Only stayed one night because we had an early flight. Main floor public bathroom did not work. The elevator was out of order so we had to have them change our room to the first floor. Didn’t use the pool but it looked like it had a film on top.

Awful hotel. Upon arrival found out the elevator and pool both not working. First room I got had stains all over the floor, phone not working, water in shower constantly dripping and no towels. They moved me to another room. Open entering it the room was already occupied. Then the 3rd room they gave me was not clean. So I ended up back in the first room. I asked for towels washcloths …everything for the bathroom and was given 2 towels. Had to basically beg for more linens. The hotel in general needs A LOT of cleaning. Luckily we only needed it for sleeping. But for the price so not worth it.

We checked in on a Friday carpet was very dirty throughout the hotel. Staff was nonexistent at the front desk. Went to use the pool on Saturday morning. There was one chair in there and one table pool was dirty. Had toys left in it outside of the pool had debris from a party a night before. They had no towels in the pool area. When we went to ask for towels they did not have any at 11:30am. It was my wife and kids in the room, and they only had one set of towels in the room. The lady at the front desk said that they were all in the dryer smh. What made us leave early? Was we found a pair of dirty socks in our room that was not none of ours I will be contacting general manager about getting some sort of a refund or at least some money back from our stay. This hotel should be closed down and all the staff be fired.

Worst hotel ever. Country inns and suites are usually great places and that's why i chose this one. Elevator has been broken for weeks. My room i reserved was on the 3rd floor so i had to take a ground room floor that wasn't the same as i reserved. It was filthy. Food on carpets, bathroom wasnt cleaned. Asked for then to clean it the next morning and they never did. There was hardly any food for breakfast. Paid a lot of money to stay in this crap hole. Met a patient from the hospital that was staying there that just had brain surgery and she said it was terrible for her too. She shouldn't have to be dealing with that. Oh and no washer and dryer to use like the app says.

It was very old, elvator was out of service. A very dirty hall and carpet and had vents that had dirt on them. Really dirty bed and sheets. If it was not emergency I wouldn’t have rented this hotle. They really have to invest in new carpet and new sheets and better overall look. 3/10

The room was not clean. After I wiped down a few of the frequently touched areas and tub floor, I found how dirty it was. The hallway did not seem refreshed. One of the bed's sheets were stained and the shower curtain was dirty.

Room 300. Unclean all around. Bed was dirty, bath towels had multiple hairs on them (not one or two 20-30). Carpet was dingy and dirt packed. Walls were stained and with holes. Tub was filthy and didn’t drain.

The room was disgusting. It was dirty. The floors were covered in stains, the toilet seat was broken, only having one bolt so I fell off the toilet when I needed to sit down, the towels were dirty, the toilet paper roll was half used, the Kleenex box was under the sink plumbing and empty, and the room smelled like marijuana. The gym could not be accessed due to broken lock and the attendant at the front said he could not let us in. Coffee ran out and was not refilled. Sign stated you will be charged 50 dollars if you bring any food from breakfast to your room- so I could not even grab a yogurt to bring to my room. It was the worst hotel experience i have ever had.

We just needed a simple place to spend the night, and this place got the job done... missing towels/washcloths and bedding for the sleeper sofa which resulted in 2 trips down to the front. Our room was very warm and humid, but the thermostat was in Celsius, so the temperature was difficult to adjust.. the signs on the door about removing hoods and masks before entering were a little sketchy.

Pretty decent stay. Front desk was friendly and attentive. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Only issue was bulb missing from lamp, one drawer in room missing knob, burns in the carpet. But otherwise nice stay! It was nice having Sheetz and McDonalds very close by.

The carpets were dirty. The front desk staff was unfriendly and difficult to understand. Trash in the parking lot, condoms laying around in lawn. Loud obnoxious people twerking in the parking lot. Guests using loud profanity sitting out front. Room 122, smoke detector broken and hanging from ceiling. Loud noise from AC in corner closet. No do not disturb placards. Unexpected $50 deposit upon check in yet to be refunded. Next time when looking for a place in Columbus, I will not choose this hotel.

Nice size rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was your run of the mill breakfast but was fully stocked all morning. My only complaint was the WiFi wasnt very strong. Would definitely return to this hotel, especially for the low price.

