desk chair, a cracked light switch plate (how easy is that to fix), and the floor under the carpet was weirdly uneven. It was quiet at night which was good. Tolerable for a quick night’s stay to catch a morning flight but wouldn’t book it again.

I was in room 426 and my door.had a crack between the door and the door frame large enough that i couod see in the hallway and from the hallway, my bed. It did not give me a sense of safety and security. The option they gave me was to put tin foil in the crack.

We stayed here specifically because it was advertised as having EV charging. One of the parking spaces was blocked by a gas car, and the charger required payment at nearly the same rate as a Tesla Supercharger. We absolutely would not have stayed if we had known charging would not be complimentary. Otherwise, staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. We found the layout of the suite's bathroom and sink to offer less privacy than we would have liked for five people. We were also on an upper level, and the floor in some places of our room was squishy as though the flooring was breaking down under the carpet.

So i checked in and presented a diferent card at check in and the person at the desk apparently didnt save the new card i presented. After long travel and checkin in late, the front desk proceeded to call me 5 times to get me to come back down stairs to present my card again after i had already showered and was in bed. The next morning i woke up to a letter in my door that was rather short and snippy. I asked for a late checkout and they immediately said no with 0 consideration and told me they were sold out even though i can still get a room there for tonight. I also found a long hair in the towel on the second day and i was less than pleased with this hotel. I stayed at another one that was actually cheaper during this trip that was far superior.

The front desk staff member had poor customer service skills. We were charged twice for our hotel room and she continued arguing with us about it. The GM came in and saw immediately that we paid twice and refunded the charge. He was very professional and took care of it right away. The rooms were also very outdated. When we checked out the same front desk lady was there and she didn’t say a word to us. All the other staff was nice except the front desk lady.

The incompetence of the staff at check in, I have not experienced before. Charged one person in our group 3 times for the up front incidental charge. Unwelcoming looks & vibe from staff & manager. At some point the hotel attempted to update, refresh the rooms. This obviously was performed by incompetent & inexperienced "contractors". Floors were extremely uneven, paint overspray, DIY furniture not assembled correctly, caulking all over. Low water pressure. Cost of the rooms, we had 4, was not commensurate with the amenities & service. Highly recommend not staying here.

It was very loud. Floors were soaked in the halls from the pool. Our check in staff was not helpful and rude. The morning staff was awesome! The ac dripped all night and the fan wouldn’t stay on.

We had a really bad experience at check-in at the hotel we originally reserved and cancelled and were very thankful to find this hotel and get their last room. Especially during CMA Fest week. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, our room was spacious and clean and they had a nice spread for their continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice staff, but the rooms and hotel looked very worn out. I was awakened in the middle of the night to rapid shots going off not far away, which was scary because I picked the hotel because I thought it was safe and I was leaving my car there for a week while we went on vacation. I then heard the same noise a few hours later followed by police sirens.

Free shuttle to the airport and you can got a shuttle to the downtown every hour for a small fee. Had a nice breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to wait for check in because there was another customer that was upset at the front desk. But the hotel served is purpose, to get sleep. Breakfast was okay. The hot food wasn't warm at all.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. My stay was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The most awesome thing about this place is that they have a free 24/7 self-serve coffee/tea bar which offers a variety of coffee and hot chocolate. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the hot food stays hot. The staff is friendly and the scented aroma fills the air with an inner feeling of peace, calm and relaxation. The only issue I had was that the electrical outlet where the hair dryer was plugged into didn’t work. I notified the attendant and she made note of this issue immediately and I was given another hair dyer. Also, I would advise they install an electrical outlet near the desk to provide closer access to plug in my laptop. I had to use the outlet behind the refrigerator and microwave. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. This is a really nice place away from home.

Upon arrival the front desk person was able to quickly get me in my room it was late when we are so I wasn’t going to say anything. The room appeared to be clean for the most part the let-out couch was broken and very dirty pulled it out with much work and couldn’t get it to go right back in . It took a while . The breakfast was cold at 7:29 when we went to eat so we grabbed a fruit and cold cereal. It was very close to where we were going so I’m glad of that .