Our stay was ok, but only because of the service by the front desk staff who seemed to be working very hard to overcome terrible management. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty, the furniture a mixture of broken and new. The bed was clean, but the bedding was stained. Nothing looked like the pictures on the website. Half of the light bulbs did not work, the carpet in our room was not vacuumed and was heavily stained. There was a mirror coming out of its broken frame and mold in the corner by the air duct. We did complain about our room but the only room we could be moved to smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and it also had mold in the corner by the air duct. I took pictures and showed three different sets of desk clerks; I was told that maintenance would handle it but could not come until Monday; which would be a day after we check out. The parking lot has a security guard on duty overnight outside watching the cars (which I believe may be due to what appeared to be a homeless encampment close by); but overall, we felt safe while staying. There is a McDonalds and a Sheetz directly next door. If I had known the state of the room in advance I would have chosen a different hotel.

Good for the price. Got off to a slow start because they were unable to take a credit card due to the system being desk. So gave $50 bill for security deposit after some confusion. Lady at the front was really polite. Got my $50 back checking out with no issues . The rest of the staff I interacted with were friendly. Rooms were pretty clean and tidy . Only complaint was there was only 1 towel in the room for 3 guests . The nice lady at the front gave us extra towels and apologized. I was a little apprehensive about this place after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend and would stay there again

Lobby was dirty. Rug looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in some time. Old food pieces on the stairs. First room given was not cleaned. Second room lock wouldn’t let us in after reprogramming keys three times. Third room at least didn’t stink. Just an old dingy hotel. Next time spend the extra fifty bucks and stay at a nicer hotel.

Someone books for 2 adults and 2 children, towels should be accommodated. I went downstairs several times to get towels and was told it’ll be 40 minutes, several hours later still no towels and told 40 minutes. The building smelled like marijuana to the point it gave me a headache. Check in there were so many people that came in that had booking confirmations but no rooms were available. Surrounding food in the area is disgusting, you have to go 20 minutes away to get decent food.

My experience was just okay not bad not good , only bad thing for me was getting the wrong room key from the receptionist and went into the wrong room I feel like that situation could of ended up bad if the person wasn’t dressed appropriate. The lady at reception didn’t even apologize for doing that which is unprofessional in my opinion. I’m also still waiting for my deposit back.

This hotel has serious issues. Very kind staff, but the room door didn’t work. We had to have someone let us into our room when we needed to enter and leave. The hotel smelled of marijuana. Apparently crime is bad enough that they have to keep a security officer on staff. I’d steer clear of this place h til they complete a planned remodel.

The hotel is definitely in need of an upgrade. The floors were horribly stained. The pool had only a few dining chairs for seating. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were okay. Breakfast was decent. The location was perfect. Right off major freeways. Plenty of choices for food within walking distance.

The breakfast room was spotless and in perfect order. The buffet included : scrambled eggs, sausage links and potatoes, as well as toast, yogurt ,fruit , cereals , milk and juices. And waffles you make . The equipment was kept pristine by the man in charge of breakfast .

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days, which I was okay with, but then you need to leave supplies for 3 days. We had 1/2 roll of toilet paper, coffee for one cup for 1 day. Had to go to front desk each day to get what we needed. In addition, breakfast closed early one day, and the next was almost completely out of food with 1/2 hour left. Weve had great stays at other Country Inns, but we wont be visiting this one again.

it was nice that there were a lot of places to eat near the hotel, but they weren't all that great. Also, there were some people hanging around the area begging. The breakfast at the hotel was not horrible, but I got there late, and the area was really not at all clean. They also shut it down 15 minutes early. I will say that the room was large with two TVs and a separate bedroom with a door, but a lot of things in the room were worn out.

As soon as we walked in the entire Lobby smelled like a dirty poopy baby diaper. We waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes before someone came up. We got to our room and were immediately hit by the stench of a dirty cat litter box. Breakfast was horrendous. Toaster only had one workable slot because the handle on the other slot was broken. They're juice machine was broken so there was no available beverages. No water or coffee or tea here at all. They have a jug full of what looks to be old milk in it but it's more of a picture and not a jug. They had apples which were covered with dried waffle syrup and batter even though the waffles are about 2 and 1/2 feet from the apples. There is dried food and dried stuff all over every single thing in the kitchen area. Your choices of food were potatoes sausages that are stewing in some liquid a bagel some toast a couple very old danishes that as you can see in the picture were surrounded by whatever that stuff is and waffles. They had yogurt LOL I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are really looking for a cheap day. They also don't give you conditioner only shampoo, a bar of soap, and lotion.

We were terribly disappointed in the country inn and suites. The floors in our room has dirt and hair all over them. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly. The bed had a mattress topper on it that was lumpy. The next morning there was no breakfast except for waffles because the truck had not arrived.Not what I would expect from a Radiason owned hotel. Would not stay here again.
